Been coming to this store for years and Is by far my favorite jewelry store, there always well staffed great attention, and tons of variety of jewlery.

Today for the first time I came to this jewelry store for the service of a watch, with all respect and it is the policy of the user maskarilla store, the first thing they asked me was to put on the mask before opening the door, with all my respect. I left and I do not come back anymore, I will not recommend that jewelry store to anyone. I do not have to fulfill desires or whims of other people.

The worst jewelry I have been in my 73 years old. I bought one pair of earrings, 2 months after both pearls dropped as well as seven of the faux diamonds Today 5/29/2021 the employee told me that if they have to clean the earrings the little faux diamonds will drop again, so basically she was telling me that the product they sold me was of poor quality. I would have to pay $10 for each diamond an the pearls so “it will be better for me to buy new one.”I left the store as a very unhappy client. The manager was there and never showed up maybe because I was an educated and not disruptive client. I think I should report them to the BBB. We deserve better businesses.

Do not go here this place will rip you off took some jewelry for repair and cleaning they said it was fake that it might not survive glad I never left it behind because it was pure silver and ended up taking it somewhere else with no problems

Poor quality of products I bought 2 bracelets. After a week of wearing the bracelet both broke. I brought them to the store to fixed. Both of them got broken again. Expensive and very poor quality. I do not recommend them at all. Today, I am here to sell one of the bracelets and they gave me half of what I paid. Very bad customer service also.

I bought my wedding ring here 14 years ago. Glad to see they are still un business

So i went today to size the wristband of my rolex and they said they coulnt do it because it was a fake. They didnt do it because the guy there dont know how to deal with jubilee bracelet. I went after to mayors paid 100 dollar and they gave me an rolex authenticity certificate. Dont go to this place with a clasic rolex please.

Pity this jewelry, it is a scam they refuse despite the clothes they sell you instead when they buy you they weigh it and they want to pay you half of what the pennyweight is worth. I bought an engagement ring in white gold a while ago. Now I go and tell them what business we can do. 500k disrespect when in truth white gold is more expensive than gold.
