The staff is Young and inexperienced. They worked at pactiv on a fire and water removal. I told them to create a dam or put a screen on the vac hose, they responded that they couldnt do that They proceeded to plug their machine up with foam fluff and finally said they were leaving because they couldnt del with it anymore.

I called ServPro this morning and they had someone out this afternoon. Susan was friendly and very helpful with scheduling and explaining the process. When Austin arrived he was very clean, presentable and extremely professional. The good news is, we only need to replace the cabinet panel. He also found a new leak before it becomes a problem. Thanks so much ServPro! You guys are awesome!!
