I called to ask a question apparently a rude associate answered I just asked what Was his name and before I can ask my question he was being very rude before I can say anything and then I told him why is he been rude to me if he didn’t let me ask the actual question? Then he told me how was I rude again in a ugly tone voice I never was been rude all I wanted to ask a simple question if can get the information I gave them about the bank information for I can be sure it wasn’t the wrong bank . Apparently I couldn’t get answer because he had to talk very rude to me I ain’t coming back to s Jackson Jackson Hewitt .

This is the second year I have done my taxes with them and very satisfied with the results of my taxes.Thanks to Rolando Diaz he explains everything I will be returning every year to do taxes with them.
