After visiting another shop saying that they had to ruin and cut my chain keep it for a week and make me a new piece in order to fix it. I came in spoke to the jeweler as one last desperate attempt for a second opinion. They fixed my chain charged me a reasonable price on the same day. I didnt have to wait too long. They did a fantastic Job. It was worth the drive finding such honest professionals !!!

I went in with an idea and within minutes the owner and his wife brought my design to life. My fiancé had lost her ring and I wanted to get her a new one. I proceeded to come in the shop and immediately the shop is very clean and the staff greeted me with respect. I got my necklace fixed within minutes of coming in. I called the Oro Factory seeking help repairing an old beloved silver teapot and Mayker exceeded our expectations at every level. He was very responsive to my inquiry and provided excellent service for my wife and I at the shop. Mayker repaired the teapot on the spot and even guaranteed the repair should it not hold. Wed also like to thank him for being so accommodating to us as well. We live over 3 hours away and we could only drop by their shop while passing through on one day during the week. It was huge relief to finally find someone skilled enough to do the repair, and even more so do it promptly and flawlessly. Had my college ring resized from a 10 to an 11. Very friendly owners that obviously care about taking care of their customers. The jeweler gladly accommodated my request for same day service and completed the task flawlessly at a very fair price. He even cleaned and polished my wedding ring at no additional charge.I am not from Hialeah and asked if they could recommend a place to eat nearby. They sent me to a nice Salvadoran restaurant and even gave me a slip of paper with the name of their favorite dish. Very nice set up, came in for chain repair very reasonable pricing. Staff was wonderful and very professional would definitely come again. While waited had some coffee and was taken care of like a king. They showed me some custom pieces and repairs done prior to mines and was very impressed with shop and staff as a hole.
