Jeff provided excellent, professional service. He immediately diagnosed the problem and went right to work on alleviating the stains. He also told us how to care for the sofa. I had to reschedule an appointment for a technician to come out and fix my bed. Then when they said they’d call me back, multiple times, they never did. I kept having to take days off from work to wait all day for someone to come out for nobody to show up. And they never even called to tell me they couldn’t come. I started my claim in early June. I finally got someone to come out in the middle of September and the guy said he was running late. He was supposed to come anywhere between 1pm-5pm and he didn’t show up til 6:15. He finally got here and installed the part. When I went to check the bed later that night, the head of the bed didn’t even move (which was the problem). So, either he installed it incorrectly or we got sent the wrong part. This was the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. Now I have to have them fix this new problem and it’s probably gonna take another 3 months. Their service sucks. Definitely do NOT recommend.
We have a busy household and enjoy relaxing together, this means that our furniture get loved! But it also means that is gets stains... We had our first ever stain removal today and I had no idea that our couch would ever look this good again! Special shout out to Steven who personally made this happen for us.

Work order was placed & had an appt. set the next day, for only 3 business days later. Aaron P. was the technician assigned to clean our recliner. He kept me updated via txts, as well as a call 20 mins. before arriving. Very professional, polite & done excellent work, answered all my questions. Would recommend FSN to anyone, & will ask for Aaron in the future.
My claim was for 2 rugs that had what I thought was grease or oil spots on them. Gary Gould was the technician that came to spot clean. He contacted me to let me know when he was coming and arrived promptly at the time he said he would be there. He did an excellent job on my rugs. There are no signs of the stains anywhere. He was very professional, friendly & clearly very knowledgeable. He was very careful to make sure my hardwood floors were protected while he worked on the rugs. Rich did a great job repairing our leather sectional couches. He showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a Warranty program as It pertains to any warranty program I have ever had previously. The customer service agents are no knowledgeable at all when it comes to providing customer support. After being hung up on by several agents due to the fact that they were not able to locate my official order. The tech service provided is way below par. The tech scheduled for 4/5/2021 @ 8am – noon did not show up until after 4 pm. In addition, no updates were provided from the until I reached out to the corporate office which also did not provide any assistance as to where the tech was or the part???? Furthermore, the Customer Support (supervisor) proceeded to call me a liar when advising her of my part order. NEVER had such a worst experience when dealing with a warranty program ( after spending over $3000.00 in merchandise) that they are reluctant to warranty. Part was ordered back in Nov 2020 and it is now April 2021 and not to mention they advised that the part has been sitting in their warehouse. The Warranty company never responded to the email that was sent from the warehouse advising the part was ready to pick up. WORD OF ADVISED TO ANYONE THE IS MAKING FURNITURE PURCHASES, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO THROUGH FURNITURE CARE PROTECTION PROGRAM OR FURNITURE SOLUTIONS NETWORK! You will be greatly disappointed!!

We had to use this company to be able to use our insurance we bought for our genuine leather couch from American Signature Furniture.First technician (Antonio) called us with an out of state area code 30 minutes prior to arrival. We thought it was a spam, and he didnt leave a message for us. I ended up calling the number back since no one came during the time slot. Antonio did not answer 3 times. I called FSN who stated theyll have the manager call him so that he can return my call soon. We never heard from Antonio.We rescheduled our time slot, and this time we were scheduled with technician (Johnny) who texted us 30 minutes prior to arrival and then called us upon arrival which I appreciated. Unfortunately, FSN did not notify him about the leather part replacement for our couch which to him would take up to 4 hours. He had 2 more people to see and could not fix our couch using the genuine leather part that we waited over 9 months to arrive in the mail. Side note: the leather part we received didnt even have the cut out for the button controls. Our technician used a heat gun, sand paper, and leather spray paint. It looks fair now (on a scale on poor, fair, good, or excellent).We are EXTREMELY disappointed in FSN for having us wait so long for the part, the miscommunication between FSN and technician, the money we paid for insurance, and fair outcome of the service provided.I would not recommend this company.
Gary Gould visited my home to do an in house tufting repair on my Joybird couch and did an amazing job! I highly recommend him for any type of furniture repair or refresh. He was friendly, timely, and courteous enough to take the time to explain what he was doing during the entire visit! Great service and will definitely call on him again for any furniture related issues!

