Awesome place! The staff is very friendly and care about you. Dr Blyth is great doctor that cares about her patients. I can always get a message to her through My chart and I usually hear from her fairly quickly. I do have to wait sometimes but that is because she cares about her patients and is willing to spend time with them so I’m more than happy to wait. Jackie at the front desk is pretty awesome too!

I was late because of a car accident and they would not see me because of one minute.

I met with Dr. Wendling for the first time just recently. Needed a new physician. Great choice. Down to earth. Answered all of my questions. Not rushed in any way. I am very pleased with my decision to have Dr. Wendling as my PCP. Entire staff were kind and helpful.

So if you want a doctor that cares about the patient and is fantastic at what he does see Dr. Nicholas Wendling. He is top notch, and at the top of his game. I will also recognize Jackie M. from the front office. She makes the first impression of this office a gold standard for which all others should follow. Go see this team.

Recently had an appointment and received a bill stating I only paid $25 of a $30 co-pay. It stated I owe $5. I have received a similar bill on other visits in the past and I automatically paid thinking it was an oversight on my part. This time I still had my receipt and bank statement and I found I had actually paid the full $30. I am having to run around to prove I paid it and they have not given me any explanation of why it came up short or if this happened in the past and they now owe me money. Please be aware that your payments may not be fully posting and money may be missing from payments.

For the service its the star. But they bill you a hefty amount ($395) just to establish as a new patient and they dont inform us regarding the same when you book an appointment. That amount says as a outpatient visit and its not covered by insurance too. I was so pissed when i called the billing department and they said thats how we do and the range varies from $300 - $500. Seriously!!! Since we r now setup i cant go back. Have to continue.. 😡

Originally rated them a 1 because their office staff (or at least the CMAs) dont read notes or communicate with the doctors when unsure of something. Dr. Copeland made everything right though, shes absolutely awesome.

This was the worst service Ive ever been provided by a doctors office. They were remarkably unprofessional, I spent hours (literally) on the phone just to get routine medicines filled, and they lied to me on multiple occasions. They also lied about a non-existing state law, and then denied me treatment under those same false pretenses. I would stay far away from this doctors office if you value quality health care.

Great doctor. Cares about patients. After Bethany Medical almost killed my mom, I switched her to Dr. Blythe. Since switching my mother over 2 years ago, I have seen a drastic improvement in her health.

I called to ask how much an out of pocket patient would have to pay just to see the doctor. They told me $72 and whatever else is done. I told them I’m not looking to accept anything else done just want to talk to the doctor. They told me just $72. I said ok so that’s all I’m paying I don’t want to be billed for anything and I already said I would turn down any testing or anything else as I’m paying out of pocket. The lady on the phone was the same lady at the front desk and she told me yes that was all. $72. So I got this bill for $105 and it says the $72 was just a partial payment, mind you nothing else was done just seeing the doctor and I’m sure if they go in the camera as I had confirmed at the front desk day of the appointment, because I’ve had a bill come to me at another office before so this time I knew to confirm payment, but apparently these people are unprofessional and scammed me because I would have gone to Pomona primary care which is under $50 out the door and no bill. I really don’t appreciate when a doctor (Dr. Nicholas Wendling) takes advantage of their patient. I just called to follow up on 9/11/18, so apparently the doctor bills you according to levels of conversations you have with him. Since he was speaking about my anxiety, Gwen at the front desk just told me he said it’s a level 4 conversation and sent a bill for an additional $105 for talking. I really just wanted to talk about my gastrointestinal health as I’d mentioned on the phone prior. If I knew that him initiating more topics will have him bill me more I would’ve went to my other doctor at Pomona since I didn’t have a limit of words out of my mouth. This place is horrible seriously. I feel sorry for the people who end up going to LeBaeur Primary Care. I will certainly tell my experience to all my clients and of course social media.

I didnt know Robert Yoo was still at Lebauer Health. He is a terrible, uncaring, almost mean doctor. I believe he left this practice long ago. Now Ive been seeing Cody Martin, PA and I find the service excellent.
