Terrible service!A man whos working here talks in totally unprofessional manner.When I asked some questions he was just staring at me.Im shocked how poor is their customer service is!Never coming back here.Not sure how their management is still didnt notice this unacceptable behavior!
The man is an extremely rude person. Had a bill and spoke to someone before going in after paying part of the bill already they said I would be OK. Well the man told me I had to pay today after I was told I would be OK not paying the balance today and he showed no customer service skills or bedside manner working in the medical industry. Professionalism would’ve been calling your customer care line or billing department to get it rectified. Instead I walked out. Whether or not it was a mistake of the billing department or a mistake of the man the man’s behavior and attitude towards me was completely and totally unprofessional and rude. I was Completely aware of the outstanding balance which is why I spoke to somebody before entering the facility. Perhaps their corporate branch should put training for their clients on hospitality and bedside manner into their training programs. Oh and let’s not forget that when he couldn’t hear me he didn’t make any attempt to move closer to the plexiglass barrier that was in between us for him to hear me instead he had me raise my voice because he couldn’t hear me and made no attempt to try to hear me just extremely freaking rude
Unsanitary, not following safe social distancing. No option to check in without touching uncleared tablets despite signs saying otherwise, and rude about it. Definitely would not recommend.
One star only because the phlebotomist was helpful and informative during the appointment. The receptionist, however was another story. I checked in via a link through my email ahead of time and was told via email I was checked in and would be contacted via text to come in for my appt. Never got a text. Walked into the center checked in again. Got to the front desk and the receptionist, Caucasian female with glasses and black hair, states “your appointment was an hour ago...” I stated that I checked in before my appointment time and never received further info. Receptionist states “well we called you and texted you...” I told her and showed my phone which showed no texts or calls from them. She goes “anywayssss.... we don’t have any scripts here for you...” I tell her the work I came in for and that I vouched days before with my doctor that the work order was submitted. The receptionist was looking at the name of another patient which is why she didn’t see my test. Then she says “ohhhh it just came in.” Which I know didn’t just come in because my doctor confirmed the order was in days before. Instead of blaming me and being rude she could’ve taken the time to correctly search my name and see that in fact my work order was in the system and in fact I was timely for my appointment.
Don’t go there ever again

Today I went in to get Drug Screen for my Employment and this girl was the rudest person. First off if you don’t want to work why come to work with nasty attitude stay at home!!!I only came to this site because it was much closer to where I live and I need this test in 48hrs, never again I will come back here. I see why people write bad reviews on this place because of the staff that work there. Do all us a favor stay at home if you can’t handle working or dealing with patients.
Got there on a Saturday morning. It was a little difficult to find but located it on the 2nd floor. Waiting room was full however I checked in with the receptionist and signed in. She called me within a few minutes and took a copy of my insurance card and personal information. They also swipe your credit card and say they may charge you up to $150 if insurance doesnt cover all of the visit. I made sure it was fully covered with the insurance company beforehand and they referred me to this location. I didnt feel comfortable leaving my credit card information with all the hacking these days but they dont give you any choice. I was called within a few minutes and a young man took my blood very quickly. He was nice enough but not very professionally dressed for medical work. Just street clothes. I was happy to get out pretty quickly.
The place was a confusing to find as the building has a for lease sign. But just enter and go to 3rd Fl (rm 3o4 )via slow elevator. Once you ck in at the kiosk give them the paperwork. You wait your turn to be called. The lady was very friendly and warm. Very accommodating, clean, modern and professional. Had a good experience.
Rudest staff and makes no difference if you make a reservation. Go to other labs
They lost my urine test, I went on January 21 !! I should have received my results after 7 days and in a few words yesterday they called me to tell me that they were apologetic, but that I should return to take that test again, which is important to me and thus start taking new medicines! They are irresponsible and I think that not a third world country does these things! this happened to me at 120 Bethpage Rd Hicksville Ny 11801
I booked the appointment already & Still had to wait for 45 Minutes while there was nobody at that time . Lady with specticulas - Madeline Berger - was so mean & Rude she made me to wait for no reason .In past I had not experienced any such thing staff was so helpful . She was Rude & With bad Attitude . 1 star Because I can’t give low then that .
Zero Stars Honestly! I came here once with my Son & the first time the same guy took him in he’s very aggressive with kids I didn’t like that, gave it a second chance since its been while, for what same experience and worst same attitude . Do not waste your time at this place you will have a very unpleasant experience!

