Chris has done a number of projects for us over the years--both office and home. His work is always beautiful, but very practical. He works with us to make sure we are happy, but also brings innovative ideas and beautiful design. We highly recommend him and his team.

We engaged Chris Eskra to help complete the addition and furnishings of a Family room, Kitchen and Breakfast area in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. Chris was instrumental in making our home a wonderful special place. He worked with our architect during the final phase of the construction to make sure that the addition was perfectly aligned to fulfilling our dreams. Without his guidance we would not have created the wonderful home we are now living in.We were able to get comfortable with Chris very quickly. His demeanor is not flashing or high strung. He presents a strong confidence and a gentle guiding hand to help make very good decisions. His past experiences as a high end interior designer were critical to giving us the confidence that he was correct in his recommendations. He also has the reach of knowledgeable tradesman who performed to his high standards and if not he was comfortable and direct about correcting them. This is no small matter and is required if you are working in high end residential.Like many projects once you get started there does not seem to be an end to the work you want to do to your home. This project was no exception. After completing the addition, we asked Chris to renovate our Master bedroom suite and Dining room. A very exciting project on its own and one that completed our entire first floor. Chris worked with some very talented furniture designers to craft pieces that fit seamlessly into the space. We did some very beautiful exciting touches, particularly with the lighting fixtures. We all worked very hard to make every piece unique and a surprise to the eyes.Chris was key to every decision we had to make, this included the artwork we purchased for our home. He made himself available at a moments notice to help us decide on pieces we just happened upon during our travels. This gave us the confidence that we needed to make these purchases, it is quite challenging to understand how the space you are working with will accommodate the artwork.As we write this review we still consider our relationship with Chris as ongoing. While the project is officially completed we still continue to enjoy his support and influence as we add the little touches. He has been most gracious and interested to see how we continue to implement the grand design plan.
