I used Botto Brothers Plumbing for some small/medium jobs in my house and they performed the work well and very professional plus respectful while on-site.I finally was able to stop by their showroom. Welcomed me as I walked in and were extremely helpful. They arent pushy at all and willing to answer ALL your questions no matter how trivial. I was able to also meet the owner who came out to say hi and ask how I was doing.They make you feel comfortable spending your money and getting quality fixtures and work. Im having them do more work upgrading the bathroom downstairs and replacing outdoor fixtures for the summer.

Excellent service, was able to fix a previous contractors mistake on my radiant heating. Chris took the time to diagnose the problem & made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. Answered all my questions & concerns. Paid attention to the details, very professional & knowledgeable about Lochinvar gas boilers. Highly recommended.

I found spent months seeking a qualified contractor to renovate my kitchen and several bathrooms. It was a frustrating and fruitless search, until I found Botto Brothers. I called them on a Wednesday and was able schedule an appointment for the next day. Hunter Botto arrived on time, conducted a thorough walk through of the rooms we wanted done, LISTENED to what we wanted, offered some very insightful ideas, and made notes. We received a detailed estimate the NEXT DAY, and we hired them soon after. Hunter was very helpful during the planning stage, and the work began almost exactly when they said it would. The entire Botto Brothers staff was friendly, courteous, professional, and competent. I was impressed with every one of them throughout the project. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the finished product was better than we imagined it could be. I would recommend Botto Brothers for any renovation as well as for every day plumbing needs. Far and away the BEST experience I have ever had with any home improvement contractor.

I found Botto Brothers to be a high end provider of sophisticated plumbing services. While many plumbers will tell you that they know how to install high efficiency condensing boilers - the truth is the vast majority of plumbers have no clue how to properly install such a system (unfortunately I learned this the hard way). These systems are very complicated and must be installed correctly or you will have nothing but problems. Botto Brothers and Hunter Botto know exactly what they are doing when it comes to these types of systems. They do beautiful work and are a pleasure to deal with. While they are not the cheapest plumbers in town, you get what you pay for and these guys deliver high end quality work. If you are considering putting in a condensing boiler, these are the guys to use.

This is the third time that I have used Botto Brothers Plumbing & Heating. They recently replaced the boiler in my house. They also have performed maintenance work at both my mother in laws and my house. In addition, they refurbished my mother in laws bathroom.Each time their personnel have been on-time, professional and courteous.Botto Bothers coordinated the replacement of my boiler when the tank starting leaking. I had decided to change from oil to gas after my neighborhood was connected to the gas system and the tank issue precipitated the replacement. They scheduled their manpower to coincide with utilization of the remaining fuel in my tank. All old equipment was removed and the area left clean upon completion.Botto Brothers responded in a timely manner to septic and water issues at both houses. They have ordered and replaced any components that were defective and under warranty.Botto Brothers handled a bathroom renovation at my mother in laws house in an expedited manner. I needed to renovate the bathroom prior to moving my mother in law back into her house. They handled the project from start to finish, included any permits and inspections. It has now been three years since the work was performed and no issues have occurred with the work.Roger and his son, Chris, oversaw the work and addressed any issues that arose.I would recommend Botto Brothers.

I recently had my boiler replaced and I am surprised at some of the negative reviews.Arrived on time. Neatly took the old boiler out and put the new replacement in. I have a gas boiler and they checked everything more than once after it was completed. Once the job was done they cleaned up and left my basement just as it was when they arrived except for a nice new heating system. Chris and John are fantastic technicians and I would recommend Botto Brothers to anyone who needs their heating system repaired, replaced, or converted. Due to the weather getting cold, I have turned my heat on and everything is working expertly. All I can say is that I will be signing up with them for a service contract when the warranty is complete.

Oil to gas conversionExcellent. If I could rate them an A+, I would. Roger and his team (Chris and Brian) were consummate professionals. They arrived on time, project managed ancillary tasks, including hiring the chimney service to replace a liner no longer up to County Code, and researching/hiring the tank abandonment company that would cause the least disruption to my paved driveway that hid the underground dinosaur. They handled the surprise issues that popped up with some of my old pipes like pros, and Roger personally got involved to correct the credit card snafu created by the company that ordered/delivered the boiler itself when I couldnt get any resolution myself. Roger took care of all permits and inspection appointments, he even filed for my National Grid rebate, which in the end will reduce the overall cost Ive noted here by about $850. Price noted includes my final up-front payment for the entire process, including the cost for the boiler itself and new chimney liner. They made a big project a seamless and positive experience for me, and I will absolutely call Botto Brothers for any future plumbing projects.

After waiting a week and a half for my appointment with them, they called the morning of service to cancel!!!! They then had the nerve to tell me they could come in six more days!!! Told them not to bother...that is so rude!!!!

I have been dealing with Botto for over 40 years going back to my parents house in Hicksville. I have used them in Business for the company I worked for a warehouse in Syosset and two homes in Massapequa. With one home being a complete Bathroom redo.Nothing but praise. I have referred them to people all over Massapequa, Hicksville, Syosset and so many places. They are personable, responsive and yes they charge for what they do. Remember you get what you pay for. If you want something done and done right this is the company you need to use.

Theyre kind of dull about customers and/or rude... I think they have a certain type they cater to, the rest of us couldnt possibly know what were doing in the store... dislikeHonestly, I think Home Depot is better for most things, they have more options and less condescension. A plus

I recently called Botto Bros. Had a pipe freeze and it destroyed my home. They were so professional, came immediately and got my system back up and running within a few hours. They are very responsive and on time. They said they would be there right away and they were. Thank you Botto for taking care of my situation!
