She ensured that I was comfortable the entire time and the other guys in the shop made sure I was as well. Definitely will be back in the future.

I couldn’t possibly explain how great this shop is, especially one of their artists named Syd! She’s done 4 out of 5 tattoos on me all varying different styles and expectations and she never fails to blow it out of the water. She talks you through everything, while never pressuring you to take on more than you can handle. I’ve brought family members, friends, and even coworkers to her to get tattoos and piercings. Definitely would recommend her and this shop!

I have had several tattoos done at this establishment. Very satisfied with the work. MY journey began when I had an old tat gone horribly wrong by an artist that was starting. she put a Scorpio on my stomach and the tail had 6 legs . I went to 10 different tattoo parlors no-one wanted to touch it or cover it up, I was even told to get it burned out, no way. By coincidence I stopped at this establishment where for the first time was told it can be fixed and what the process would be . SUPER THANKFUL TO IMAGE FOR HIS WORK!

Amazing place with amazing artist. Christian took care of us today, even stayed 2 hours after shop closed to finish our tats. Clean line work works with your ideas and super nice. I have work with Image for the majority of my half sleeve, every visit he sat down with me to work on what I wanted and every time never failed to deliver what I wanted. 5stars just arent enough for this shop and staff…Staff are amazing got lucky with an open spot and had Syd do a beautiful piece on my right shin… She was super light handed never felt any discomfort and she would frequently ask me if i needed anything or even a quick break… what was most important to me was she showed me at all times that the machine aswell as the inks and everything was new clean and unopened aswell as asking for proper ID’s aswell as her years and experience at the shop which was very comforting!!! Came to them after image told me 900 for cover up and told me we can do it in one session if I could handle it and started and half way told me I don’t have anymore needles and ran out of ink. So on top of when I left him the money was paid upfront and I was calling image on my days off saying I want to come back in to get this done and he kept telling me he can’t do it and was always saying he wasn’t available on my days off and was only available when I was working. So I kept calling to see and never picked up my calls and took my money and left me half my chest not worked even stopped by the shop and he wasn’t there only time they tell me he be there it’s by 4 when shop is almost closing stole my money and didn’t get refund back worst place .

Nelson was right on time with my vision, and what I wanted. The price was affordable, and he was able to do tattoo on the spot. Very friendly and laid back environment. After months of wanting a tattoo, I finally decided the design I wanted. I spoke to Ralph about getting a stencil of the design and that if I felt comfortable with the location I would come back the next day, which I did. The entire process was safe, sanitary, and most importantly, it was great fun being surrounded by friends and the friendly staff.
