Use them for pickup and drop off. Great for someone like me,who finds it hard to get around. Extremely satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them. As for Abdul, The Dean of the University, You could not find a nicer and more helpful person. Happy to say this has been one of my better choices.

I would give 10 stars if I could! First, Abdul the owner is so personable and genuine. This was the first time I have used a pick up laundry service and I am so impressed with the experience. Abdul was involved right from the first phone call to arrange things, to picking up and then delivering my clothes the next day! And the results were amazing, my clothes were clean and fresh and folded by pros! The price is very reasonable for the outstanding service they give. I am a fan and customer for life. Thank you so very much to Abdul and his team for making my life a little bit easier :)

My fiancee has been using their drop off service for about a year now. (Thank you so much!) The service has been great and super friendly. Quick turn around, too. Even when he brought in his work clothes that got soaked in diesel, they were able to tackle it. I know he wont go through and write his own review, but using their service has definitely taken a load off his shoulders(pun intended) that he finds worth every dollar.

Recently visited for the first time for a wash and fold drop off due to my washing machine being replaced. It was a great experience so I came back! Both attendants I encountered were very nice and accommodating. The location is kept very clean! My hats off to management.

The owner is absolutely disrespectful

I have been coming to this place since almost a year now since I moved to this area. Its a convenient location and also very clean.I usually wait in my car or run my errands while my clothes get washed and then dried. I do my own laundry and dont drop it off.Thursday late afternoon I put my clothes to wash and as usual left to finish my errands. I had 2 small loads one with my kitchen towels and the other had my regular clothes and a towel. I came back and put them in 2 separate EMPTY dryers. When I returned to get them out of the dryer, all I saw were my kitchen towels. The second machine was empty. I enquired with the staff, and she said there were no other clothes! What? I insisted that I had a second load and where were they? There were piles of folded clothes on the table and others already placed in clear plastic bags for customer delivery. She then starts to scramble through those clothes that she had folded and packed for delivery. All my clothes were mixed up and I had to look through the piles. When I was looking around for mine she said none of those were mine! I saw my laundry bag and towel in the cart. I pointed it out and she said no that wasnt mine. It was very annoying. I understand mistakes can happen, but instead of admitting to her mistake, she kept saying that I was the one who put my clothes in a dryer that already had kids clothes in there. Why would I do that? And if that wasnt enough, she kept saying that all the clothes that were packed and folded were other customers and she didnt want them complaining if something went missing! Again why would I take clothes that didnt belong to me? Instead of owning up to her mistake, she kept lying. I go there once a week and have never had an issue. This was just disappointing and Ill have to wait there going forward. I too am a paying customer even though I dont use their drop off service! I shouldnt have to worry about my clothes going Missing! Thereare and were enough empty machines for this to have not happened!Keeping in mind with the current situation and the pandemic, this is also a hygiene issue!.

I bring my laundry here for the wash and fold service almost weekly. Im so impressed by how great the service is every time. Folded perfectly. Great price too.

Abdul was a pleasure to work with on the phone as well as in person. His staff was also extremely friendly. I dropped off an old comforter that I just wanted to have cleaned and did not really expect too much of the stains coming out but I have to say the comforter looks amazing. My whole bedroom is now sparkling because of that comforter! This off white comforter was stained as well as yellowed from cigarette smoke. It looks as good as it did brand new! Thank you so much!

This is a very good service. The owner is fast and quick with turn around time. Handles clothes with care and everything is folded neatly and smells great. They are always able to work with you and prices are reasonable. Better then any dry cleaners in the area.

No hot water in the machines. What a rip off this place is. Clean and neat but I ran three separate machines, all hot loads. Not a single machine had even slightly warm glass during any cycle most importantly the main wash. Spend the extra .25 cents a load and go anywhere else in town.

This place is great! Its very well maintained and clean. The owner is awesome, communicates with customers, and really tries to make laundry a good experience. I usually drop off and pick up my laundry and I love it so far. Its quick and everything is hung and folded nicely.

Everything happens for a reason! In our apartment complex, the laundry room was out of service and they provided contact of University Laundromat. So I scheduled a free pickup and got impressed with their extremely good service. They even have a separate washing service for the newborn garment which was really helpful for us. Just try it once and Im sure you are gonna love it especially the way they fold clothes and put all shirts in a hanger with a clear garment bag :-)

Its a little expensive but if the dryer messes up an item of your clothes they will reimburse you when you bring in a receipt. Its close to Stop And Shop & a dollar discount store & a great Burger restaurant. I do recommend it.And you can charge your phone & watch your clothes at the same time

This place is perfect! When I called, Abdul was so friendly on the phone and even more friendlier in person. I was in a time crunch and he promised me he would have it back to me in time, completely relieved my stress! He delievered it right to my door earlier than I asked, and it was folded perfectly! Will definitely go here again and highly recommend!!!!

I come here to wash my comforter every few weeks. Wash is kind of expensive ($6.50), but the dryers are fairly cheap and really fast.

The owner is cool!! He is interested in learning the customers. He is interested in trying to make your laundry experience pleasant. It’s clean and the DRYERS ARE AMAZING !!

I hate doing laundry, it’s a relief to find a reliable “drop off” service. They pick up and deliver and still cheaper than my old place. Not to mention the owner is a Rutgers alum and understands the busy lifestyle of those of us in the area!
