I had referred Elf’s company because i admire his creativity however i feel extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism. He came in to the job site and promised it would look amazing and would get complete within a short time. Payment was given to him and no progress was made for months and still not anywhere near completed. We explained our urgency to get our place to be completed and every week it was a different story and different excuse to keep prolonging to finish up our project. I feel like the owner kept giving us false hope by stating “everything will be completed tomorrow even if we have to stay up all night”.

I can’t express how unprofessional this business is andThey never finished the job that we had paid for . Their materials look and feel extremely cheap .I strongly suggest to find another business to work with .

We ordered marquee letters from them on 1/12/19 via Etsy. The anticipated ship date was 2/1/19. We ordered 4 feet tall “love “ letters that were cordless so we paid an extra $120 for them to not plug in. He created a shipping label mid February and it never shipped. Probably a week later I followed up with him to see when we could expect it to arrive. He then called me to say he couldn’t do cordless letters of that size (even though it was in his listing as such). I said to refund the $120 we paid for them to be cordless and we will take them with the cord. So they weren’t even done when he created the shipping label. He refunded our $120 right away. We finally get the letters mid March and we open the box to find poor packaging, broken bulbs, and lights that don’t work even though they were not broken. The wiring was so poorly done! I can’t believe he charged almost $700! We ship it back to him. He received the package on 3/25/19. I followed up with him on 3/26, 3/27, and 3/28 asking when we could anticipate our refund. No response. Finally he responds on 3/28 after I got Etsy involved. I was told by him that he would not refund our money until fedex gave him a refund as he blamed fedex for the damages, but it was more than bad shipping. He said once he heard what he was going to be refunded from fedex, he would let me know. I then had to escalate the situation with Etsy to get a refund. Horrible business owner and poor quality unfortunately!! Do not use them. I finally did receive my money back so there’s at least that.
