It was my 1st time being at this laundromat. I was there because of the enormous washing machines that are available. As I need to wash 3 large covers. I really had no clue how to use the machine. One of the ladies that work there help me through the whole process she was great. It is a clean place all I seen where the employees wiping down things. I would highly recommend this place.

Horrible service..The washer my friend used was 7.99 They have this button on the machine that says push and hold to stop ..which is supposed to be blacked out but was not..so it was accidentally pushed..so when we tell the person working here..she said they could not refund her..so she suggested she could call her boss..she does and her boss said call the number on the back of the laundry card..thats not right they should refund her its the establishments fault the button wasnt blacked out they should check every morning so no one pushs that button...after she noticed that she colored over it with a black marker.. i would not recommend others to come here the service sucks..so now she has to wait to get reimbursed at a later date if they even refund her

Its clean,they have large capacity washers and dryers very pleasant atmosphere the workers are helpful I have been coming here for quite some time now I love it.

Tonight while I was doing laundry the Attendant on duty is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. LETS SEE IVE BEEN HERE FOR 3 hours doing Laundry and she has been NON STOP CLEANING THE MACHINES, THE FLOORS and all while being EXTREMELY nice to customers!! So EILEEN You are AMAZING!! THE weather is horrible people messing floor constantly and YOU Still kept cleaning over and over with a Smile.Thank you for Being GREAT!!!

Tons of washers & dryers...that were not working. Seemed like only the pricier ones were working, though I did find 2 smaller washers, which was good, because the larger ones were taken except 2 which was taken by me as well. A weeks worth of laundry for a family of 3, who all wear uniforms to work, in addition to their regular clothes, towels, etc. Dryers were 5 & again I think I got the only working ones left. Thankfully we went during the week & not the weekend or morning time. Also because of the prices & laundry card, everything came out to around $40 to wash & dry. I had soap & fabric softener. Also brought wipes from the dollar store mearby, thank GOD, because the laundry folding tables were dirty. This is not the store I remember from a few yrs ago, when I last went.

This place is absolutely a total scam! Most machines are out of service, and for being a first and last time customer they are not able to refund me my$40 that I put in the card that never worked! $40 they are keeping! This has horrible customer service. Too bad I I can’t give negative star rating. Don’t waste your time in this corrupt place!

They cant place an out of order sticker because the owner wants the customer to read the digital reader. A out of order sticker is common courtesy, A universal sign that This Machine Doesnt Work. A customer doesnt have time to be looking at every digital reader to see if it works. A customer just wants to be in and out quickly. Do customers a favor and put out of order sticker on machine that dont work and ill change review and say owner cares about his customers.

Came to wash two comforters... all big machines out of service. Broken..not fixable. Asked why.. was told this is the way it is... broken. Wow... find yourself another place. 50 machines..18 broken... I counted.Id give no STARS if I could. This is unbelievable..Run... GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Associate was at the counter to assist me with wash and go service. Very helpful and polite and in a good mood. Explained other machines and services I could use there as well. Definitely will be going back and using other machines I didnt even know existed. They have a huge machine I could literally wash all my comforters and sheets in one load! With 5 beds in our house thats saving several hours of time.

I came into this laundromat for the first and last time. I placed money in the machine and it automatically deducted $1 for me to be a loyal member. I DO NOT want to be a loyal member. I want my $1 back. Thats gangster to have this establishment rob you like this. Totally a horrible first impression!!!!

I never had a problem with this place. Whenever my washer needed to be fixed (once in 2015, once last year), I came here to wash and dry all my clothes. Yes, it is the cleanest, best-maintained laundromat there is. The person who works there is really nice too. Ill keep coming here. Plus, Jewel is just a few doors north, a short walk away. So, if I need to buy just a few things, or a cartful, I can enjoy grocery shopping at the same time. My clothes are washed/dried when I come back. Convenience.

Like this place ALOT! Though my only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is because they are a bit higher priced. However, I do realize that is why they are able to stay open for business 24/7/365. Super clean environment. Maintained machines. And friendly staff. A pleasant laundry experience each and every time...

