I went in today to get front end alignment on a 1990 c1500 that I am rebuilding I just installed complete suspension in this truck it has tubular upper and lower control arms drop spindles all new bushings steering system new rack and pinion rotors calipers and the list goes on and on it’s a complete performance belltech suspension front to rear. I advised the lady at front desk that I needed it lined and steering wheel straighten is all I needed after a 15 minute wait someone came out got in my truck drove down the street came back and pulled behind building for approximately 4 minutes I was timing them then pulled it back around front of building and went inside so I walked in the store front and was advised that I needed a new steering box only thing I could say or do was laugh at that point I realized they had no clue what they was doing because any one who has experience in auto repair knows if all the suspension has been replaced then it needs to be lined up and steering wheel straighten due to all parts being replaced also the steering box has a adjustable steering on it and that’s why I needed it straighten up and lined this truck has all NEW suspension under it there is nothing else to replace the suspension kit alone cost 4000.00 so if you go in this store be prepared to get ripped off good thing I know how cars and trucks work cause I could have been ripped off today I don’t do reviews cause I try to see the good in every situation but I left there went to another place got it taken care of and the truck now drives straight and smooth and only cost 50.00 compared to their 60.00 I was quoted. Please beware when dealing with this company

I’m very disappointed. I never thought I would have to submit a negative reiew but I’m that bothered. Before Dr. Ron moved to this new location he was very friendly and caring about his customers. My husband was there on a Friday was told his vehicle will be ready before they closed. He sat in the lobby waiting. Dr. Ron walk pass him 3 times and did not bother to speak. No value of my husband”s presence or appreciative of his business. Car wasn’t fixed as promised, there was no offer to give him a ride home bcuz I was out of town. Hubby uber home $18… of course associates called on Saturday stating vehicle will not be ready and more repairs needed…our vehicle was worked on less than two weeks ago why did they see what the issues were. Customers pay for their lack of knowledge

My husband took my car to Dr. Rons after making $3000 in previous repairs, to fix the air, the final repair needed to make this my primary means of transportation. My car was totaled while in Dr. Rons care. Dr. Ron promised he could put the car back together better than it was before to make this right. We took him at his word, OUR MISTAKE. He had the car almost 2 months, he did a very cheep repair and paint job, only painting the front end of the car returning it to me 3 different colors of yellow. Who only paints 1/2 a car after an accident??? No this is not a new car, it is a 1999 Bettle but it was mine, paid for and one color of faded yellow when my husband dropped it off for air conditioning repairs. This is not the first car per Dr. Ron that has been totaled in his care. Dont trust him, customer service is not his first priority and it should be as a small business owner!Sincerely,A very angry X customer

Took my car there for a check engine light on and he said I needed a catylac converter and and some other stuff and was going to charge me $650 to fix! Took it to another shop and got mt car fixed and a inspection for $136 dollars. These guys are rip offs!!!!

Came for an oil change. Was done quickly, however, I had to go back because they forgot to bolt one corner of the skid plate back in place.

Good service so far. However, I would recommended ensuring that the car is ready prior to calling the owners to let them know that their cars are ready.If you call it would mean that they can just come and pick it up immediately. This has not been the experience so far.I would work on this as having to wait over half an hour after hearing your car is ready is not acceptable.

I had been going to Dr.Ron’s since I was in high school, I thought I trusted him with my cars . . Little did I know I was wrong. About 2 months ago the Traction Control and ABS light came on, on my SUV. I took it in to Dr. Ron’s shop, he charged me $380 to fix it after waiting 4 long hours for him to fix it. I went home thinking the problem was fixed, that same week the lights came back on so I took it back. I took my receipts from everything he had done on my car, the receptionist didn’t care to see them he said that he already knew what to do. After checking my car I was told that they would have to order the piece from the junkyard, I was told that I would get a phone call the next day. It was the next day already and never received the phone call (keep in my this is my only car and I had to get to work). I called them to ask if they had the piece already, they told me to come back in today when I get there he tells me they were just about to go to the junkyard, so I had to go back home and come back the next day. They FINALLY had the piece a WEEK LATER! I dropped off my car as soon as they opened, I was told that my car would be ready for pick up at noon and I would receive a call. Noon time passed around, 2 o clock came and I had not received a call yet so I call and they said it was ready but it needed to be test drived, 6 o clock came around and the car still wasn’t ready. They were planning to keep my car all day and night without letting me know or anything. The next day I get my car back, I go up there ready to pay for the work that was done thinking it was done right, and Dr. Ron says tells me I don’t have to pay anything which seemed very sketchy. I asked him for a paper stating everything he did on my car and he said “No”, drive your car for a week and if the lights come back on give me a call. Drove my car for 2 days and the lights came back on. I was furious that he didn’t do his job right, I would’ve been happy to pay for his work if he did it right! I never called him back and I will NEVER be going back to him!

Would give it a 0 star if I could. Took vehicle for a headlight issue. The so-called $150 electrical repair I was billed for was basically them wrapping the ignition shut off switch wires around some things (Jerry-rig).I in wrapped the wire because it looked ridiculous and also because it placed that switch awfully close to the serpentine belt...... something I couldve went to any backyard mechanic for and had them do for much cheaper.

I had my 1986 Mazda B2000 towed there, because it wouldnt start. Which was the 2nd time Ive had Dr. Ron work on it! He replaced my fuel pump that day it was affordable & runs GREAT now! He did a tune up on it 5 months ago and dont see myself trusting anyone else!

Hes a ripoff he doesnt fit what he supposed to fit he caused my motor to blow kept my car almost a week just to replace a oil housing adapter which is located with the oil pump cause my oil pump to stop working and motor locked up
