This place was recommended to me by a friend, represented as a reliable and trustworthy shop. I was not disappointed, the men on staff were friendly and helpful, willing to go the extra mile to get my car back into commission. There are signs all around inside that indicate that this is a Christian organization, and I will say that Im willing to take my patronage to a place where they are not afraid to say they are Christian. However, my observance is that they are not Christian in name only, they appear to be Godly men who treat people right. Im willing to pay a reasonable rate for service, not looking to get something for nothing, but do appreciate their fair rates and will take my business there again, because that is the kind of service I look for. Thank you so much for getting my car in and out of the shop in a faster than expected fashion!In my google search for this shop, I did find another Three Points Automotive located in Texas, and was just wondering if some of the bad reviews here were intended for the Texas one by the same name. I cant imagine these folks treating anyone like that.

First time here, didn’t have a mechanic previously and saw that they were founded on Christian beliefs so wanted to give it a try. Amazing customer service, fit me in the very next day when I asked to come, quick service and very thorough! Exceeded expectations. Will be back, my new long term mechanic! Also the out the door price was lower than the estimate by a good amount, exceptional 👍🏼

A friend recommended a specific mechanic at this place that she has full confidence in, and trusts with her vehicle. I called to speak to him and was rudely told that I need to deal with some stranger that I dont know or trust, and not the mechanic that earned my friends trust and confidence.No Thanks! If I wanted to leave my familys vehicle with a stranger, I wouldnt have taken the time to research a trustworthy recommendation.

Wonderful fast service from knowledge and friendly people. They do everything from a simply inspection to harder stuff. They also do pick us service if you need it.Very reasonable rates and no over selling on work that you really do not need done unlike other local shops in this area.

My sons car has been there multiple times for different problems. The owner, gives me a quote and every time has been on time and correct with the diagnosis. There was one time that while they were into a job, they found something, and called me and said “We found this, and since we have to be here anyways if you want to replace it we would only charge for the part”. When I got the bill, they did exactly that, the part price was exactly what it cost on rockauto, so they didn’t mark-up the part much at all. They do great work and have never had any issues with anything they have done. I would use them for my other vechiles as well, but they are company vechiles. It’s great to find a mechanic that is honest and does great work.

I gave this company one star casue my car broke down on me last week, I had them tow it for me to there shop, and then they ran a diagnositic test on my car and they charged me $116.00, then they told me my motor had internal engine problems that I needed a new motor for $1500 or to just scrap my car that it wasnt worth fixing, and I didnt have that kind of money Im a single mother and I just knew it couldnt be my motor because it didnt over heat or smoke, so long story short I got a second a opinion and it wasnt the motor it was the rotor button on the distributor and it only costed me $80.00 to get fixed now my car is running driving fine if you go to these guys dont trust them get a second opinion.

Dishonest and overcharge. Three points make up stuff to charge you more and scam you out of as much money as they can. Do not trust what they say have 2nd opinion.
