They are polite and professional on the phone and wonderful with working with my teaching schedule. Making an appointment is easy and I have always gotten my desired date and time frame. I also feel their cost of having an experienced plumber you can trust is very reasonable. Today I had Chris install a new faucet and hook up my sink. It required a little bit of extra tubing and pipe extension (because I had the new sink moved to the right more when a new counter was installed), but he was organized and had all the supplies in his truck. He was VERY tidy, quiet, and fast! He took the time to explain the tools (provided in my faucet kit) needed to aerate my faucet and adjust the tightness on the handles. I appreciated his friendly nature and special attention to cleaning up. Under my sink was cleaner than it was before he arrived! I am very grateful to Pasquesi and will continue using this company and refer to friends and family.

Called them for an estimate, and someone came over. Three weeks later, after no estimate, I called Pasquesi and the same guy came over again for the same estimate!! 3 days later, they sent me an estimate via email which was more than the double of what we paid to a Plumber from HomeAdvisor - not responsive and highway robbery! The job was replacing shower and faucet from 2 small bathrooms, and they charge more than 3k

I had a clog in my upstairs bathroom sink. I called Pasquesi Plumbing and they sent someone out within a short period of my phone call. It was a very stubborn clog and Michael worked for quite a while trying everything to clear the clog advising me that if the clog could not be cleared it would be a matter of having to replace pipes, (it is an older house with old plumbing) which of course would have been a very expensive proposition. He would not give up until he tried everything possible to clear the drain and, finally, was able to get it cleared. Michael was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciated his persistence to avoid the possibility of replacing pipes.Pasquesi Plumbing provides excellent service. Thank you!

We had a leak in our basement and needed our toilet fixed. The visit started off by Steven Pasquesi arriving on time and giving us a thorough explanation on why we were experiencing the leak. He assured us that he has been in the business for a long time and that he would treat this project like it was his own home. He even noticed a couple of other issues in our basement that he provided quick fixes for and will help prevent future problems. After he fixed the main issue we called about we also mentioned our runny toilet and he was able to knock out the project in twenty minutes. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and a quick worker. I could not ask for a better experience and will continue to spread the word of their great service.

From minute one of my call to their office, Debbie was so helpful and kind and quick to schedule my plumbing needs (not an emergency but a long leaking basement crawl space pipe was now creating a lake in the crawl space). Chris, the Plumber, was dispatched and almost within 1 hour of first calling the office, Chris was at my house. He quickly determined the issue, found a solution without having me shut off our alarm system (sottering (sp?) can cause smoke alarm to go off sometimes). Over the years weve never wanted to call anyone else. They do excellent work and I trust them.

5 Star doesnt begin to explain the type of service we received from Pasquesi and Steven, in particular. It was a holiday weekend and roots clogged our sewage line. Bottom line we had a sewage backup in our first floor and our bathrooms and all plumbing were clogged. This happened on a Saturday and most places wouldnt call us back. We called Pasquesi and the answering service dispatched Steven to our house. Keep in mind, its Sunday, on Memorial Day weekend and 90 degrees out. Steven spent 3 hours at our home patiently explaining the issues and resolving them. We cant recommend Pasquesi enough. We were in a complete bind and they came through. Professional, clean cut and polite.

George from Pasquesi plumbing came to the house and quickly repaired all three toilets, our whole house humidifier and correctly diagnosed why we were getting mixing of our cold and hot water in the various bathrooms (the jacuzzi faucet was in the wrong position and mixing the hot and cold water). All done in a little under an hour. Clean, efficient, friendly. What more can you ask?

Blackmailed is after the work was complete. $50 per hour until my landlord was able to call with payment. Beware!

Had Pasquesi out to our home to look into our backyard flooding issue and provide an estimate for a drain installation. After several weeks and several follow-up calls, they still never bothered to provide us with an estimate. Demuth Inc got the project and couldn’t have done a better job.

I called for service due to a water leak from my disposal which they had installed 5 years ago. The service arrived on Monday and I was told there was a crack in the disposal and would have to check if it was under warranty. I made 5 phone calls to them from Monday to Wednesday asking for updates and no one returned my calls. I called Wednesday morning at 7:30a. and asked to speak to the manager and was told he was on a other call. I asked him to call me back ASAP. It was after 9am when my call was returned and not by the manager. I was told the disposal was out of warranty and they ordered a new one. I replied I never authorized the order and their service is so poor I would not have them do the work. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

STAY AWAY! These guys DONT stand behind their work. They installed a toliet flange & set the toilet when we got a new floor. Within a year it started leaking at the base. I called them back several times telling them about the problem, & they kept telling me I had to talk to a foreman, who then never called. They are happy to talk with you if you have a job, but when their shoddy work fails, they just avoid you. Get a real professional instead.
