The staff is always friendly, professional and responsive. In my line of business (Corporate Real Estate) you need to rely on vendors to get the job done! Aside the quick turnaround on services, the work and efforts to deliver are critical. When in need, Im confident my customers are pleased and satisfied. The driver of their truck is extremely careless and dangerous. Speeding every morning weaving in and out of traffic.

Very unprofessional. The technician was unshowered and extremely overweight not to mention obnoxious and smelled of meat and cheese. The the driver had total disregard for The Pedestrian when arriving to the job. I would recommend this company to know one

I have worked with the team at Fox Glass for many years in my capacity as the Maintenance Manager for Hess. They were always very responsive and were consistently a highly rated vendor partner.

Does not care about their neighbors on strike for decent jobs. Obnoxious tech, crosses picket lines. Boycott, boycott boycott. Pass this place by. I hope they go out of business soon.

A recent experience with Fox Glass has convinced me that they are not a user or community friendly company. Instead, they are an opportunistic company that overcharges when the opportunity presents itself. This was the case recently where they gouged a local church for routine work and refused to negotiate a more reasonable fee. Niether I nor any of my contractor friends will be using Fox Glass in the future.

Fox Glass is always professional and there work speaks for itself. The owner has gone above and beyond for me. Have referred them to many businesses as well, nothing but good things to say. I usually mind my business about these things but its getting ridiculous. CWA is a UNION that is trying now to black ball the everyday working man by slander, because a non Union company ( Fox Glass ) did work on a Verizon building. CWA should realize that some people have to go to work and pay their bills and employees and overhead, etc. Let me ask would Verizon workers not do a job, because fox glass workers were on strike ? The answer is they wouldnt care at all or think twice. My advice to CWA is stop trying to hurt private companys and ask for everybodys support at the same time, realize who your fight is against and leave the hard working non Union people alone. Private businesses have nothing to do with your fight. Dont expect someone not too feed their family because you guys are on strike, lets be real here. Not saying a scab is a good thing, but realize who is one and who isnt one.
