On two occasions, once at high point location and once at asheboro location,, I have reserved a vehicle and called to make sure it would be available. I was assured a full size truck would be available. I called this morning, I am supposed to pick up a full size truck for family vacation, they said rental was ready, but it was a mid-size truck. This will not accommodate my needs and they could only offer a mid size suv. This is completely unacceptable considering the rates they charge, more than their competitors. I am now left to call Avis at the airport to get a full size truck, with a longer drive to pick it up. Enterprise needs to get their act together. Very disappointed customer here.
Great check in service and professionalism with ensuring I was taken care of. Staff is working diligently to service customers even though they are understaffed at the establishment. I dont recall the individual who checked me in name but he was awesome! Even though the vehicle style wasnt available at my check-in he did his best to accommodate me as a customer. That was appreciated and I know its a trying time in the customer service industries currently.

I was provided a rental while my personal vehicle was being repaired on an insurance claim. The gentlemen in the office were ALL friendly, cheerful, and ready and willing to help. I was repeatedly asked if I needed anything, and made to feel valued as a customer. If I had any issues with the vehicles I drove, I was never put off or made to wait, any problems were addressed immediately, or at MY convenience. It was a pleasure working with the staff at the High Point location. Thank you!

#enterpriserentalcarDO NOT RENT HERE. I did so under a car insurance claim; I called from a car dealer less than 2 miles from them asking if they can pick the car up. They said yes. They then charged me 276 dollars. I know it could not have been for gas as I filled up the night before knowing I would be turning it in. on that full tank I went from gas station to my house 2.4 miles, house to car dealer 3.9 miles. I rented a truck that got 17 miles to the gallon. so that is .5 gallons. Come to find out after calling... They never picked up the car and are charging me for not doing their job...... for the amount of days I have this charge I will write that many reviews.I will be trying to work with my car insurance company to have them taken off their vendor list. Not enterprise just this location
My experience with Enterprise was excellent. My interaction was the result of an insurance vandalism claim. The repreaentatives of the local brach were the most respectful, helpful, and determined to make my experience easy. No worries and no issues. They picked me up to get the rental, and they dropped me off with no complaints. Excellent service!! Thank you all.
Very nice and accommodating. The staff was very straight up and told you what you needed and was easy to work with. Car was great ran great . Definitely will run for them again. Close to my house may pick up and drop off easier.
Aaron Caudle gave me excellent customer service. However, I am rating my a experience at a 3 because the type of rental I requested was not available even though I arrived prior to my pick up time. Since I did not have time to wait for the possibility of what I requested to come available, I had to rent a different type of vehicle. The other issue is after I returned the vehicle, I realized that I left an item in the vehicle that I rented. I called the same day and the vehicle had not gone out yet. I knew exactly where I left the item and advised the rep that I spoke with. He advised that the item wasnt in the vehicle. I found this to be strange because no one had rented the vehicle prior to my phone call. I will rent from this location again, I just know to not expect what I reserve and to be more careful regarding removing my personal items prior to leaving the vehicle.
I had a great experience my first time renting from here. I set everything up online and when I went to pick up my rental and to return it I was in and out in no time. Very nice staff. I will definitely be renting from them again :)

I would give this 0 stars if allowed. I made a reservation a week ago and get to their office this morning to find out they do not have a car. They said they tried to call the day prior to notify me but I called them late yesterday before they closed to see if I could pick up early but they said I would need to stick with my original reservation. When I arrived I was just told no sorry we do not have anything by the gentlemen, after telling him that I HAD to have a car for a business trip a lady came over and said she had 6 that needed an oil change and they would be done in about a hour.
Heather was absolutely amazing! The whole claim process was so help and gave so much helpful information. I would give her a 10 out if 5!
As always, I prefer to rent my vehicles, for whatever reason, from Enterprise Rentals. The staff is amazing and my rental comes without a headache. The rentals are in great condition and they carry me from point A to point B without an inch of trouble. Situations have occurred but they have gotten handled quickly and professionally. They work hard to make sure that their customers are satisfied. Keep up the great work Enterprise!

