I am glad i chose Seamless Gutter Masters to do a copper gutter installation for my home. last year i started remodeling my home, i called a few companies and decided to go with Gutter Masters because i liked how they presented themselves and had all there paperwork up to date. Within 4 days my installation was complete, installers are professionals not just gutter installers they gave me all the specs and info on how to treat and take care of my beautiful copper half round gutters. thank you for your great quality work.

I had a terrible experience with Seamless Gutter Masters Inc. They installed new gutters and downspouts on my home in Pembroke Pines, Florida on June 2, 2021. The installers that installed the job did it incorrectly according to one of their installers. I tried contacting the owner by phone, but never able to reach him. I did reach him by text numerous times and he respond back to me numerous times. However, I did talk to him a few times on the installers phone, when the installers would come to try to fix the problems. However, every time the installers came, there would be one excuse after another such as miscommunication with the owner of what to do or not having the correct materials to do the job. It is now September 23, 2021 and job has not completed as promised. When it rains the water does not flow off the roof into the gutters, the gutters are twisted, the gutters are pitched improperly so that water does not drain into the downspout. I am tired of texting the owner and getting no satisfactory completion of this job that needs to be completely redone. I have already paid for this job and I am very unhappy. I would not use or recommend Seamless Gutter Masters Inc. to anyone unless they come and redo this whole job to my satisfaction. I would recommend that in the future that he hire installers that know how to install gutters and downspouts properly. I found Seamless Gutter masters Inc on google i called for a price as i got a few from other companies as well. they scheduled a visit the very next day a very professional and polite gentleman came to my home gave me all the details i needed walked the house with me and gave me plenty of information about gutters that was useful to me. One of the main reasons why i chose seamless gutter masters the gentleman that came to my house gave me a estimate sheet with everything described, gave me another sheet with copy of all there licenses up to date and also gave me a folder with there company information and i found this to be very professional as to the other 3 different quotes i received every single company just gave me a simple piece of paper with the price on it. two weeks ago my installation got done and i am very satisfied with the looks and function of my gutters thank you for your great work

Seamless Gutter Masters. I dont usually write reviews, but honesty Seamless Gutter Masters deserves the time it takes to write this review. First, 1 of the owners came out to the house to do the quote in person, Elvin They were very knowledgeable about gutters, covers, and where and why downspouts needed to be placed. They gave me an awesome deal, and I even got to choose whatever color I wanted for the same price! The whole process took less than 45 minutes, but I didnt feel rushed. Secondly, the installers came and installed the job promptly and efficiently. Nelson, and Dairon I believe were their names. They were very polite, especially compared to another company that I had used at my house 3 years ago! They were in and out, and completely cleaned up in less than 3 hours! Lastly, we had few nice rain storms the past days and the gutters performed awesomely. I got the leaf shelter covers on mine and even during the heaviest rain the gutter caught every drop, I was amazed! These guys did my gutters a couple of days ago and all I can say is that they did a great job. They were punctual and professional. One of the main things I wanted was for the color of the gutters to match the seams of my roof so the gutters would truly be seamless. I can assure you, they delivered! I found them on google and the next day Mike came out to my home was on time which is rare in South Florida provided a great price showed me licenses, different gutters and colors. Seamless Gutter Masters is a great exceptional company, prior to contacting seamless gutter masters i had two companies visit my home i explained to both companies what i wanted and they both told me that they couldnt make a custom conductor head all they were able to get was a simple box which i did not like at all i was giving up hope and there came seamless gutter masters i found them on google and am extremely happy i did. I told them exactly how i wanted my conductor head as i had seen before. and as you can see in the picture they got it done exactly how i wanted it is nice and neat and they were able to connect the downspout to my underground drain. thank you for your service.

