Freedome Home Care has been able to meet all of our needs in caring for my mother-in-law in our home. Weve had last minute requests that have been fulfilled and the care workers have all been friendly and provided excellent service. Freedom Home Care was recommended to me by Journey Care Hospice and they were beyond accommodating, helpful and lovely! They helped me formulate the best way to care for my mom who was in hospice. Majority of the Caregivers sent by Freedom to Assisted Living facilities are newbies, inexperienced and incompetent !!! Freedom claims they’re well trained but these Caregivers doesn’t even know how to use a Hoyer Lift and mostly they just sit around with their cellphones !!!

Being in the health industry, when it comes to choosing a care giving agency for my patients, I give much thought when I make a suggestion, as it is a reflection upon me and all which I stand for. Best Experience I have had in my experience as a Caregiver. They Always have shifts available and work very hard to accomodate the staff ( caregivers) with shifts that work best for your schedule. They Match you with clients where you have had past experience and that you as a caregiver are comfortable wirh. They Always,Have a Clear Care plan, which I found ti be if Importantance, and zthe Scheduler Patty, Is the Best Ever. Freedom Home Care is Very Helpful to their Clients and professional, They are available to their Clients at all times, if staff wad 5 minutes late, the system was calling.
