This company was referred to me by a real estate company I use. They seem to use them for there office issues.I gave them a try and have to say I was surprised. The tech was easy to understand and helpful. The tech said I had a DLL errors. he was done in less than an hour.

I had a couple of issues with my laptop and the guy where I used to get my truck serviced recommend this site. I checked it out and the fact that the guy is local to Long Island was huge. I used iyogi a few years ago for similar problems but I have heard too many stories of information being stolen from overseas remote access, besides the fact I would rather spend my money on local businesses. This guy did the same thing as iyogi, and would have been able to show up personally if he wasnt able to resolve the problem through remote access. He was a little cheaper as well. It burns me to spend money maintaining something I feel should be able to maintain itself, but its a necessary evil. After some research this was the best bang for the buck, and the local support sealed the deal.