Easy in quick out!

I did my laundry there. The employee CORRIN BLONDE GIRL was very sweet and she helped me out when I was having trouble packing up my stuff.Very nice worker. As for the laundry mat the owner needs to fix the MOLDY SMELL FROM BETWEEN THE MACHINES I guess from the place flooding

Its clean with lots of space! There are a variety of washer and dryers to choose from. You must use a card to wash and dry, but its very easy to get! You can use quarters for the vending machines. My family and I will definitely be using this location more often!

Been utilizing the drop off Service for a few months now and have had no problems. Never used a drop of service before so I cant compare prices. Its 12.50 for 10lbs of clothes. The staff has been friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place. Recent divorce and doing laundry out was something not looking forward to -- found Soap Opera in Hickory Hills and was completely taken-a-back by how nice and clean, well-lit and well run everything is. Helpful staff and now I can do laundry after hours too!

I have gone to this laundromat for years & it use to be nice & less stressful. Now the past 2 years I have been going there 80% of the washers are out of order. And dryers do not dry your clothes. Its ridiculous & now I need to find a new place to wash. Iwould not recommend this place at all.

If i was able to leave no stars I would have, The customer service here is horrible the owner is rude and unprofessional. I will not be coming back and this is the closest laundromat to me but I would rather support someone elses business then this one so Ill travel further

This laundromat is one of the cleanest most organized store I have ever been to..The attendants were very attentive and sweet.

List laundromat is newly remodeled and they have a large assortment of machines in different sizes. They have this super humongous one that does about 10 loads at once. Great place to go if you need to wash rugs.

I like it. It’s clean, the lady who works here is really nice and she’s working really hard trying to make sure that everything is in a good and working condition and everyone is satisfied. If something goes wrong they always give your money back or run the dryer/washer again for you. They are open 24/7 so u can go anytime u want.

Been going there for over a decade and the owner sure keeps it up to date. Its spotless....no pun intended😀

The first time I had to use a laundromat I came here. The attendant was super helpful and nice. Quiet little place on a Friday afternoon, lots of machines. They also have a swipe card system so you dont have to lug around change with you.

Ive been using this laundromat for the better part of 4 months now and only once did i ever have any problems. I do drop off because Im lazy and in a rush most days, and upon receiving my laundry they had an off scent to them. Like something was burning. Though this didnt become apparent till i put my sheets and quilt on. A little fabreeze and everything was fine.Ive never had issues with the staff, and the place always seems to be in good order.4/5 stars. Highly recommend.

This place is not only dirty and over priced but the machines dont work properly. The washer didnt rinse clothes at all, I can literally squeeze water out of it. The dryers took too long to get warm or hot and by that time I needed to add more money. Best for last, I saw mouse just going about its business like we werent here. I wouldve told the attendant but there was no one here. I would avoid this place unless its your absolute last choice and even then I would think twice before coming here.

Washers very expensive only gives you 14 mins to clean clothes when washers normally clean clothes elsewhere for about 30 mins. Not free dry. Big dryers 44cent for only 7mins and smaller dryers 39 cent for 10 mins. Dryers dont get hot even after putting in almost 10 dollars to dry clothes. People who wash there clothes here has maybe 1 load. Not the place to wash alot of clothes dryers dont get hot! N too expensive I would NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!!! The new gurl they hired is no help!Please this place is full of it if u have a complaint u must call the 1888 NUMBER! Quick to respond on here to make themselves look good but dont want to address the issue when I provided info to their slow worker! Dryers dont get hot washer only wash close for 14 minutes min is usually 30 mins and expensive! Didn’t expect this type of laundromat in Hickory Hillis. It has very old dryers that takes $5.00 to dry your clothes. The washer machine some of them don’t work and you won’t find that out until after you put your detergent in the machine. The attendant says the owner won’t let them put out of service signs on the machines that doesn’t work. Smh. Won’t go back ever again. Will wait to go somewhere else the next day.

