Bought a motor from them 4 months ago n convinced me to put it there with them it took them only 3 days to put it on when i got it not evey a week n the truck broke down again then i told them they took it but it took them almost 2 months to pick up 🙄after they picked it up it took them 2 months again to supposely get another motor n we got it back last week w the other motor n still does the same thing 🤬🤬🤬 i think they just screwd me over because i took it w 3 mechanics and all say the same thing. Motor has not been changed only looks like the chains were replaced... i paid 1400 for the motor and 400 for mechanic plus when they came for it they charged me 40 🙄

DO NOT RECOMMEND!Went to buy a motor from them, I had to allow them to mount it for me in order to receive warranty. Well THEY DID NOT ADD MY MOTOR MOUNT! Had to find out from my mechanic after sending it to get checked after M&J did not want to help me and said I had no more warranty (when I only had 1 month with it and the warranty was for 3 months) showed receipt and all and still did nothing! I seriously do not recommend going to them.

Got my vehicle to be fix here for a new motor. They ended up crashing my car. Then they denied the car was damaged their and once I brought it up theyr covered it up saying it was already like that.

Read before shopping or using their mechanic services (this place is no good) SAVING YOU TIME AND MONEY.First they didnt wanna sale me the motor unless they mounted it. So I gave them the job to do it. After mounting it. And keeping the truck for 2 weeks. The motor they had was no good so they had to other another took almost 2 weeks to get it. (Honestly I think they were trying to fix the one I had and lie about it). So they Supposably ordered a 2nd motor. Took almost same time to get here. Motor is finally mounted trucks works not so good. And now with a transmission problem.. this place is not even 1 star ...... went back cause now it looks like they even swapped my transmission...and as I went in,, there was already another customer fighting over coming back 2 time to try to replace a bad part they sold to him. That was no good. Also employees fight over their mistakes, and are very rude.

I was looking for a radiator. They said they had the part and to go by. I asked them to have the part up front. They said okay. I showed up 20 mins later. They said they were bringing part to the front. I waited for 15 minutes and then asked how much longer. They said about 10 or 15 minutes. I guess they didnt need my business... Just going to buy it new

I put a transmission and they also rob my money rob my transmission and they open the transmission did not fix it good

This company is so unprofessional very rude customer service asking for prices and asking them if they have warranty they rudely said no and said (listen to what I’m saying if your buying this part you have no warranty and can’t return if it don’t work) And ask if at least we can try out and said no very ugly attitude and bad servicesI called other company’s and they were very understandable saying if one does not work we have other 2 you can try out for cheaper price as well

Called and someone picked up. asked my question and got no response and they hung up. called again and this time I asked if they spoke English they said yes so I asked if they had parts for my Tacoma and was left was no answer so I asked again in Spanish and still no answer so I hung up.

Careful because in electric parts if they dont work you loose your money they dont give you any warranty at all. I brought a part and is bad from them they dont want to exchange...

Was looking for an engine for my 2000 Silverado after flood damage to the engine. My mechanic at Andy Auto Service in Mercedes recommended M&J for replacement motors. Oscar at M & J hooked me up with a 2004 5.3L that was cammed with TSP Cam Kit for amazing price. Truck hauls a$$ now!

Working environment felt lazy, guys looked like they were dragging a**. Guy that helped me was on personal call instead of attending me. I also felt like they just throw “no refunds” in your face, as if they don’t want to deal with anyone. They couldn’t give me a receipt because they would have to charge taxes. I found that odd.

My 21 year old daughter drove down there to get a fender was told before she left that it was black and it was not it is sliver. (A 3hr drive down and 3 hr drive back). WORST PLACE EVER

I got a great deal on the part and installaton.

I loved this place! Called and spoke with Julio got there 1 hr later and it was waiting for me. Paid and left, within 10 mins I was out of there.

So much for warranty. Bought and transmission with 7k miles and first gear never worked and 3 days later it started slipping. Now they wont take it back with there so called 30 day warranty. Wouldnt even credit me partial money back. $750 down the drain! Horrible company never use them. Better off buying new than dealing with this POS company.

If I ever need a part I always call m&k first and I always ask for Ivan. He has always helped me and it has always been a great experience with him at the counter. NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.

I called and asked for a brake caliper bracket they said they had the complete brake caliper and bracket for 25$ which is a good price but i didnt need the complete brake caliper and bracket. I asked how much the just for the bracket they told me 35$ . they added 10$ just to separate the brake caliper from the bracket. They just want the money they dont care .

Horrible!! I speak from Tn. To ask for an engine for my 2010 equinox and they sold me an engine for a 2011, but one of the vendors told me that this engine was left. I go 1000 miles away for the engine and I ended up spending 2000dlls more to make it work because it was not the right engine. 2000 miles Round trip just for your bullshit !! They did not want to give me back a peso because the guarantee was passed, of course after fighting for his puncture fault! Hate this place I will not return !!

WE WEAR THE SERVICE !! UNPROFESSIONAL! THE WORST !! I talked to see if they had a part and they tell me that they do, so I go and buy it. When my mechanic places it, he realizes that it doesnt work. I call you to tell you that the part was damaged, and at the beginning they spin me but agree to make the change. They tell me to show up the next day at 8:30 a.m. and when they arrive they tell me that the person who sold me the part is not there, and that he has to be there for me to make the change. I asked them what time it was and they didnt know how to give me an answer. They told me that the person had no schedule and would arrive at 12:00 p.m. At 12:00 the person did not arrive, and I waited for him there until I told them that he would call later to see if he had already arrived and be able to go. I have called several times and they tell me that the person is not there, they dont give me a solution and they are just giving me lengths. I find this unprofessional since the person I had the deal with all the time was Manolo, the owner of the place. 5:30 PM. Manolo answered me and with a rude tone he tells me that he will not make the change, I ONLY MISSED THE TIME. If this happens when you deal with the owner, what can you expect from the rest of the workers? DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY SELL YOU PARTS THAT DOES NOT WORK !!!!!
