They not open at the time … several people wait there almost 2 hours …

Exelent service!... the have other great services like “door to door”, Pick up and delivery services which you can ask for, or the new “Virtual Mailbox” where you can manage your account from the app in your phone, some office service, re-pack and send all mail, invoices, etc in one box directly to my home.It’s my favorite partner, because they always have a solution for my logistics needs, they have a big warehouse to receive big shipments From my business or Small as my personal purchases.

They never open at the time the Business hours say. If you receive packages they don’t notify you or put the ticket in your box until days later.

Horrible experience they do not know anything. I had to send 4 packages to ebay customers. They lady told me to write it in the package It did not sem right to me,and it was wrong the packages were returned to my house and were not delivered to my customers. I had to pay all over again and I went to other place. They have no experience and if you want tracking# they will charge you 5$ extra. just wasted my money and my time.