This review is for JUSTIN RIEGER. I received exceptional customer service from this supervisor. We had many issues with the warranty service, Uniters, not getting anything done in a timely manner. After 24 months and 64 pictures uploaded along with 2 technician visits, Justin went to bat with me to have full replacement. I spent over 5000.00 and was getting nowhere until Justin vouched for me. He spent personal time on the phone helping get everything resolved. The furniture solutions company is hired as a third party to complete repairs. However, their hands are tied when the manufactures are not sending the parts. Thank You Justin for making things right.
Bought a Costco leather sofa w/power headrests and recliners. The seat-backs were individually wrapped - I inadvertently upon unwrapping them put a small slice in the back of seat. I contacted Costco and with their excellent C/S they put me in touch with sofa company, who order a replacement seat cover. Ultimately, I was contacted by Jeff Conroy, Furniture Solutions, to replace and repair the new seat cover. Jeff was an excellent technician who did a wonderful job of replacing the seat cover, he was professional and took his time to do a quality job. No one would know that this sofa had ever been repaired. Looks brand new. Couldnt be happier with work that Jeff did. Highly recommend him and his company.
Raphael was awesome and so responsive! He came in smiling w/a warm greeting. He had all of his tools ready to assess and fix the problem. He quickly went straight to work asking questions about the issue then quickly problem solving. My concern was my adjustable base. He showed me that the initial wiring was faulty, fixed it, then demonstrated how I have the option of using 2 remotes to move by adjustable base. He was very patient, professional and kind. Jeff Conroy, owner of Furniture Solutions Network, was awesome to deal with in servicing our sofa today. He called to confirm our appointment the day before and then 15 minutes before arriving the day of the appointment. Jeff wore a mask the entire time he was in our home and took his shoes off outside our front door. The lumbar cushion was repaired by adding additional foam, the adjustable head rest was tightened down to prevent it from catching and he determined that the motor in the reclining sofa needed to be replaced. Prior to leaving, he had ordered the parts and once received we’ll reschedule the install of the new motor. I would highly recommend Jeff for any of your furniture repairs. Thanks Jeff, Doug

Dan R. arrived today to repair furniture items in my home that needed dire repair. He was attentive, professional, nice, and above all hard working. He managed to give my table leg, a new leg! He made it all his own and painted with a finish that looks identical to the rest of the leg(s) and table. I was thoroughly impressed. I wish Id take a during picture because he was fantastic. He also deeply hand cleaned a nail polish stain from my couch cushion. He didnt even have to say he was going to be covid safe, he just WAS! I would recommend Dan and Furniture Solutions to everyone.
Gary did such a great job repairing my table top. He took a lot of time to perfect the color match and sheen. My children broke open a glow stick and it ate away at the finish. I could not be more pleased with the furniture repair service performed by technician Rich Szabo on my sofa. My brand new Joybird furniture arrived with a loose seam on one of the tufted cushions. Instead of just tightening what was unraveling, Rich took the time to remove the button, and re-tuft the cushion, so that it looks perfect. His professional and courteous manner, along with his expertise, is what made this repair a very positive experience. Highly recommend.

We purchased furniture from Morrisons on sale for $1200 that has turned out to be junk. The frame on our sectional broke with very very light usage as its just my husband and I and thank goodness for the warranty I purchased. We live in Dayton Ohio and our technician Josh came and fixed our couch and was done and out of here in about an hour. He was very professional and courteous and the repair seemed very good and thorough. FSN is a great company and their professionals are top notch! We have insurance for many pieces and my husbands recliner was badly broken. Sean Harrison was the professional assigned to my case. When he reached out about my appointment, I explained my home, family, and unique situation that he would be working in. He said NO PROBLEM! When he came he was very professional, efficient, and so very nice. I asked many questions and he showed us where and what for the break and also sources of how it could have happened. He had to come back to finalize the repair, and took the back piece with him to work on and bring back so he wouldnt have to come back to work on it at our house. Tech offered me HIS business card, telling me the 9 month old chair wasnt covered for warranty.He wrote up the ticket that way,did he really think I was going to call HIM?! Even though he said he could do it cheap!? Another company came and fixed it and it was warranty. BEWARE