I have worked with Enterprise Rental of High Point numerous times. The staff has always been good to work with - kind and respectful. I have always been on the road in good time. Every rental we have used has been spotless and have never had a problem. Would highly recommend.
Andrew was very attentive and genuinely embarrassed that his location could not provide the car that I booked on line. The full size SUV I booked had been given to a walk in customer earlier in the day. Andrew personally helped clean an alternate vehicle and tried to make the change easier on me, the disappointed customer. I will be kind to Enterprise employees but the business should re evaluate this practice. They should have held my car or called me to let me know it was no longer available.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car is a very reliable source the people there are all very professional and courteous they move as fast as possible to get you in and out of there this Enterprise on North main Street in high point North Carolina basically the only one I go to I know I can count on them when Im in need
Thanks to Enterprise Rent-a-Car I was able to travel for business at my leisure. There was a very diverse selection of vehicles, so I picked a luxury SUV. I was so very please after driving 1400 miles with no worries and in in a very comfortable fashion. Mission accomplished with happy customers, just like Enterprise!

Lepreece was Amazing !!! Our rental RV broke down 30 minutes west of High Point on I -40.He was able to hold an XL Suburban for us, assisted in trying to get a taxi to pick me up on highway so I could arrive at rental prior to 6 pm when they closed ( hubby stayed with RV awaiting tow truck). Lepreece expedited rental process and got me on my way - we were able to cross load All our stuff and get home safely that night .

The vehicle smelt like smoke, the employees ran this machine that was “supposed” to remove the scent which it did for enough time for me to drive off of the lot. But it didn’t actually remove it. Not sure if I would rent from here again.
Worked to get me into the rental that I desired during a time frame where no rentals were available. The staff was great. They offered me a bottle of water while I waited for my truck. Id definitely recommend!
The car was ready, the rep explained the contract and the experience was fun!! We rented a 2020 mustang convertible. I always have had a good experience from Enterprise until the last two times. Reason being, the cars are dirty on the inside. The first time should not have been the second time was a last minute on the same day rental. i gave a four star because the cars rented have gotten me to and from with no problems.

We will never rent a car from them again. They will find any reason to try to keep your deposit and will withhold important information until they feel like it. Some staff is super nice and a few are just callous people. Never ever again

Before my godmother got the car we pointed out dents and scratches to the man and he said long as they are not big they don’t take of any money for the price we said okay. The day we took the car back he said it was a dent by the gas cap it was the same dent we pointed out to him the day we got the car and now they made us pay $300 dollars for that dent they said we made and we didn’t and they said that’s all we had to pay then turn around a file a claim with the insurance for $500 bad business cars be messed up already and they make it seem like you did it when it already be messed up with scratches and stuff on them. Never going back!!!

Absolutely aweful.rudest customer service I have ever dealt with. But I may add the only one who behaved this way was the one who claimed he was the manager.
It was a great customer experience. The rep was very friendly and professional. He walked us through the entire process with no issues or hiccups. The car we rented is extraordinarily comfortable. We were upgraded to a better car since they were out of the model/style we requested at no extra charge. The car is a hybrid and sips gas instead of guzzling it. The online reservation system was easy to navigate. Kudos for the whole experience.
Awesome team! I have rented from them about 3-4 times now and each and every time it gets no better! This is the only place I will rent from in the triad area just because of the customer service and effort in satisfying their customers! Everything was quick and convenient. My only issue was that the car listed as premium, when I picked it up had several cosmetic issues, including white paint spatter.

Hi To All:I rent from High Point, NC on N Main Street. While I ALWAYS have 100% customer service from the registration team, I see the employees who wash cars and they do 100%. I wanted to share that sometimes when I rent, there is not a car available and its no the car washer fault. They are working as hard as possible. I think this particular location does not have near enough help, in fact, I feel sorry for the registration and the car washing teams. As I state, I rent weekly and never ever have I had a bad experience, but the volume they do from this location effects the customer wait on both registration team and car washing ( especially car washing). I think you all should maybe review and see how understaffed you seem. Through all the rush, hustle and bustle they do, they never complain and always have a smile. I think you in the CEO positions need to hire more staff. Its the only location I will go to due to the friendliness that is always displayed and the positivity.

Enterprise picked me up at Gerber Collision and making my reservation was seamless. I reluctantly rented a Nissan Frontier truck. I thoroughly enjoyed the truck. After a blowout on the highway, I was transported to Enterprise where I requested another truck. This time I got a Tacoma, fondly called Taco. It too, was an awesome driving experience. Worst renting experience I’ve dealt with. Contacted the regional manager who resolved my problem but the Branch Manager needs to be terminated immediately. Also the car they rented to me wasn’t clean at all. Burn marks in the car and a strong cigarette smell.

