Great shop with great customer service
Car sat in lot for 10 months. I called a few times, got apologies that they were busy. I stopped by several times same excuse. Fast forward I get a call this past Monday that my car car is done with no charge. I was told that they charged the battery and now my ignition switch issue was now solved. I was out of town attending to some business and told them I would pick up my car Friday. Thursday I get a nasty voicemail. I did immediately call and spoke to randy who was loud and threatening I was threatened with storage fees. It took them 10-11 months to charge the battery and solve my ignition issues. The lack of professionalism. Would certainly overshadow the one positive review that I have found. I cant speak to his skill at repairing Mercedes as it took 10-11 months to get a battery charge. The problem seems to be that he takes in work he knows he cant do in a reasonable amount of time. The lot in the rear and driveways on both sides are loaded with cars. As I have 4 other cars I was not desperate. The attitude and lack of customer service I would not recommend you take your car to this shop under any circumstances.
Randy is knowledgeable and has all the right equipment to work on these cars. I trust going here 100 times over going to the expensive run around Mercedes dealership. As someone who has worked in a mechanic shop many years of my life, its refreshing to see a shop like this one. Will be sending my familys vehicles, should their Mercedes give trouble.
Good work at a fair price.
