Amazing experience at this car wash. Owner is extremely nice and so are all the workers here. They do a tremendous job of cleaning the cars inside and out and have amazing prices as well. This service cant be beat! They even took out a scratch I had on my rear bumper free of charge. Highly recommended. This is officially my new go-to car wash in Hicksville!

Came to the area for Ikea I needed to wash my car desperately, I found this place and toke my chances I did the mega car wash the price was worth it they blew and vacuumed the car before entering the wash after it came out they blew it again polished the interior the car looks 1000 time better ..

Went for a mega wash as the car came out they did nothing car was ready in a min still had dirt and grim on the front fender and hood. Waste of time and money.

I went for car wash to this location this morning . I got a mega wash, which was of $34 including tax . So disappointed with the service, it just took the under 3 minutes to clean interior area. Which wasn’t clean at all . All interior was dusty even after cleaning, mats weren’t washed so bad tho they mentioned it will be shampoo wash . Exterior also has all the wax marks which aren’t cleaned properly . Not a great service and not at all worth it for the money . Horrible experience, I just paid money for literally nothing . I did post pictures, I am unable to attach them here .

The crew did an amazing job on my car without rushing me out the door.

I had Mercedes washed and got engine oil done. it was pretty fast but to be honest the cleaning from the inside of the car was really poorly done. The guy that took care of me named Jared something like that I don’t remember pretty well but I complained it about it and helped me but at the same time with an attitude, but he resolved the problem for me, yay, There’s is one more thing I want to mention it when I paid, the cashier gave the wrong change back over and over she didn’t know what she was doing, pretty girl let me tell you that, I forgot to ask her name but she is white girl and black hair very polite and well spoken but the owner has to be more focus on the girl on the register. If the women can handle cash she shouldn’t be there, sorry but that’s the truth

Came here on a whim when I was in need of an oil change. Glad I did! Personnel were friendly, funny and professional. I had my car washed while I was there. Although the state mandate didn’t allow the interior to be cleaned B/c of Covid, everything else was top-notch. Didn’t even have to wait long for service on both ends. Highly recommend. I went to Hicksville car wash after I learned of a New Owner and Management taking over on March 15th, 2020. I was delighted with a great full service wash and also very pleased with the workers. They greeted me with a smile and were very courteous and polite. When I got back into my car, the owner (John ) came over to me to greet me, say thanks and ask if I was pleased. He seemed very honest and sincere.I wished him good luck with his new business.I will certainly recommend them to all my friends..

Was definitely not happy with the service I paid for. They did not clean my floor mats, I watched them use the same rag they used for tire shine, on my windows which left a residue. They armor all-ed my steering wheel, my leather seats, gear shifter and running boards. This car wash also did not honor a coupon that came from THEIR website.(Which was not expired) They also made me pay for an air freshener, even though I paid for a megawash which says COMES with an air freshener. Not worth the headache, poor new management, nothing but rude.

The wash was ok but the new owners stopped taking the $2 off a super wash coupon that I’ve used twice a month for the past 7 years. When I told him that he was going to lose a customer he didn’t care. Going to find a new car wash that’s less expensive and cares about their customers.

I got exactly what I paid for and I left happy. Usually car washes wont take the time to clean mats properly, but this place washed them, used a mop, and dried them off. Worth it.

I went in for a car wash and oil change and came out with ink on my car seat. I showed Joel, an employee who got my seat wet while trying to clean it and end up spreading it all over my car seat. I needed to get myself to work and I was running late due to their error.They didn’t not clean my car. I paid for car a wash and oil change and and got nothing that I paid for. Horrible service and terrible place to do business. Please don’t go here. They just want your money. The most awful place for an oil change and car wash.

Overwhelming courtesy staff, neat and respectful employees

The car wash is quick but the workers dont care about the minuscule details and will ask you extra $10-$30 for cleaning if you have some bugs that get stuck on your bumpers after they hit your car.Be watchful and dont leave anything that is precious inside your car.

Get the mega and to my knowledge I was told they dont clean the inside hand rest, my car didnt vacuum properly and I still see stops on the glass and body of my car. Im very disappointed about the work and the cost is $26, not worth it at all. I also went early thinking if its not crowded they would do a good job but no, they didnt all.

Not a good car wash. I asked them to clean a spot they missed and it seemed like they were doing me a a favor. They almost didn’t want to clean it. The management is not good here.

Its a worst car wash in Hicksville they broke my cup holder and garbage when i asked they said we don’t know and owner was so rude plz don’t waste u r money and time to go there.

Tires and rims were never touched, car came out still dirty and the best part was me pitching in to help dry my own car. Good luck.

Best detail around!

They did an awesome job of making a 1997 vehicle look like new; inside and out! The super wash was great and left the body and tires looking nice and shiny. I also had them shampoo and detail the interior and the car never looked so good. The old boring gray interior was actually shiny and the seats and carpeting smelled great.However other times I have brought my new car there, neither the machinery nor the employees did a very good job of getting rid of hard stains (insect marks on windshield or front bumper). When I showed them the stains after the car was returned to me, they bickered about it after reluctantly spraying it down.

Just had an in and out done! You cant get a complete detail done better than their regular service! Awesome service, polite employees, great facilty, and value. Thank you.

Great car wash from what I seen, the outside is inviting and you see employees hard at work ok. The prices are great too just dont put your car in the bubble bath yet!

Unfortunately Rainbow car wash had an hour wait and since it was super bowl night I didn’t want to wait so decided to try Hicksville Car wash. Paid $16 for a full special car wash. Paid a good tip since it was really cold.Waited 15 mins and once they were I done I inspected the car and saw crumps on my front car seat. Went back in and politely asked them to revaccum it. The guy comes back in litteraly 5 mins saying it’s done. I didn’t argue and instead jus left. Came home and saw they never vacuumed the back seats or trunk. They didnt dry the car so it left watermarks on all of my windows. Honestly the worst experience ever! My 5 year old nephew could’ve done a Better job! Never coming here again

So far the worse car wash, I paid for the mega wash... and my passenger rug was the same as It was before they “cleaned it”. Winshield was dirty, and they didn’t even open the trunk.