I was involved in an auto accident and needed a rental car. The entire staff were very professional, courteous, and friendly. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income.They went above and beyond in meeting my needs and still keeping me in my budget.
Though I waited for over half an hour for my rental to be cleaned, the vehicle still smelled like smoke. This is the second time in a row that my Enterprise rental smelled of cigarettes. Maybe I should rethink my preferences...
Im a very tall person. I got into the car that they had me. No leg room. They let me pick one out that I would be comfortable in.
Asked if I left my North face backpack in the vehicle I rented and was informed they had it and that it would be in the lost and found. Come to get it 5 days later and it was taken to Goodwill. After someone calls about a specific item, why would you take it to a goodwill? Was then told its probably still there. Lol! Im sure... Thanks.

I have never rented from the High Point location and may I say the customer service rivals the Greensboro/Airport locations. I am HUGE on service and they deserve all of these stars. I reserved online, car was clean, gased up, pick up, and drop off were easy. GREAT job!

I always use Enterprise North Main St. location for business trips. Making reservations are easy and direct. PROBLEM try as I might to reserve a car (Full Size Sedans) when I show up for my APPOINTMENT there are NO cars like I reserved.I get a car NOT what I wanted. Most times its much smaller and uncomfortable, especially when driving hundreds of miles daily.AS Jerry Seinfeld put it- - You can take the Reservation BUT you cant keep the reservation.My question WHY even have reservations???

Seems to be most of the Economy or Compact vehicles had an odor to them. Had to drive with the air on and windows down. The inside of the windows also had a film on them which was very annoying to say the least and the inside of the dashboard also looked like ashes from a smoker (not saying someone smoked) just looked liked it. Was not very impressed. They called to asked the next day how I was doing with my rental and I told them. Never got a follow up. That was great! But they charged me!! Thanks Enterprise... great job!

