BUYING HERE IS ROLLING THE DICE. I paid $400+ for a water heater. Everything seemed fine. Family contractor installed, a week later it stopped working. Ive left numerous voicemails because UNLIKE NORMAL BUSINESS there is never anyone at the shop. EVERYTHING is voicemail. That was in May, not even one response to date :-(. I tried to support a black business that had been in this neighborhood for years Im told. OBVIOUSLY not kin of the originals. NEVER EVER EVER EVER LOSE A DIME TO THIS BUSINESS IMPOSTER.

In my experience this company is unprofessional and crooked. I purchased a hot water tank and furnace. The furnace was supposed to be new out of the box. I got it home only to find it was damaged in 2 ways. It 2 days of unanswered phone calls and promises of the guy being on his way to repair it before I was finally able to use it. Next I hooked up the hot water tank to find that it had an internal leak that kept putting out the pilot. This resulted in more unanswered phone calls and refusal to honor the warranty. He promised a replacement that was the same size and replaced it with a smaller cheaper one. The replacement tank at least worked but when I went to get my change he claimed he only owed me $10 but tried to give me $20. I WAS OWED $82 and he had the audacity to have an attitude the whole time as if I was in the wrong for wanting working appliances and good customer service. Ill never give them my business again.

If I can do a negative star Ill give it 4 negative Stars. He shows up whenever he wants and never work business hours that is said. How about a furnace from this guy a year ago and once we hooked it up it did not stay on it took him two weeks to come check it out and then told us it was hooked up wrong and he would not replace it. He told me that I would need a license contractor to prove him wrong I hired my family Heating and Cooling and the guy just cleaned it. Then it start working right Ill let him know all he had to do was just clean his merchandise up instead of buying stolen merchandise off the street. He never gave me a refund for the full price of the cleanup maintenance they did but said he would split it with me not staying true to his word. Crook is an understatement. This guy is the worst business man I ever met in my life. This is the reason we cant support each other because of guys like this. I hope you never get jerk for your money so Im telling you do not buy anything from this guy.

I bought a hotwater heater for Fred & Son, when i met him he was a polite, nice guy and gave me a good deal..Once installed it should be noted that these High Efficient heaters leak a little water at first (when used the first time) due to condensation build up but stops in about an hour..this condition i read is normal... thanks again-Fred & Son.

Bought a furnace from them it didnt work, He accuse me of not knowing how to install a furnace mind you this is what i do for a living it had a bad board in it, said he was coming to fix but never showed up or called back and couldnt get my money back cause he said all sales are final. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE his warranty is his pocket with your money.