I got an estimate in September 2020 from this company salesman Javier, and this month I reached out to him asking if it was still valid as I was ready to install. My experience with Seamless Gutter Masters is one of the worst experiences I have had in a long while with any contractor in home improvement.I called the company office June 30 2017 to schedule an appointment to have old gutters removed on my home and new ones installed. The company salesperson was over the next day, looked over the job at hand and gave me a written estimate for the job. I agreed to the price and was scheduled for July 5.They did not call or show up till July 7 stating that one of their installers had been injured and were backed up. Half hour later I get a call from the installer stating that the job couldn’t possibly be done for the price that was quoted and the salesperson would call me back. I got home that afternoon from work to find that the gutters on one side of my house had been pulled up with some tool, I imagine a crow bar, the drip edge had also been pried up and cut with sheet metal sheers at various places and the shingles were pulled up exposing nails and roof paper. I called their office 3 times getting a female receptionist who told me and I quote (you have only spoken to me 2 times, you need to go back to school and learn how to count). It is July 13 and no one will return my calls and the only contact person representing this company is the nasty receptionist, speaking in a sarcastic manner saying, yeah, I’ll give them your message. I can’t believe how so many companies today run their business in this fashion and get away with it. I was not charged any money but I have taken pictures so as to show the damage caused by their installers

Very pleased with Seamless gutter masters they were doing work for my neighbor i went by and the same day i received a quote very nice gentleman and professional two weeks after the workers were here completed my house within a few hours and i am very pleased with the work the did, clean very nice and professional work will recommend.

Worst company to bring your business to. I called for a quote, the sales rep was at my house quickly; he was very nice, appeared to be very knowledgeable and after I described what I wanted, he explained everything to me in great details and how the work was going to be done. I received the quote and decided to let them do the job; Shame on me! Two guys, who couldnt say a word in English, were sent on the job. When they first arrived, it was easy to see that they were lost and tried to figure out what to do and apparently couldnt understand the work order. After the job was completed, it was even easier to see that these guys were not professionals, the gutters were up and down, bent in many places and I think if it was not because I have a two story house, I could have done a better job. Since I could easily see there were flaws in the gutters, I took my hose and decided to check the practicability of the gutters. Guess what? The gutters hold more water than a bathtub, so I called to get it fixed, the same workers came and I was told that the only way to fix the problem is to add another downspout. I agreed to their so-called fixed and paid the extra fee but as of now, we cant even sit outside because of mosquitoes coming from the water sitting in the gutters. I wouldnt be surprised if my house lost value because of these gutters. It doesnt take a genius to know that there should be an inclination from one side to the other in order for the water to flow to the downspout. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.Edited: Oct. 29, 2017If you read all the negative reviews, the owner always tries to blame the incompetence of his employees on the homeowners. The new added dowspout, in my case, is just for decoration. Theres no water coming down in that one because it is place on the upper side of the gutters. Of course, its not too late to get the mistake corrected, unfortunately Ive been trying to call them with no luck. Stop making excuses, do a better job.

Update to Company Response.:After several phone calls and almost 1 month later, the company had several techs come to the house each one saying they would be back but never do. . They came back to modify the issue AFTER I posted a review on Google then asked to remove said post which I said I would AFTER I see the issue was corrected. Being one of the biggest companies doesnt make them the best; specially if there is lack of communication within the company from what I experience with several of their techs. My review will be adjusted as soon as I confirm the work was fixed.I had gutters installed over a month ago that needs to be fixed and I still am waiting for them to come out and fix the leak. The installers also separated a flashing that is causing the leak. They came out 1 time to fix the problem and what they did was slap some paste to temp fix it and it looks very unprofessional and done with no interest at all to resolve the issue and the leak is still there anyways. Im still waiting for them to fix this problem. The fact that they are litterally 1 block away from me seems ridiculous that I have to wait this long for what seems like a fairly simple fix. Next step is to report them.

I will recommend anybody who is looking to get gutter on their houses that never call this company, they are very unprofessional, irresponsible, they lack on customer service, they tell you a different story every time you talk to them, for example they suppose to show up today to do my gutter and they never show up, not even a phone call, am after 5 hours waited I called them and they said i wasn’t on their schedule for today even when at 8 am they told me they were waiting on the installers to arrived to head out to my house! I strongly suggest if you want gutter installed get anybody else, I can assure you will be have a better experience that with this company.

GREAT company, GREAT people, GREAT work! Just want to start off by saying that I am extremely pleased by the work these guys did at my home. I am very impressed with the quality of gutter and how professional they were. Elvin came out to my house a day after I called him for an estimate. I showed him a video of how bad the water comes down when it rains and the areas that needed gutters the most. He set up a date to install them and luckily for me he squeezed me into his busy schedule for an early installation! I would recommend this company to many, they’re great and very professional. I hired the company twice, once to do the gutters around my entire house and the second time for a gutter replacement following a roof job. They did a great job both times. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because the second time I had to wait for the service a few weeks. Perhaps scheduling could be improved by owners to make sure that customers receive their service as scheduled and without delays.

