This is truly a Fantastic, state of the art, service department. Personnel in office is wonderful and I have always enjoyed the speed and efficiency Gabrielli brought to the table. We unfortunately no longer live in a time where Good technicians are easy to come by, but I can confidently say Gabrielli has some of the best available.

Could use more experienced people at the counter

Great service department only place I’ll let work on my truck. Anytime I bring it in to get something done always done on time and truck comes back always clean. Also great rates. Parts department staff very helpful as well. Always got what I need.

Very serious business about trucks. They sell new ones and they service trucks too. I deliver brand new MACK trucks to them. A young fellow there named Jared receives them. If he is any example of the quality of people who work there, Mr. Gabrielli has no reason to worry, as Jared is the very model of efficiency and politeness. I have delivered trucks to a number of Gabrielli Truck Sales & Service centers in a variety of states and it is always the same. First off they are clean; inside and out, even the parking lots and service areas. Second, the staff are very friendly and helpful; and not just polite like anyone should be who is representing a business, but genuinely nice, even at 7:00 AM!!! My favorite person is Kendra, at Jamaica NY. She goes out of her way when I bring in a new truck to make it as simple as possible; and Im sure actual customers get even better treatment, though I dont really see how her demeanor could be improved upon. Some of their mechanics are sloppy not all of them.And my guy when to drop off a truck and the person in charge basically told him that he just doesnt understand the truck and give him a attitude.my driver is a 25 year experience driver and been driving that truck for the past 5 years he definitely know when something is not right.like most of us when we use something for years.the salesman are really good is the aftermath of the maintenance department that need to be adjusted.

There is no good service, they do not speak Spanish, they treat you as if you were not a customer I do not recommend it to anyone too high the price I recommend others.like

I have been working with the JFK location for the past few years. I purchased as well as rented trucks from them. I Just want to send a review for Giacomo (Jack) Martinez. He has went above and beyond in accommodating my business. He has cemented my reasons why I use Gabrielli for all my purchases and rentals. I will be referring all my future franchisees to Gabrielli because of employees like Giacomo and Jim Brown.