Mr. Gary Gould was so pleasant and efficient! He diagnosed the problem first, went to his car and replaced the part. Then there was another issue and one more trip to the car did the trick! The motor assembly (I think that’s what it was) was replaced with the new one and my recliner was fixed! We had three trial runs and it works perfectly! I have been waiting 3.5 Months to get recliner sofa fixed. They absolutely are the worst and Living Spaces that sold policy doesnt care either. They both should close theyre doors!!! They wont even respond to me!
I lost a button on my leather sofa and the furniture manufacturer (joybird) kindly found a local furniture repair vendor, Furniture Solutions Network, to come to my house and repair the button. A minor side issue was a seam that started to come undone.FNS reached out and we found a time to schedule the in-house repair. They confirmed the appointment the night before via text, and the technician even texted me 5 minutes before he arrived to let me know. He arrived promptly at 10am (our scheduled time was between 10-2)I can’t say enough how pleased I am with the service. The expert was Joe Zapata, and he was incredibly kind and generously showed me the process of repairing the button. He fixed the seam too, and I didn’t even expect that to be repaired. Joe was an around congenial, professional and eminently capable technician. Really made my day.It’s rare to have such a great experience, so I had to post a review. Bought sofa from Macys and their protection plan from WorryNoMore . Registerd claim for repair/replacement of my sofa seat as part of the protection plan. WorryNoMore has sent Carlos from Furniture Solutions Network who visited my home to inspect my sofa. He said that my sofa will be repaired and he will order the leather piece to replace. He noted down my sofa product number and took few pictures. Few days later I was shocked and surprised that my claim from WorryNoMore was denied. So Carlos and Furniture Solution Network are lying to customers that they will take care of repair but nothing happens. They prommise the customer something that they dont fulfill. Furniture Solutions Network and WorryNoMore are running a scam. BEWARE!!

Jose Gonzalez came to my house and worked a small miracle on my couch, which had a soda stain AND a gum stain (don’t ask ha!). My beautiful creme colored couch is restored back to new, and I’m so appreciative. Jose did all of this in about 30 mins, and even took the time when I asked, to educate me on why I shouldn’t try to clean it myself without the right process and equipment...good call...:) Thanks so much, Jose! Sean Harrison came out and repaired our couch. In the past others didnt even bother to try and fix our furniture and just said we needed a replacement which meant long time with out. Sean had the repair done in about 30 minutes. He was very professional and I would love for any of my other repair needs to be handled by him.

Sam Gibson was a highly skilled leather craftsman. We had two punctures in our leather sectional upon delivery. He expertly dissembled the piece and replaced two leather replacements. He is a perfectionist at his craft and made sure everything was done to his satisfaction. When he reassembled our sectional it looked better than new. He was courteous and kept us informed when he would arrive. He worked on a quilted blanket and wrapped up all the used staples and remnants in his blanket and left the area like it was when he arrived. He had an apprentice with him as he expertly explained what he was doing and why. Erika in the office was very caring and professional. They were a pleasure to do business with from start to finish.

My boyfriend and I purchased a sleep function bed in January 2020 because I was pregnant and having problems. When the bed delivered to our house it wouldnt work at all when plugged in we were told that it needed a new control box. We had 3 technicians come out to service us and each one never had the part we needed. We were then told that the part would be delivered to our house and we would get a follow up call. It is now March 2021 and we have yet to see a part nor have we received a follow up. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

I wasnt particularly happy with the companys response time being as I was told in an email that it would be four to six weeks but nothing happened for 3 months. I am however extremely happy with our repair person Dan Bailey. The wrong item was sent to repair our couch and he was able to fix the part of the couch that needed to be fixed by using the wrong part that was sent and he did an absolutely wonderful job and he does amazing upholstery!!!! Thank you Dan and you need to ask for a raise because you have a great talent!!
