This is a great neighborhood pool supply store. I come here every time I set up my pool to purchase supplies. The owner is always very helpful and friendly. Prices are the best in town.
The people who work in the store are great, very helpful. But can you please list the correct hours of operation. Its very frustrating to have to call to see if the store is open. I dont think its asking too much. Thanks
Tony is a great guy and so is the rest of the crew. Love their advise and their patience. As for the merchandise.... its a different story. Very expensive chemicals and parts at least for inground pools. I go there strictly in emergency situations. I do however buy my Christmas tree there every year. Great to have you close by my friends!
Store hours are convenient.the staff was helpful and they had everything I needed. Social distancing is not a problem. Masks are required.
I’m not sure what to say, Tony and Alec have been very helpful and courteous every time I have been to the store. They are very patient with me and my questions knowing that I am a first time pool owner.... that being said it’s the product itself and the installation that I have issue with. I bought my pool 3 summers ago and have had to replace some expensive items, or items which require time and blocking off the skimmer and return jet.So far the filter developed a leak in the seam and had to be replaced (Tony did give me a break on the price of a new one). Both hoses also developed a leak (again Tony gave me new ones that another customer didn’t want). The latest issue is the liner now needs to be replaced.... I had a leak finding service come in with scuba gear to determine why I was losing 1/2 inch of water a day. It turns out the paper thin liner has pin hole leaks around the entire perimeter of the pool. In his experience he said it’s because the liner is very thin but also the care taken during installation.I had issue with the installation since day one because every fitting on the pump and filter leaked as well as the return jet gasketI understand that things go or need to be replaced on a pool but I would imagine that most people expect at least a few years out of new equipment without issue.I leave a negative review with a heavy heart. I don’t want to cost them business but maybe Aquacade should reconsider the brand of pools they sell and the workers doing the installation. If you need chemicals or tech support for a pool you already own then Tony or Alec are great.
Extremely helpful staff. They always have what I need.
The fact that I pass by several pool supply stores on my way from Massapequa to Aquacade should tell you everything you need to know about them. Being honest and fair is all one can ask for from a retailer. Aquacade is tops in their class.
Always buy our pool supplies here. Staff is friendly and helpful.