The installation crew were very nice guys and were very focused on getting the job done quickly and professionally - the crazy South Florida hot weather and torrential rain made that more impressive. Came out promptly to fix my gutters, paid them the very next day. There was an issue with one gutter. Scheduled to have them come out again, for a service I was going to pay for. Guess not a big enough job, they have not returned to fix issue, and have ignored texts.I appreciate your response, however it is false. You never returned to my house. Garbage service. The lady (Cindy) never answers the phone, and when she does, shes walking through a store, children screaming in the background and then she gives you an attitude. They were supposed to stop by for a small 20 foot gutter installation which they didnt deem necessary the first time they installed gutters around the rest of my mothers house. Since then, this is the second time that we schedule for them to come out and do the installation and no one showed up, or even called us. Lets not forget that as understanding and polite customers we deserve good customer service from beginning to end. I see that they have time to reply to reviews but cant even answer phone calls. Dont waste your time with these people. If good service is too much to ask for, you shouldnt be in business.

Seamless gutters was right on time and the salesman was professional and polite, i waited for the 2nd estimate from another company but i didnt feel comfortable with the other company because they didnt even provide me with a license number. I called and scheduled and within two days installers arrived at my home and did a fantastic job. thank you

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IS RUDE!!!Me and my husband had Seamless Gutter Masters Inc install Gutters at our home in July 2016 and gave them a deposit in order to start the Job because their sales man stated that it was required and then the remainder of the balance was paid in full at the end of the job. I had a missing guard which has lead to excessive water in my front porch. I called all year long and with no call back from this company, their phone number is always disconnected most of the time. I was finally able to reach Cindy at their office or home not sure as she is super unprofessional... she said she would send someone out to check the situation.. I sent her a video of how the water drops onto my porch when it rains and she never responded or sent no one out to my house !! I told Cindy that I had no problems PAYING for the mistake they made. I called Cindy back to see if she received my video and she hung up on me saying that I was calling her personal number and I explained that their main number was disconnected!!! She said it was not and continued to cut me off. I am not sure who Cindy is, but she is rude and the owner of SEAMLESS GUTTER allows it. Instead of apologizing and coming to see the gutters he responded to my husband that Hurricane Irma damaged them. My house received NO DAMAGES from hurricane Irma and what I am needing is a splash guard on my front porch which I have no issue paying for... I dont need to file a claim with my Homeowners Insurance Company (Recommend by the owner of SEAMLESS GUTTER Masters Inc. ) for something that was never there to begin with!!! Sadly Cindy communicated false and enormous information to the owner and he is just as rude as she is. Its ok I know to never ever use them or recommend them to any of my clients, Friends and Family. They take your money and then refuse and make excuses not to assist you (Even if you pay them)!!! Super horrible company craftsmanship and customer service.

Costumer services Was on top of the line. I recommend the company for their integrity, costumer satisfaction, and the appraisal . They are very efficient and they will explain to you in detail the process for acquiring their services.

Seamless Gutter Masters did a great job on the installation of gutters for my entire home. They were on-time and very professional. I was happy with their follow-up, and everything went smoothly.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I hired them to fix 2 small parts of my gutter. Since the damage was small, they charged me the “minimum.” During the repair I was told they didn’t have enough material to replace the second piece (mind you the back of the truck was open I could see the piece in there). Surprise! I now had to reschedule and be charged the “minimum” agains.... which was a difffernt price than the minimum given to me for the first repair. Not only that. The replaced piece was not sealed properly and now leaks. I called to have them come and fix their mistake and replace the new piece and they gave me a date 8 days later. They haven’t shown up, and won’t return my calls. I’m surprised they are still in business with their terrible service!

STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.I spoke to Cindy to make an appointment for installation on Tues at 8am. I heard her ask someone if it was okay to schedule for that time. Tues 9a no one is here. I called, Cindy says she never said 8am was good, first appointment is at 9a. I asked if they were on their way, she didnt know and would have to call me back. I never heard back. Cindy was sweet as can be when making the appointment and the complete opposite when confronted with the 8a vs 9a mix up. I wish I had checked online reveiws before calling this company. Yelp has even more bad reviews.

