The monthly team provided excellent service. They were on time, professional and very pleasant. The results were perfect! Everything was totally clean, obviously handled with care, and all of our glass ceiling lighting sparkles. It was a true joy to have them clean our home.

TEAM 6 is the team to ask for!!!They were awesome and did exactly what I asked them to do. I have allergies to dust and I have wood floors so the dust gets under the beds and the corners etc. thorough cleaning!

We have been using Molly Maid since 2006 and have been very pleased with their work as well as their customer service. They few times we have had an issue they promptly took care of it to our satisfaction.

We had our first cleaning yesterday and I am so very pleased. Nancy walked me through everything in our estimate very clearly and answered all my questions. I nearly cried when I got home yesterday. Our cleaning team did a fabulous job and our apartment looks spectacular. Definitely one of the best gifts Ive ever given myself and I can highly recommend this awesome service.

We have been very happy with Molly Maid! With 3 small children at home, it’s hard to keep a clean house without some help. Molly Maids get the job done! Matilde and Rosalinda are always efficient with their time, and provide the deep clean that my house needs. They always ask if everything looks okay before leaving, and it definitely does! I have been working with Molly Maid for several years. My home is large, and they come every other week. It took a while to get the right crew that would do things the way I want, and you have to specify that you want the same team to come each time. My current team is Clara and Beatriz, and they have been doing an exceptional job. My floors, in particular, always look fantastic. They are busy from the moment they enter the house and are still wiping windows as they walk out the door to leave. They are quiet and swift, but thorough. The main office is always responsive when I have had to cancel or wish to share feedback.

The two ladies that cleaned my townhouse did an amazing job! My wife and I could not be happier. Weve used other cleaning services in the past, but after their first clean, I think that Molly Maids does the best. Also, thank you for making sure our two cats stayed inside!! The team that cleans mine and my husbands home is Beatrice and Clara. They do an absolutely phenomenal job cleaning. Beatrice cleans our bathroom as if it were her own, which means SO much to my husband and I! She never misses a single crevice or spot. She is also very kind and a joy to have around!Clara dusts in areas that previous cleaning people didnt even bother with because they were out of plain sight. This was a wonderful surprise! She never leaves a single surface dusty; even the areas that are high and out of reach. Clara is also very friendly and is attentive to anything I communicate!The only things that have been issues with Molly Maids in general would be the disorganization of when cleanings are scheduled, communication, etc. As well as a few incidences of breakages and not being told what broke. However, Molly Maids handles issues that do come up extremely fair, attentively, and with great consideration. In the beginning, before we were matched with Beatrice and Clara, we had a couple of cleanings that were not done very well. But the moment we communicated our dissatisfaction to Nancy, she was extremely helpful, apologetic and immediately offered a make-up cleaning free of charge- that was done extremely well. This type of customer service was such a pleasant surprise, it made up completely for the poor cleaning experience.

Team 3 (Manuela, Veronica, and Carolina) are very professional and the greatest when it comes to cleaning up after this 71 year old man. My daughter was appalled at how I did things for myself and suggested Molly Maid. She couldnt have been smarter. They clean all my rooms including cleaning up after me in the bathroom and making the queen sized bed. I find the cost to be very reasonable.

I LOVE Molly Maids. We travel a lot and cant have a regular every two weeks cleaning and Molly Maids has been extremely flexible letting me schedule them only a few days in advance every three weeks or so, at my convenience. They also came in and cleaned my very messy oven and fridge for a great price. The employees are very hard workers and always polite and professional. Today my crew was Ely and Mariela. They were fast and did a great job!

An enthusiastic Five Stars for Team 5: Deborah and Nidia. They are excellent. Furniture is gleaming, mirrors are clear and shining, bathrooms and kitchen are spotless, vacuum cleaner patterns in the carpet show that every inch was vacuumed. Also, I have very high gratitude and praise for this Molly Maid office in general, because I called them on a Friday afternoon requesting a cleaning for the next day, and they were able to send a wonderful team to my house on Saturday morning.
