Great Experience here, I have gone several times to do repairs for my PC, cell phone and tablets to do repairs. Brought my iPhone 11 max in for a screen repair. They don’t use the same screen as apple. They fixed the screen but the colors are completely off and the pictures do not come out the same. When I asked he said that’s the way it is because is not an apple screen. Satisfied with a screen that’s not broken. Not very satisfied with how it looks. I was not told it was going to be a different screen.Update: 1 month into it the screen is trash. Do not get your phone fixed here. The screen is horrible, not responsive to touch and Eve try time I tap the screen the colors change and fluctuate, picture don’t come out the same on your phone. The screen they use to fix your phone is not worth the price paid. I’d take it back but I’m scared they will make it worse.

I went to get my laptop repaired. It had a cracked screen. They charged me for a diagnostic test... its a cracked screen I had already disclosed that I was willing to pay whatever to get it fixed. They held on to my laptop for almost 2 weeks with no call or update. When I went to get my tech back they claimed they tried calling me. No missed calls or voicemail from them. If its your cell phone go but for anything else dont bother

Took my iPhone X to get it repaired since it got water damaged. The treatment was $40 and it was paid upfront, everything looked good until I went to pick up my phone. The guy couldn’t fixed it and told me everything he did to try and fix it. Phone was on the same condition I took it in for. No repair but would keep my money. They charged without explaining or even mentioning if phone doesn’t get repaired I would not get the money back. Easy to take the money upfront, no guarantee it would would. Would tell you easily it can’t be fixed but would definitely keep your money. Be aware!

The screen on my iPhone XS got damaged. Was flickering n shutting off. I took my phone to Dr. Phonefix and they had my phone ready within an hour. Accompanied my friend here after her iPhone was hacked causing fraudulent messages to be sent to all contacts. Arturo fixed it and stayed a bit late to advise and configure settings beyond the scope of the repair.

This place is horrible. They don’t guarantee parts or the work done. After 30 days they recycle your devices. No consideration to COVID-19. They don’t tell you to read or confirm to the terms of the service. They only use the email you give them for a receipt but not advise you of your current device that they are in possession of.Misleading so they keep your device!!!! This is a franchise store owned by an uneducated person named Arturo.

Came in the store to ask for pricing on an iPhone XR screen. However I forgot to put on my mask as I carry it in my pocket. After rudely being told to put on my mask. I professionally told the store attendant there wasn’t a sign while still putting on my sign as taht is why I don’t have it on at first. He then told me it was a law to have it on. After that I reminded the gentleman about Gov DeSantis executive order making all COVID regulations illegal, While I already had a mask on to not be rude to the gentleman. He said he wasn’t going to attend me and left the front tpr the store.this was extremely unprofessional and unneeded as I was following his command while correcting his wrong information. This company should really look I to this behavior, as they will lose a lot of business working this way

I came to fix three things: the screen, back case, and camera. When it comes to the screen its a quick fix you can count on it, but it seems that anything else will take a while because they have to order the parts. They contact you when its all done so you dont have to keep checking in which is convenient. Phone looks good as new, very happy with their work.

I just needed to get a quick glass screen protector and the service here was quick and very efficient! I also had a few questions on exactly which glass protector would be best for my phone and the clerk at the front was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions! Very impressed with how honest these guys are. After being told by another store that it would be $250 to repair my phone I went here for a second opinion. In less than 5 minutes they did something to clean out where my charger plugs in and now my phone works great. They didnt even charge me, I will definitely come back here.

Walked in and expressed my concern about not trusting the store due to previous experiences. I went again because I knew it was a good price and same day repair. Steven, the associate at the time reassured me that there would be no problem. I picked up my phone 45 minutes later and everything was perfect except for a sensor on the screen. They tried 3 other screens and none of them worked. I told them I had a flight the next day out of the country and they completely took care of me. They called their manufacturer and got more screens for the next morning. I was able to take my phone and get it fixed the same day as my flight and no problem.What I love about them is that whenever it doesnt work, which is a possibility anywhere you go, they try and try again until you leave happy

If i could give 0 stars I would ! Horrible customer service took my phone an iPhone X to have the screen fixed very good to charge me new screen and screen protector was advise that i would have guarantee paid $154.00 dollars. Next day phone cracked under the screen protector took it back and the guy in the store who fixed ir the day before told me he couldnt do anything about it. I obviously didn’t want anything free but I would have liked a better customer service. As a owner of a company it is crucial to have an upset customer. I hope people read this and take it into consideration not to take their money nor their time to places where they dont feel valued.

If I could give this place negative amount of stars I honestly will. My sister called them to see how much it would be to fix a water damage phone and to unlock a phone they told a price so we decide to go. When we got there Wilmer said that he told his assistant the wrong price to unlock a phone and he said “it’s because they need the money” like who says that. Anyways we paid for the water damage and he said that in 45 minutes to and hour they would give us a call when it was done. We never got a phone call we had to go in the next day which I found very unprofessional if you say you’re going to call then call about the phone being fix then you should. When we went the next day he charged us an extra 60 dollars because he changed the screen when we never asked for it call to see if we’re okay with that, we only ask for the water damage which is 30 dollars and we already paid for in the beginning. When we left the phone was more damage then when we went to go fix it. He didn’t told us that when it comes to iPhone 6 or iPhone 6s Plus they stop working cause of the mother chip he said that it was just the screen. When we try to get our money back he said no cause he told us what was wrong with the phone, Which honestly he never did. It was a horrible experience no one should go here it’s a waste of your money

I went here because i got a new phone and needed a smaller chip. ATT apparently doesnt provide that service anymore. I had the SIM card, just needed it to be made smaller. I was able to get this done for no charge. I didnt have cash otherwise I would have tipped! They have many cases for iphone and galaxy phones and phone accessories. I had never heard of this place before today, but I recommend it! Arturo was very helpful!