I left a bad review last year.The owner reached out recently and I gave them a second chance.Unfortunately they missed the first 2 repair dates.Once they did make it,the repairs were done efficiently and the workers were respectful and polite.The owner was in constant contact with my questions and concerns.I’m happier with the experience this time.

This firm had a stand at the recent Fort Lauderdale Home Show where I met the owner and his son. As I already had a quote from a couple of months previously, they said their salesman would call on Monday to schedule another meeting to insure the quote was accurate. No call on Monday, did call back on Tuesday after I called their office. He came by on Wednesday, quote was still valid. Installation was set up for Friday, two days later. Also, after I told the salesman that I did not want nails through the metal flashing, he showed me the type clamp that was to be used and assured me that the metal flashing would not be penetrated. His crew showed up on time, started the installation but had to leave to get the correct color downspouts; crème was specified on my quote while white was noted on their copy. They finished the installation mid-afternoon Friday. Everything looked good and I paid them in full by check. The next day I checked out their work, found that nails had been driven through the metal flashing, in spite of my insistence to their salesman that this was to be avoided as this is the major reason for fascia boards rotting out. I called their office on Saturday morning and spoke to the owner’s son who promised to have his father call me. He never did. Early the next week we had a rather heavy rainfall and I saw that there was some splash-over, with the water draining down the roof and flowing over the gutters, not into them, and ending up in my swimming pool. Also, two of the downspouts are leaking. I placed several calls from Monday to Friday but the owner did not bother to reply. Finally, on Friday, one week after the installation, I spoke to a person at their office who “officially” took down my complaint and said that she would inform the owner. Today is Wednesday, eleven days after my first phone call and I have not yet received a call from the owner. I must say that I cannot recommend this firm to anyone requiring rain gutter installation. If all is well, maybe one could, but certainly not if there are any complaints or other issues to be addressed.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUNCH OF GUTTER BUTCHERS !!Seamless Gutter Disaster Masters...This firm installed gutters on my home. I paid the bill and explained to Elbyn Jr that a few items were not correct. He advised me that it was not an issue that he would come back the next day to correct them. That was May 8th and his team of masters have not come back. He keeps saying we will be by tomorrow to correct, but it is all BS after contacting him 3 times. They did not use a level to install the gutters..JUST THE MASTERS EYE. Couplers are the wrong size. Additionally his masters do not know how to walk on roof tile and damaged my roof. Lastly, it seems he never pulled a permit with the City of Coral Gables, which I was advised is required for work over $500.00. DO NOT GIVE THIS FIRM YOUR BUSINESS UNLESS YOU ENJOY PAIN. NON-EXISTENT FOLLOW-UP.

I called them out for a estimate for some conductor heads, when the job was done everything looked great and worked wonderful

The owners son came out gave us a quote towards the front and the back and it was a great price I was happy with the price and the job

This company came out very professional, he recommended me 7 inch, because it hold more water than the 6 inch since its a bigger gutter. Once the gutters were installed everything came out great.

I am not a customer, but am looking for a company to install my gutters. I was going to call for a quote but am concerned that about 8 of the 18 reviews were not favorable. A lot of the complaints appeared to be from the lack of response to unsatisfied customers.I just wanted to point this out to the owner, as a consumer who reads reviews before calling a company. This place is a rip-off, absolutely unprofessional.. the company is a family based company thats why everyone does whatever they want and gets away with it. Its ridiculous how many complaints are formed against cindy the girl who answers the phone, if ever. And shes still working there with no home training. She has a horrible attitude she does not know how to speak professionally and shes very rude. I decided to stop by one day to check out the premises and there she was with children running all over the place running a muck. This is no place for children. and Do you know why shes still working here? SHES THE BOSS WIFE! yes the boss hired his young ditzy wife to work here everyone thats why shes still here after constantly messing up. I will never use this company and i will never recommend it to any of my friends or family..

I wanted half round gutters with with round down spouts and they did a wonderful job and doing it even gave me a good price

I usually dont post reviews, but this company is top of the line they were doing work in my neighborhood i seen there truck and called company for a quote, they came the very next morning and they were on time they gave me a great price, two days after they came to install my gutters again very profesional people the work came out outstanding looks great and is working just fine.
