This is the worse, in 5 month they withdrawal the money ney from my account to pay the credit cards, but they didnt, the credit cards were calling me day and night ., My credit score got deteriorated it went from 670 yo 520 because they did not make any payment and when I called they they keep telling me the same thing, that they are still working on it. Untill now, I am still calling then to fix this problem and still no answer, nether from the person that supposed to help me or the supervisor. The worse place to help you with your credit problems.

Worst experience in my life. Empty promises and rude. I have been with them since 2017, started out good. Then for some reason they were paying the wrong account. Now im getting sued and the reps name is Valeria Cuello whom everytime i call she hangs up on me or doesnt even do her job. Then I find out that they revised my contract without my knowlege and thought that i didnt have the original contract and wanted me to pay more. Know I owe the creditors 1000s of Dollars and they dont want to do anything about. when I already paid them everything.

THIS COMPANY STOLE MY MONEY! Dont ever sign a contract with them. I entered a consolidation program in 2016 and its 2021 and they still havent paid off any of my accounts. Because their lack of responsibility, I still have two derogatory accounts that keep jeopardizing my credit score. I paid them over $24K and its been over two years since I finished my monthly payments. They stole my money and will refer you to different people - including Shery Mackenzie and Valery Cuello. They have no idea about their customers information. They are unprofessional and have a learned script to respond to your questions. GO AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!Update: June 19, 2021