I wont rent through enterprise again. I did a 2 star rating only because the person I was dealing was nice but he also failed to mention to me that enterprise requires a $200 deposit on their rentals. A very important piece of information was not mentioned during the rental process and I did not notice it until I was already gone. I trusted the price that was quoted to me but instead I should have been checking the paperwork. When I called to speak to a manager he portrayed he did not have a concern in the world that his staff did not properly go through the rental process. So for that I wont be using this company for a rental again.
I have had a bad experience with other enterprise locations & I finally got an employee at the north main st in high point nc by the name BEN who got me a car after trying for a week to get a car because someone totaled my car!He gave me excellent customer service & he is very valuable to Enterprise.Ben is very professional & kind & made my experience an excellent one!!!!
This place sucks.. I shouldnt even give it one star.. Called to make reservations on Friday, only to be informed on Monday that they had no small cars and that I needed to phone the insurance company because they didnt set aside enough for a car period. Seems as if this wouldnt be their fault, however like I said before, spoke with them on Friday and Im sure they were well aware of this important detail... Waste of time!!!
Rented a vehicle with scheduled pick up time at 430. Arrived to pick up the vehicle and they told us they didnt have one yet. It would have been nice to have a phone call to tell us so. Not sure how people do business like this. While I was there an elderly customer came in to rent a car in Florida from Enterprise. The place was empty but the other associate that came up told them to do him a favor and go online to do that as he couldnt guarantee them the prices. Seems to me that with good customer service he wouldnt offered to help them do it. Wont be using them again. Two stars are because the staff was pleasant.
I called the location where my reservations were the morning I was to pick it up because I was eligible for an upgrade. I was told they did not have anything available to upgrade me to and that they didnt even have the class I reserved. So, I ended up going to another town to pick up my rental. I asked the original location what would happen if I had not had the upgrade and came to pick up my original class of car that I reserved and they didnt have it. His answer was we would just wait. Keep in mind it was a Saturday and they closed at noon....how long would we have been waiting? This has happened before and when you make a reservation you MAKE SURE you have the type the customer reserved! That is the point of a reservation and walk-ins or last minute reservations get second choice. You dont book a hotel room to arrive and be told none are available!
Horrible experience, The whole purpose of reserving a vehicle in advance is to ensure your lot is prepared with the appropriate vehicles thats being reserved available ready to go but thats not the case with Enterprise. They always have a reason or excuse why they dont have a reserved vehicle available. I can understand things can go wrong sometimes but it will be a courteous and professional thing to do to call your customer in advance if youre not going to have a vehicle available on the reservation date and time. Not ever using them again there are plenty of other options out there to rent a vehicle. Stay away from this company at all cost, unless you want your time wasted!
Fast, nice and super service. This is my new rental location. I arrived at 7:37am and was at work by 8am and I work 15 mins from the location. They deserve a million stars.
I hope that I can raise the star level on this business. The hours on the phone message and online state that they are open on Sunday from 1pm - 5pm. I had a reservation created by my insurance company. I have been calling repeatedly for the past three hours and all that happens is the company ads being run repeatedly. This is very frustrating. After the ads, then comes a monotone voice saying all available representatives are currently assisting other customers. Please hold for the next representative. Goodness, I have a reservation and Ive been calling back to back. So, when will the phone be answered? I have a current emergency and need to be picked up with a vehicle. The last thing the recording says is that We apologize for this short delay. Thirteen minutes is by no means a short delay.
Great place to rent ....Picked up car and it was on time and good to go. Rental agent was very nice and helpful and didnt have any attitude issues. The car was great,only had 4,000 miles on it and drove like a dream. The worst part was I had to take the car back that night as I drove to the rental lot and there was nowhere I could park which I thought was not very well thought out by the suits....but other than that I had a great experience and would do it again ....Thanks For All
I recently rented a vehicle on February 19, 2016 from Enterprise in High Point after reserving for a family trip to Georgia. The service was great, only to return the vehicle and never recall receiving my deposit back to my credit card😒 Ive called Enterprise several times after about 1 week of returning the vehicle and the store manager advised me the first time that because my card was a credit card, it took longer for the deposit to post, and to call back in a couple of days. I called back about 3-4 days later, and he then tells me to contact my bank to find out why the deposit had not been posted, even though he was seeing a reversal on his end?😒 I dont recall ever getting a job for the company? Was that my job to do or his? Up until now, the issue has not been resolved and as long as Ive rented vehicles from them, not sure if I will give them my business the next time..😳 Definitely, not good customer care...

Couldnt get picked up for 3 hrs. Had to take a Uber (that I had to pay for). Then they tell me they have no cars.This is after I booked it over the phone. I have to get a truck that was a lot more money. And it was very dirty.This is nuts. Go to Greensboro they are much better there.
The vehicle I reserved was not available. But they provide an alternative that allowed for the number of people that was originally planned to take the trip. Had to spend twice the amount of fuel on trip due to not having the vehicle.
I have rented here before 4-5 years ago. I was expecting to be reimbursed by the insurance company. My mistake! They insisted I pay extra for their insurance (even though I had my own). The insurance only reimbursed the initial fee for the car even though I had to pay between 3 & 4 times that amount. Now I try to rent one just for a day and was told they dont have any small cars. They want $73 per day + a $200 deposit! 🤯
Couldnt find a 3/4 ton to rent for an insurance claim and Paul was able to shift some things around and had me out the door in about 15 minutes. Excellent service!

Worst experience ever..would never go to this location again Manager is unprofessional and does not deserve the title..attitude reminiscent of teenager who cant control their emotions (in a professional world) Ashley Hobbs or something. Last two reservations I made at this location basically were a complete waste of time and money spent on two trips foiled by the inability to accommodate and lack of knowledge for the meaning reservations Ashley gets mad when I point this out and asks me to leave. Thats fine I took my business elsewhere, you do not get mad at the consumer because you dropped the ball and didnt fall through. Simple go see Duece at the airport in Greensboro he always come through.
The insurance company arranged a car rental through Enterprise in High Point. They were supposed to let me know 24 hours in advance when I needed to return the car. They called me two days after I was supposed to return the car. I told them I would bring it back that day and Malik said he could work out the charges. Within 30 minutes of my call with Malik, KP charged my credit card without my authorization for the days AND a security deposit. The car was returned with a full tank of gas and no issues. The branch manager would not speak with me and did not return emails. I have been an Enterprise Plus member since 2012. After this experience, I will not recommend this Enterprise to anyone.
