This place is not Spectrum this place is a SCAM, LITERALLY don’t call this number and don’t open any emails from this place. When I called, the voice sounds far away, muffled, and I am not racist but it is in this strong Indian man’s voice. Just look at the picture, there is no store that says spectrum anywhere in the photo. I called the Spectrum company to search for my order and it is no where. Do NOT give these people your information.

Tired of the service outages!! Update your stuff. I had at and t for 3 years and never had a problem. Switched cause I got a better deal and now I see why its cheaper!
