My wife ordered from Amazon. However, it was shipped through UPS to this facility. Said package will arrive November 25. It is now December 6th. Tried calling to speak with someone, and go figure I get a machine instead. Couldn’t tell me any information aside from they sent it to the post office and the post office has no information of ever receiving this package. UPS has always been unreliable with packages being handled. If it were up to me FedEx Express & Amazon would exclusively ship packages for me! Don’t waste your time with UPS!!! Brown can’t do anything for you!!!

Package delivered to wrong address in wrong city no help offered. Ups will never deliver to my house again mostly cause they cant find it. Employees need to be trained in simple vocational and location skills such as how to read an address or realize Thomasville andHigh Point are not the same town.

Went there and a worker named Shannon answered the door at 11am and told me they were closed. I informed her that the customer service number said I could pick it up at 10:30 or later today. She said that the customer service center was lazy and did not change the hours because they were lazy. I then called the customer service number and told them this. They said we would get a call within the hour guaranteeing a solution, but we did not. We went back up there and she yelled at us because she said we lied to customer service. Shannon needs to be fired immediately for being rude, mean, and dishonest!

A worker named Tina Jackson along with a manager named Louis refused to give me my package TWICE after I called customer service to verify hours of operation. I was on the phone with customer service WHILE I WAS TALKING TO TINA and she still refused to give me my package and told me to leave the property. Tina was very rude the entire time and I do not think she should be there anymore as she clearly has no customer facing position skills. The level of disconnect between customer service and the customer center is laughable, but Tina and Louis’s demeanor are not and there should be action taken. I’ve worked in customer service and give workers the benefit of doubt because I know how it goes sometimes but this interaction was horrid and unacceptable.

Paid for 2nd day air to make sure a time sensitive package got to me on time but the driver couldnt locate my address considering they have dropped several packages off to me without problems, contacted customer service and they acted like they didnt care and the only thing they offered to do was drop the package at the local UPS store for pickup IF the driver makes it there before the close... For a company that prides itself on on-time delivery they surly dont get my vote of confidence!

Hands down I live in a great area to be able to ride to my favorite place to ship and and send it off without a glitch to the woman that I love great place great location needs a little bit more exposure where it is but I guess is in an industrial park and its hidden but its a great idea for me and they always do a good job.

Terrible customer service. They did not want to give me my package (an iphone) because my last name on my ID was different than on the package- although my first and middle names matched and the address matched, AND I showed them the email confirmation from Apple about the shipment that matched the tracking number.

I was able to mail my package. However, its closed in the middle of the day for 3 hours so I had to come back. Apparently questions are not allowed because when I asked, they were rude and unhelpful. Its not a very customer oriented evironment.

If i could give this place a zero I would. Why anyone would hire that woman for a customer service rep position Ill never understand. She was loud, rude to every customer in there, obnoxious, argumentative, and I could go on, but I think you get the picture. One customer told the csr that the 800 # for ups told her that her package was ready for pick-up at that facility, and the retort she got was well the 800 # never knows what theyre talking about. Fine representative for UPS!! Several of us had received emails stating our packages were at this facility, yet each of us left without our package. Another customer asked to speak to her supervisor to which the csr replied i dont have one. Im the only one here . I wouldnt recommend UPS at all and this woman who evidently runs the place needs to be transferred to the warehouse running a forklift! Or better yet, fired!

I ordered a crib through Amazon prime; max transit was supposed to be 4 days. It has now been two weeks! Driver came into my neighborhood, pulled up to my driveway and left without getting out! Inexcusable! Not only that, but theres no contact information for the UPS location in Archdale and no one at the 800 # knows what theyre doing or how to handle a call on a late shipment, other than letting you know at 1640 you can pay additional for a two hour window ETA when they stop delivering at 1900 and your shipment is out for delivery today by 1900. UPS is by far the worst carrier out there for freight, small package and air freight! This is not my first round with them, but should be my last as I will start making my own shipping arrangements when I order things.

I have had package after package drop here with no one home now a driver leaves a note on my door that he will try again first of the week. suppose to get it in two days but he has taken it back for monday del. where do they get the drivers from? some kind of mad at him bad reflection on ups. will refuse ups shipments from now on.