I’m 47 and I’ve probably been to dozens of lab work facilities. I have no idea how somebody can read this place any less than five stars based on the experience I had. The waiting room was super clean the workers behind the desk were even in good spirits and friendly. And melissa had me in and out in literally less than two minutes. They were so efficient in every way.
Unprofessional staff
I have to say, after reading the negative reviews I was petrified to come here but this is one of the cleanest and most updated locations Ive been to. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and extremely gentle while taking 4+ viles of blood. He was quick and very efficient and made pleasant small talk to help pass the time.
Awful experience! As a medical student for a simple lab test (urine test), the African American guy (Carlton Hyde) made me feel like I was doing something. What is the attitude for doing your job!
So nice to see I’m not the only one who had a horrible experience. Like everyone else counter person and tech were extremely rude. Tried contacting main headquarters, no response. This is very close to my house so I tried it again about a year later. Counter person was not there, tech guy was better but not by much
The lady that helped me was very nice, I could see that she New what she was doing, at the moment I went there the place was empty and clean, I didn’t has to wait for long, they have the self check in, wish is great, because it gets you in fast . I’m satisfied with the service .
Got there at 8am to do my glucose test for gestational diabetes. My midwife said to just go in the morning, no appointment necessary - just hand them the form she gave me. The staff behind the desk were very nice and professional, just had me sign in. Within 5 minutes they gave me the drink for the test. An hour later they called me to get my blood taken. The girl who took my blood was very sweet and did her job quickly and always professional. Ill definitely be going back for all my blood work - much better than waiting at the clinic or doctors office.
Was most happy with the entire staff. I was greeted at the reception desk cordially and professionally. The young lady who did the tests was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this facility.
Called and called and literally no one will pick up the phone. I had to go to another location.....If they dont have attention to pick up the phone I doubt they will service you properly once in the door.
If I could give no stars I would. This place either should be shut down or the entire staff fired. Extremely inefficient, very long wait, no respect for patients. I asked the receptionist whether my script was received from the doctors office, she ignored me and made me sit and wait for 30 minutes while checking in patients who arrived after me . I had to leave without even getting an answer, let alone blood work. This was not the first time I got such a bad treatment at this location. Each time going back I hope things changed, but this was the last time.

The phlebotomist was great with my 3 year old. Had an appointment and was taken right on time. Very clean!
African American behind the counter is incredibly rude, inconsiderate, judgemental. As a service member of the military I expected better treatment. Please relive him if his duty and find someone who will be proud of their work.

Went in today to do a pre-employment drug screen. Two people working there. A lady and a bald headed man. The lady was very professional, courteous and pleasant. The man, who did my drug screen, was rude, arrogant and just a plain a-hole. From the begining when he took my forms to finishing my urine sample, he acted like he was doing me a favor. Normally, I dont ever call for anyones firing but LabCorp, seriously, you need to look at your customer service at the Hicksville location. This guy is suppose to be a medical professional....I have seen more professionals at a car wash!If that bald headed guy is reading this I have one message: QUIT YOUR JOB IF YOU ARE SO UNHAPPY!! Dont take it out on customers!!
Staff was very rude to me. I ended up leaving and rescheduled with the Levittown Labcorp. Had a much better experience there.
As a medical doctor this Tabcorp center should be shut down by the board of health. Firstly they do not comply with OSHA standards for infection control, the staff was rude, dressed inappropriately, and incompetent. I had taken my 9 year old child there for bloodwork and the lab tech did not submit her sample to the lab properly and now she has to retake her blood test which is quite traumatic for a child. The management customer service was not even apologetic nor surprised and did nothing to help. I am beyond disgusted with this facility, do not go here!!!!!!!!!!!!

This morning, my kids and I went to do some blood work at the LabCorp in Hicksville. I came out very upset after I was done taking my kids to do blood work. And this person named Carleton gave me a bad service, attended me so rude and disrespectful and his tone of voice so rude.

These dumbasses are very unprofessional !! Did blood work sept of this year, by the end of november they still hadnt faxed my goddamn results to my PCP. What kind of professionalism is that? Please dont give these clowns any business :)
Person who draws blood should be the phlebotomist of serial killers. I felt punished when I got my blood drawn by him. He seemed very upset/mad . He wiped my arm with an alcohol wipe pounding on it. When he took the syringe out, I felt that now he is going to stab me with it. Anyway, i am giving two stars for expedited service.
My fiancee recently visited this location and was harassed by the african american counter attendant. Weve called numerous hotlines and customer service numbers, and have had little response from LC. In fact, they have no direct line of customer service outside of a form online. This man is incredibly rude, negligent and doesnt deserve to have his job. By all means avoid this location.
