Dr Tassy was a kind caring man who tried his best to help his patients and yes part of his treatment was providing medication for mental illness. All these negative reviews are unfair. If you dont want to be medicated, go to a therapist. I went to him for over 20 years, the man was NOT a drug dealer thats laughable he refused to give me Xanax even when my dad died. People are bitter and jaded because he was tough, strict, and never coddled anyone. I saw one comment that he was A BIGOT thats disgusting to suggest. He was a black man and an immigrant who faced discrimination throughout his life. I miss him every day.

Unfortunately Dr. Tassy had a serious medical emergency and can no longer continue to practice medicine. The person who holds his power of attorney has completely abandoned all responsibilities regarding Dr. Tassys practice. Unfortunately, all will have to seek service elsewhere.Be blessed friends 😁🙏❣️

Dr. Tassy was a good dude who listened when needed. I dont know what is going on but it seems like hes closed down. Ive heard rumors that his office was hijacked by a family member after a medical emergency where he lost power of attorney. The people who dont have medication unexpectedly will be greatly affected. Withdrawals. Seizures. Pam has been let go. The conduct of whoever is managing this thing now is terrible. 5 stars for Tassy. 1 for the current state of things.

Pam is outstanding i I always get great service when I am there. Staff goes out of there way to be helpful and everyone is extremely nice. Dr. Is supposedly in Hospital.

So I have been trying to get ahold of Dr. Tassy for 2 weeks now with no call back no letter no anything. Just to find out that he just up and shut down. Now I have no meds that I have been on for years and if I relapse because of this I will do everything in my power to bring him down. Very F--KING UNPROFESSIONAL to leave with no warning and then not even contact your PATIENTS. Was good enough to take my MONEY all this time.

As a new patient in serious need of medical care I was very pleased by Dr Tassy and his team. They care. Dr. Tassy cares and listens to you and asks lots of info. The team was great and very kind. Ive read some of these reviews and I dont agree at all. I have been to Drs that fell asleep on me. I highly recommend him if your in need of medical services. Thank you for your professionalism. I have heard that Dr. Tassy is in the hospital, he didnt leave his patients in a lerch, the man has been ill. I didnt receive any of my medications either but hes a human being not a robot. Want to become a drug addicted mumbling zombie? Then this is the right doctor for you. He should be behind bars. Something is very wrong with this individual. He will over medicate you with the craziest prescriptions, some I’ve never even heard of before. Doesn’t tell you or care about any of the side effects you’re feeling. Will criminally charge you even when you have insurance. Shame on him!

A friend of mine has been trying to get in touch with this office and they seem to have locked up and left. We are not sure what is going on, but my friend found a doctor close by. Dr Syed Z Hussaini located at 349 W Old Country Rd, Hicksville, NY 11801. My friend went and was so pleased with the service and most importantly she was able to get back on her meds!!

Pam no longer works there.this doctor has been missing for over a week.the office was open last friday, and the office staff did a few urine samples and promised to submit refills for the few patients that they had seen.unfortunately. they did not do this.my son was in the er saturday for seizures from benzodiazepine withdrawal as he ran out of his medicationI must say with all other doctors, if they are sick or away from their office, they have someone to cover..not so at this office.

The worse. Never again. I wish I could give 0 stars. Thats all I got to say. Dont waste your time with him. You leave worse then you came in with him. Very nasty!!

Eugino Tassy is a drug dealer with a medical degree. He is well known around the drug community as the “go to” person for prescription pills. He is also well known around the addiction recovery community as the person who kept them addicted to unnecessary medications. He continuously writes prescriptions fully knowing that they are not needed and he also convinces people that they need things when they don’t. I wouldn’t be surprised if he loses his medical license. Stay away from him!

Ive been a patient of doctor Tassy for over a year now and I think you guys are being ridiculous!EVERY TIME I see him he ALWAYS talks to me, asks me for updates on how Ive been handling certain situations and how Ive been over all.He listens to what I have to say and gives me feedback and straight up advice.And what I mean by straight up is, hes not gonna coddle you and tell you what you wanna hear. In fact it might be the opposite of what you think is good for you but remember folks HES the doctor NOT YOU!Theres been a few situations where I didnt take his advice and it turns out I REALLY should have!So everyone thats saying hes arrogant and blah blah, well maybe thats bc he actually KNOWS what hes talking about!Are you trying to find a doc thats gonna agree with you and tell you all the things you expect to hear?Or are you trying to find a doc with OVER 20 YEARS of knowledge, wisdom and experience treating psychiatric patients to draw on when treating you?And ok so you had to wait an hour boo hoo 😢I think that shows what I mean above, that he spends time with his patients! And besides what psychiatrist DOESNT have an at least hour wait?!One more thing, Pam who runs the office is AMAZING! Shes SUPER nice and if youre having any kind of issues she does everything she can to try to accommodate you!

Dr. Tassy is a caring doctor who will diognose your condition and prescribe medication accordingly. His concern is for the benefit of his patients. If at times you find yourself in the waiting room for longer than you would like to; just know that another person is in with the doctor being helped by the doctor. In the outer office Pam will help you with whatever questions you may have, in a most professional manner. After a family member of mine was treated by this doctor, she never was the same. She wanted to be treated for serve depression, (a few years ago)Dr Tassy decides to give her sleeping med, the highest potent available. Her symptoms from these meds are very obvious and deteriorating, she is very lethargic, stubbles when standing, had a fall last year & broke her shoulder, slurs when she speaks, unaware. The medicine also contradicts her depression because it causes low energy and no thrive to live or enjoy life. From my perception she’s dependent on the meds, as a room mate for my entire life; she sleeps all day then takes the sleeping pill at night. The only excitement I observe, is when she goes to her appointment to Dr. Tassy for a refill. I accompanied her on a appointment once before, we waited over an hour to see him, He seemed very annoyed to see me, I suggested for him to advice her to drink water, he responded by lifting a can of Arizona iced tea and said “this is good enough”. Smfh. Mean while she needs more water to dissolve the meds, so she can be less tired all day & more aware of life. He spoke to her for a few secs., wrote a prescription, & the visit was over. This has ruined my life and her life. I wouldn’t recommend this fool to my enemy, he belongs in jail.

This office is a scam. My grandparents were going here and now they are out of meds. We have been trying to contact them and no answer. It has been 2 weeks. They disappeared out of nowhere with out any notification.

He has abandoned all patience without any notice.

Wait time over an hour, Never answers phone, obnoxious Dr. with superior attitude. Doesn’t listen. Asks same questions over and over.

No matter what is wrong with you, Dr. Tassy will try to convince you take risperidone (meds typically used to treat people with schizophrenia) he knew I didnt have any symptoms of that. PTSD, and some other stuff but never schizophrenia. He continues trying to push me on it for insomnia and anxiety and upon telling someone I was removed from his care immediately .

Dr.Tassy close his office and disappeared,leaving his patients high and dry 2 weeks before Christmas.The man is a disgrace.

He is a biggot. Thinks highly of himself. Wasted my time and money for appointments and the wait time is an hour minimum. Horrible experience.
