The repair man enters the home having a personal telephone conversation. They attempted to over charge me for service. He quoted $375 to change the intake valve on a whirlpool cabrio washing machine. I googled the valve and it only costs $58! So you’re really charging $317 for labor?! That’s more than the washing machine is worth. Smh. Don’t do it people. They’re just out to collect the $59.99 service fee they charge to come out.
