This place is horrible all they do is lie and think people like me will not fight back I got into a argument with a worker there for a friend of mine and he turned around and put in emergency removal of my children who I dont abuse or neglect but it takes for strong people to fight them back because they think they have control over you and your family no one is going to take care of your children better than you period they must be brought to justist child tracking is real

What can I say. They are there to help in a time of need. My worker Mrs. Canty, always answers my phone calls. She keeps me informed on whats going on with the agency; and on top of the paperwork I need to turn in.

They got me a laptop and printer for my schooling this semester. Really grateful for that.

Being called by an out of area cell phone number claiming to be from this department. alleged abuse was almost 4 months ago! report should have been started in december and it march 26! obviously violation of federal guidlines, completely false, and in no way can be categorized as harm in any amount of time. in fact, there is guidlines prohibiting these allegations.

NO REGARDS OR CARE FOR THINGS YOU HAVE TO DO(jobs, calling off to meet NOTHING). Victims BEWARE! Download recording apps! Was supposed to meet with me Monday at 6, no call, show, or answer. (I called off to meet her and forced to call off today. That makes it 2days in a row and fired.)She called me back this morning. Of course she denied and claimed that it was for today at 6 but then after ask if we could meet today (but we already had a schedule for today right?). Calls me later today then says she has court and that she’ll meet me even later today. It goes past 6:15 and I decided to start calling her. After ringing her repeatedly she finally called back. AGAIN, she asked to see me later because she has 3 kids to place. I then explained that I called and begged my job back earlier and they gave me a second chance to come in tomorrow and not to call off anymore. BOOM the cps working doesn’t show AGAIN. So guess who wasted time and dignity begging for a job back that was leading to my career. ME! And I guarantee you she won’t feel any remorse tomorrow. I am hurt, angry, crying, and very regretful. I wish I never called, I wish I handled things the street justice way. How can calling for help backfire and hurt me more. My income, my career, my work. GONE! Because cps thinks everything is on their clocks. now I see why women/victims don’t go for help. NEVER AGAIN!

This place stole my son, this place is deep in the ghetto in a drug neighborhood and a methadone just a few blocks away. CPS is not protecting the kids they are stealing them, this is a human trafficking company calling itself a child protection agency. This is Satan transforming and disguising himself as an angel of light. This place is very wicked and evil. I am currently as of May 2019 seeking justice and help for my son who got kidnapped by CPS. Latosha Kulczyk is the case worker got assigned to wife and sons case and she is very rude, wicked, disrespectful, uncaring, and doesnt care about the truth. No one from this office will ever call you back as they are guilty of some very serious crimes. My son got kidnapped from CPS in Highland Park. Please help we got to get this corrupt and uncaring and wicked place shut down.

The employees are so rude. Security have more manners than them. Quick to walk away and not come back from their office. They can never admit when their wrong

So far so good yes my child was remove from me but during the process when CPS first got involved I had a child protective service worker named Miss Johnson Lisa Johnson Tubi is that she was very caring kind and genuine and tried her best to keep me and my daughter is together it wasnt her fault that the state had petition my child to be removed but after the removal I got another foster care worker name is Armani who was very sensitive about me and my child and very nice to me she recently left about 6 months ago now I have another worker name Miss Reiser who was very polite caring and genuine to me and my child needs she has help with housing parenting class and so much more and for bringing my daughter home for reunification not all worker are bad there

Not so crowded anymore, it was a nice lady in there who helped me it was very patient.

I am always greeted with a smile and they always call me right back to be seen.

Poor services and the staff is unprofessional. The retrieval of paperwork is slow and many times they dont appear to know what theyre doing.

Ms Jackson the CPS worker is the best that Wayne County has. She is diligent, very profeasional, and she is extraordinary in her field. If you ever have to communicate with someone with Child Protective Sevices ask for her.

For what I visited them for....they were timely and informative.

Id like to know WHY THIS OFFICE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT PROTECTING MY FAMILY MEMBER IN A CHILD ABUSE CASE? What CASE WORKER ALLOWS THE ABUSER TO WRITE AND DICTATE A SAFETY PLAN? ALSO WHO IS TELLING THE ABUSER WHO GENERATED form 3200!! IS THIS LEGAL IS MICHIGAN?? WHAT PLANET IS THIS LEGAL?? ALL THE WHILE THE ABUSER HAS MULTIPLE CHILDREN WITH MULTIPLE OPEN & CLOSED CASES OF ABUSE AN EXISTING CASE FOR PPO IN PROCESS AND NOOOO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING!! MR. COLLINS & THIS ENTIRE DEPARTMENT YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF !!!

The most DISRESPECTFUL people in the WORLD. Liars, manipulators and needs to be under investigation. Had these people make up false things on me and my kid was taken and of course I got my kid back from them not that long after. Guarantee if they were put under a investigation there would be a lot of law suits and people going to prison. (Quentella Ray).

The knowledge of the workers are horrible. Their only intent is to take peoples children. They say they will help but do not and neither will they try. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

Childrens lives matter child neglect and child abuse is really serious Protective Service in Detroit is not taking it serious they dont really listen to the kids and the system is failing the children theyre focused on the children that are being kidnapped and not focusing on the children thats being neglected not bathe properly and not fit properly and children that have to go to emergency because theyre forced to eat spoiled food they dont consider that neglect or abuse or being forced to be around a lot of smoke and theyre allergic to smoke and they end up with bronchitis they dont consider that neglect or abuse so are they really helping the children
