I needed a new battery for my volkswagen jetta. They got to work quick and found the battery. The older black gentlemen who appeared to be the manager installed it for free. I was so appreciative, I gave a $5 tip. Highly recommended.

I was greeted when I entered. Store was organized and clean. At check out staff was professional and prompt. My only complaint was that I doesnt look good when you are in your cellphones at work. Otherwise very pleasant visit. Would highly recommend.

Came in to get a bulb for my headlight and hopefully have it replaced. There were two people who assisted me and went above and beyond in customer service. I ended up needing 2 bulbs replaced and the installation was a little tricky. However both were replaced. Wonderful friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

Ive been to other chains but this is always a friendly helpful store.Everytime ! The store always has knowledgeable staff that ask if they dont know rather than tossing out wrong directions.Always clean and well stocked.. The current manager really defines management as he is always asking if you need help and looking it up on the computer even if you are just looking

Very poor customer service and a willingness to help from a employee while the manager stood by and watched. Auto zone offers a price match and this location refused to honor it. Other staff members verified the price and yet this wasnt good enough. As close as this store is from my house, I will go elsewhere. Customer service needs improvement!

The guy that sold me a battery for my old ford focus was really helpful and knowledgeable.

I had taken my Impala to the Chevrolet dealership for an oil change and to have the battery changed in my key fob. Hours later, they had finally finished the oil change, but STILL had not fixed the remote!So I took my remote start key fob to AutoZone. The gentlemen there were courteous and helpful. When they were unsure how to access the battery, they quickly looked it up on YouTube and installed the battery for me.I thank them for their customer service.

Stay away. I always use Auto Zone for my cars needs and have always been extremely happy with the service until yesterday. I had never been to this location. Walked in at 10AM and was never greeted by the clerk who was hidden behind the counter. When she finally popped out I asked if she could put a new bulb in my headlight. After telling me no one would be available until 11 she checked the computer and said they didnt have the bulb in stock. No bulb? No tech till 11 when they open at 7:30? Stay away from this location.

Took more than enough time to help with wiper blades even in the cold wheather really thank blonde hair manager on shift the day of the Super Bowl she was sweet
