I scheduled a full detailing with Sam for my Lincoln MKX, which was already a clean car. I was going out of town and dropped the car off on a Thursday and was to put it up on Monday.I called Monday morning to confirm my car was ready and he needed another hour.When I got there the car wasnt ready and as I waited noticed there were several things not cleaned. It was another 45 minutes before they were done! Sam argued with me, over talking me constantly. Apparently his brother Matt is the owner and out of the office for the next month.When I left and was driving to work and then errands after I noticed a metal clanging sounds when braking and accelerating coming from the back of my car. As it turns out in the storage area where the spare tire is, the trailer hitch and ball is what was making the noise because the jack and tool bag to change the spare were gone, therefore the extra space allowed room for the metal hitch and ball to slide around making that noise!When I went back and confronted Sam he argued with me that they would never steal them and just talked and talked. I spoke to another man there, Dave who was going to look around the shop and told me to come back the following day.I did and they never found them, yet they agreed they had been in the spare tire area during the detailing. I said why would you detail in the spare when you didnt even properly detail the car in the first place!!!Basically I got a full service car wash...they said NO you got a detailing. I said by definition a detail means doing the details! which you didnt!!! and stold my jack w/tools that even used will cost me $100 to replace. He refused refunding me ANY part of what I paid!😡😤😖DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!It was suggested to me that I file a police report and will look into that!

Worst job ever! My car still needed to be cleaned after I paid $240 for a full detail. I wiped the inside with a Lysol wipe and saw food crumbs, grease, and was very disappointed. I feel like they barley cleaner my car. I tried to say something about it to the guy and he told me I would have to pay extra and leave it there for another whole day. All because there was crumbs and white powder all over my interior that I expected them to clean when I paid for a full detail.

Sam and his guys are fantastic. They’re so thorough and do a wonderful job. I have a special wrap on my car that would scratch easily anywhere else but they take great care of it and know exactly what to do. They clean the interior and exterior cautiously and are very detail oriented. Highly recommend.

Worst detail job ever! Received my vehicle back with scratches and not clean? I was told that nothing could be done and they were not responsible, worst customer service I have ever received, overall just rotten people/establishment. If I could give no stars I would.

I usually use my dealers complimentary car washes, but with the covid situation and the inconvenience of driving to my dealer I thought I would try a local hand carwash. After meeting Sam I felt confident I would get more attention than my dealer was able to provide and it was a good value. Sam listened to my concerns, he made eye contact and appeared to take pride in his work. Next week I will do a professional wax and detailing.

Sam is great, great service and very professional. I only get hand car washes so ive tried all the places around the area. By far this is the best. Do not spend your money anywhere else. My Jeep looks better than the day i bought it off the showroom floor. I will be purchasing a pass.

Horrible place. The owner was obviously hungover when we arrived at 8am to pick up a uhaul. I had to loudly knock for them to open up at 8:10AM after he ignored us calling the place to see what was going on. Tried all 3 numbers given but did not pick up any of them. Then proceeded to disappear to the back. I had to go look for him

I had my car detailed here and it surpassed my expectations. I have a 2008 Sienna minivan which had a lot of scratches on the doors. Without me even mentioning the scratches they worked on them and were able to repair them! The van looks brand new, inside and out. I would HIGHLY recommend Magic Touch for car detailing. Their prices were much lower than the 3 other shops I called, and the customer service was outstanding. I would definitely use them again.

I was diverted from Hoffman Estates to Highland Park for A u haul truck. I sat for an hour and a 1/2 and nobody came. They had left to hand printed numbers to call on the door the 1st the voice mailbox was full the 2nd one was a voicemail Box that nobody answered. I called 5 times. Now him out 2 hours of a drive to Michigan with no trailer. I will never again rent from u haul after this experience.

I brought my impala there for the first time a few weeks ago. They did the best job that has ever been done on my car. Their attention to detail is amazing. I will definitely be coming back.

Can’t bring my Car through a car wash. (Ground clearance issue) Needed to find a hand car wash. Sam is great Friendly service great work fast and great price. Will be back many times this winter!!

I brought my car here because of their 5 star reviews. I was hugely disappointed at the result. An employee had to spend 30 minutes trying to fix up their sloppy work. My wheels were still dirty, the car had tree sap all over the hood and there was a three foot long mark that polished right off when it was done. I thought I was getting a good detail but what I really got was a lousy $139 car wash. Save your money! This place is terrible

Tried Magic Touch because of their 5 star rating. Hugely disappointed. After 10 hours in the shop they had to spend 30 minutes at pick up time trying to fix all their mistakes. Three foot long mark on rear quarter panel which came right off after an application of compound. Tree sap in several places on front of the car. Both wheels on drivers side had to be redone while we waited. I was expecting a decent detail and what I received was a lousy $139 car wash. Save your money and go elsewhere if you want your car done properly.

I came to Magic Touch last week and worked with Matt to have my Prius detailed inside and out. Matt and his brother own the business, and he was super professional and great to work with, and is also very clearly passionate about his business and the quality service that he provides. He stressed that they only use shammies. Any car nut will want to take their car here because they wont have to worry about scratching their pants or then using dirty towels! Their shop was immaculate, which is a good sign for a clean carwash! He was also honest and I really trusted his opinion about what needed to be done with my car. My car came out looking like brand new and I am very happy!!! I will recommend Magic Tough to anyone.