Most expensive laundromat in the area. Most locations offer free dryers, but they charge you here with dryers that take forever to dry. I dont like the cards they make you purchase. I dont understand the logic that the high prices are reasonable because their store needed remodeling. Why is that my problem? I also think some of the responses by the owner are unprofessional and condescending.

I went there at 850pm. The woman working there ran outside and said I cant wash because they are closing soon. I questioned this because the door and automated phone system saus they are open 24 hours. She was extremely rude and continued to argue with me. Not to mention that they are expensive. I have gone there many times and I know they charge much more than other laundromats.

I went there today have been going there for weeks I always go on a Saturday morning where a wonderful woman works but today omg . There was a woman working and carts were scarce I seen her with a basket and I asked nicely if no one was using it could I have it . I thought she was just moving it to the front she pushed it at me and said I was gonna use it but just take it I said I was just asking she didnt have to be rude. Then 3 machines I put my clothes in were out of service. I No signs, then I went to dry there were some machines with signs but I put a load in one and it was soaked after to dry cycles. I went to the desk to tell her and she had a look on her face like she didnt understand. So I said it again slower and she told me I didnt have to be rude she was hearing impaired....How was I supposed to know she was hearing impaired? I was just trying to get help. It was a horrible experience Ill go back to early Saturday morning when the sweet lady is there

Worst and rude attendant ever! Ask if she would break a $20 for me so I wouldnt have to put more on the card as needed. Told me that change was only for drop off customers only and that it was policy to do so. I was doing laundry there, so wasnt I a customer?There are no changer machines, so I had to go find somewhere to break my $20. Ended up buying something and spending extra money to do so.Five minutes later, a customer asked her to break a dollar for quarters and she did it for her! P***** me off to no end!Called the number for customer service, left a message to get a call back. Owner called back and was even ruder! Said they were not a change service and that Chase bank would give change to customers, and that the attendant gave it from her own purse, but wasnt true! The owner was condescending and didnt give a s*** how the attendant acting. They both need to take a class in how to treat and talk to customers. Will NEVER go there again. They S***!

I like this place, the ladies are all very nice.what disappoints me about the place is really how rude and short and impatient. Some of the customers are not only with the attendants on duty but also with other customers.praise to the workers who keep the place clean,just ignore the bullies and haters that come in and nobody could please them or make them happy that starts within.

Rude and Racist attendant! Followed me around the entire laundry mat as if I was going to steal or something. Broke and dirty Machines, filthy restrooms. After I used the folding tables she wiped each one down (I guess she assumed my black skin was dirty and contagious). Never attend this business if its your last resort wash on your hands!!!

We tried to issue a card with $20 and the Machine was jammed at Hickory Hills, did not give our money back and did not issue a card.we contacted TJ Kardas several times left him Msgs, he promised to send us the cash back, after that he did not answer or refund the Money.they did not refund the amount or even give us a card.its irresponsible Management with a very bad customer service.

Hickory Hills. My only concern is that I was unable to get a reciept. When I asked I was instructed to take a pic of the screen. By that time others had used the machine to put money on their cards.

Clean place ran in for a quick wash and got horrible service I put my clothes in a machine paid for the machine the machine did not work I have to wait an entire day to get a refund that will be added to a card that I will never use again.

Huge washers that Clean really good

The majority of the washers at Hickory Hills Soap Opera Laundromat has mold inside of the detergent, bleach and softener components. I have experience terrible customer service and the utmost disrespect from the owner. I am also shock this facility is still open due to the high volume of mold in there washing machines.

Smaller machines do not wash well,clothes still smell bad even though i did exactly what it says on it,broken dryers unmarked so you have to play guess which one works,never coming again.

Ive never been here before even though I live in the township and I walked in at 6:30 AM and what a dump of a laundromat in such a nice suburb, Ive seen ghettomats nicer than this place, filthy machines, floors filthy and half the tiles are missing, filthy walls and holes in the walls, several machines out of order and I cant believe that this township allows this to take place, only good thing about here its open 24Hrs if you want to get an early start on getting your laundry done.
