Studio 41 in Highland Park is so amazing. If you cant find what you want there it probably doesnt exist. Of course much of our depended on an outstanding sales person, Dan Kushner. He was always available to us, knew his products and solved problems that our contractor couldnt. Great service!

Absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Dont be fooled by their online product offerings, they dont actually have any items in stock. Once you place an order, an assigned rep has to reach out via e-mail to complete the ordering process. The rep is the only person who can assist you after that point--no one else will be able to access your order information, not even a manager! My order is delayed by 2+ months now and my assigned rep does not respond to my requests for an update. Calls and e-mails regularly go unanswered, none of the people who answer the phones can provide any sort of information/order updates. They are quick to take your money but cant be bothered to provide courtesy order updates.

I was very pleased with many aspects of working with Studio 41 Highland Park. I recently completed two bathroom remodels at my home. First and foremost, Dan Kushner is a great sales consultant. He is extremely timely with all communications whether it be in-person, by email, or phone call. Dan is very knowledgeable about product offerings and was patient as I processed options. Dan showed a good understanding of likely delivery times for various brands and models. When my contractor discovered issues about a missing part, Dan was quick to problem-solve. Second, Studio 41 does have a good showroom with a wide variety of products on display. Third, the customer pick-up area is well-staffed and efficiently run. On one of my visits I was disappointed that Studio 41 did not offer for free or to purchase rope to tie down my SUV tailgate when the bathtub did not quite fit. Dan and staff at the customer pick-up area did come up with a solution on the day. More importantly, it is clear that the management of Studio 41 is open to customer feedback loops as I understand they are now stocking tie-down rope for customers as needed. I will use Studio 41 again. Thanks. David O

Its much larger than I thought. So many beautiful ideas! Not sure if its necessarily a good thing but not 1 person ever approached us to assist in any way. We wandered for over an hour, in and out of every department and display taking pictures and notes; barely a single glance from a sales person. There is a huge difference between being pursued and completely ignored.

The shower head did not perform as it was demonstrated - the one that they supplied had 50% less supply than they indicated.They ordered a toilet that did not arrive - but they neglected to tell us.They recommened a tub that has a 4 rise under neath it. We cannot comfortably get in the shower.We ordered tile. They did not order enough, and had the incorrect delivery date.Certainly they are nice in the store.However, the products and service behind the sale are absolutely abysmal.We have another project to build.There is no way that we can send another client to this store

Good selection. They do everything using contractors; we were lucky because our contractor [Rick] and his team were excellent. Delivery made few mistakes and broke stuff. Customer service needs improvement.

Brilliant Customer Service, Wonderful ExperienceOver the past 6 months we have undertaken major home remodeling including our bathrooms and kitchen. Jacob worked with us on choosing all of our bathroom and kitchen products and helped us design it all. He has been amazing and without his great advice our home would not look as fantastic as it does now. His availability to address any question was superb and he always kept us updated on the progress of the delivery of our orders. He was truly a pleasure to deal with and made what can sometimes be a challenging experience a truly enjoyable one.

DISAPPOINTED and PREJUDICED AGAINST. Stopped by this past Saturday to shop for faucets. We asked for help on pricing of a specific faucet on display only to be greeted with “this cost thousands”. I guess based on our appearance (we are Asians), it was assumed that we do not have thousands to spend on a faucet. We are customers of Studio41 and bought everything for our bathroom remodel there just a couple years ago. I am floored to be judged based on our appearance. This is such raw times for society and I am supremely disappointed with Studio41’s lack of ability to treat everyone equally.

Over a 2-year period we worked with Leslie Blesius at Studio41 on a new-construction double condominium project that involved plumbing, plumbing fixtures, bathroom accessories, door and cabinet hardware. Leslie was incredibly knowledgeable and helped make the entire process easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend Leslie and Studio 41!

I recently moved to the area and just made my first visit to Studio 41. I had the good fortune of being helped by Leslie Blesius as I meandered through the tile section. She was knowledgeable and thorough as well as a fun salesperson. I really enjoyed my time working with her and urge anyone who sets foot in the showroom to ask for her personally. Thanks Leslie!

I worked a whole year with Studio 41 in designing a home and spend more than $30000. 00 worth of merchandise. I had a lot of issues with some of merchandise.The worse one happened to my farm sink kohler brand got hair line crack after six months of usage. I talked to studio 41 sales person susie. She said the only things they could do just send me another farm sink, and I have to pay $1200.00 for installation of the sink that I didnt even use for less than a year.Dave manager is awful and nonresponsive. I was surprised with Daves attitude.

Great place for windows, doors and other amenities

Studio 41 has a wide selection of home products, and pros who know all the features of the merchandise. Abby Wagner helped me select a special sink as I built a home floral design studio. She listened carefully to my needs for processing flowers and narrowed it down to a double wide extra deep sink. More importantly, she offered some specialized faucet choices, including special misting features that I use almost every day to clean and hydrate flowers without damaging them. Abby made what could have been an overwhelming process very easy. The order was seamless and everything was delivered in perfect condition in advance of my promised delivery date. Great, a little hard to get to

We just completed our bathroom remodeling and we were very pleased with the sales experience that we received from Cesar. From start to finish Cesar helped us through the process with his knowledge and attentiveness to detail. I especially was appreciated with his thoughtfulness when speaking with their Grohe rep about our retrofit shower system and how they instructed us on how to maximize water pressure. Kudos to Cesar & Studio 41.

We are doing a complete “redo” of our master bathroom. Studio 41 has all the tile, hardware, vanity options. But more importantly, they have great knowledge and experience, primarily Jacob (the Tile God) and Zak . These guys are the best I have worked with doing any home remodeling. Strongly recommend.

Wide selection of many manufacturers, and product options; on display to touch, feel, and inspect for quality differences. Kitchen faucet display and shower head/valve displays are installed and operating for demonstration comparisons. VERY HELPFUL. Lucas was VERY knowledgeable, and helpful.

Walked in looking for vanity’s and not even a hello from a sales person but no worries no money spend and no money lost just wasted time.

We used Studio 41 for our new construction home. Beautiful products and wonderful service. I would highly recommend them for helping you select and go thru your floor plan. They have stood behind all the products as we did have a couple of issues. Zak is the best!

We decided to redo our bathrooms and visited Studio 41 locations in Naperville, Chicago, and Highland Park. Even thou, the two other locations were closer, (Highland Park location was almost an hour drive from home ) we chose Highland Park and made the trip three times ! Tori was wonderful to work with, she was professional, extremely helpful, and handled all the details. The store layout is well done, there is a large selection of products, and the pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend this studio 41 location, thank you Tori and Zack it was a pleasure.

We bought beautiful new vanity from there outlet room. The first person we spoke to was not very helpful at all but once we got to the right guy the gave us a great price and were super easy to work with. Definitely going back if need anything else.

Zach stood behind the faucet S41 sold me. To correct the bad installation by Dirsmith Builders, he sent his plumber to reinstall it at no cost. Its beautiful and works perfectly now. Thanks Zach for the great customer service and terrific product.

Went to Studio 41 with my husband and 2 little kids. We walked around and not one person asked us if we needed help. We then asked the front desk for an item we were looking for and she brushed us off and just pointed to where we should look. Then after walking around for a little longer we finally had to ask for help. The first lady immediately got frustrated with us because we were not understanding what she was asking us. I then had to ask for another person to work with. Mariya was then wonderful to work with and showed us everything we were looking for!

I had a great experience working with Kate McNulty at Studio 41. She was extremely knowlegeable about her product and was very easy to get along with. I am so happy with my newly remodeled bathroom! I would recommend anyone looking to remodel or build, call Kate - shes the BEST!

My Wife and I decided to re-finish are up stairs middle bathroom. We wanted to do it middle of the road, nice stuff but not top end. We where Helped by Zac Silver and he could have not been more helpful, He new his products. He looked up and priced out the right fixtures and Vanity. The prices were competitive and fair. He also helped us with the Subway tile as well. The Bathroom was completed this week and came out beautiful . Thanks Zac and Studio41 for the Great Service.

We went to Studio 41 tonight and were extremely disappointed. I was with my husband and two young kids. When we entered, no one offered to help us. Then, when we asked the nearest gentleman for help, the response was “I guess I’m the closest one so I’ll do it.” Subsequently, my 2 yr old daughter started to talk to this salesman, not sure why. Of note, we are a mixed race family. Because he didn’t understand my 2 yr old daughter, he asked her in a rude way “what language are you even speaking?!” To my TWO YEAR old kid. Racist and disgusting. This salesman was clearly a bigoted individual. And took it out on a 2 yr old child. Studio 41, you have lost my business. Thanks for the info though, pretty sure we can go elsewhere to get what we need. You work on commission right? Big mistake. Huge.

Nice showroom but total lack of customer service. If you are dependent on delivery times to finish your project you should probably go somewhere else.

Wanted to check them out for our kitchen redesign project. Called before going to find out if we needed an appointment because we were taking our two little kids and I didnt want to have to wait and have the kids be cranky by the time we were ready to talk to a consultant. Person that answered the phone said no appointment necessary at the time we were planning on going as theyre well staffed. We get there and lo and behold theyre short staffed and we have a 45 minute wait before talking to anyone about kitchen cabinets. Needless to say we left but it was a total waste of time and a wasteful 30 minute drive in traffic with two little kids. Tip to others: make an appointment even if they say you dont need one!

Great showroom. They were cheaper than Amazon, Home Depot and Build.

My original experience with Studio41 was great, but when a part went bad, the receptionist was curt and said the part was uncovered by warranty. My plumber couldnt believe their response after I had spent so much money there. He told me to call Grohe and see what they said. I called Grohe and they said they would put a new part in the mail immediately. No charge. I called Studio41 back to tell them what Grohe said. The receptionist was unapologetic. Wont be returning to this store.

If you looking for a good deal and the professional service person go to see David at 2500 N. Pulaski in Chicago.I swear by him and I have been dealing with him for years he will not be let down and the order will be exactly correct
