I was very satisfied with the service, Yuniel is a great Mechanic. I do have a complaint, I felt afraid yesterday for the lack of respect to clients like me, by not requesting mask in the the small office. I had to be there 4 hours waiting for my truck, different people came and went, sat in the office without mask, without any distance.I had to go outside in the sun, I am a senior citizen that do not want to get sick. Not even the Danny in the front . At one point there was 3 senior sitting in the small office, different clients was coming in and out with no respect to us or to this pandemia.I am sorry but I will have to think again if I return back to your place

Went there about 3 weeks ago for a brake job. Service was excellent but I will say that the price was a little more expensive than what I was expecting based on the reviews on here. Total for labor for brake replacement on all 4 tires (with brakes already bought; just labor) was $265. I know their mechanics are SAE certified and command more $ but it still seems a bit excessive. Other than that, good work.

They were very professional and knowledgeable and could have easily takin advantage of me being from out of state and had limited options. They were patient enough to listen to my input which I appreciate very much. Would not hesitate to recommend or use their services again. Top notch

I was referred to Hialeah Auto Center by a very good friend of mine who actually owns a Tire Center. Upon my arrival I was introduced to Chris. An outstanding individual. Definitely a valuable asset to this business. He handled my service in the most professional manner. My company owns a fleet of trucks that we use for our Garage Door Business. I needed to have my Brake Pads replaced as soon as possible, and in a Saturday no less. I called ahead and was told to bring it on in. From that point on....everything you would hope for,including everyone speaking English (in Hialeah) a real treat was outstanding. I was offered a courtesy ride to my house, while they serviced my truck. Immediately received a text message with all the contact information should I have any questions and received a call once my truck was on the lift to report the condition of my brakes. As soon as the service was complete I received another call that the work was done. I thank all of you at Hialeah Auto Center for your great service. I have found my service home for all of my trucks and personal vehicles.

Received a CEL . Scanner code said it was a faulty knock sensor . In error, I erased it . Took it to HAC and within 1/2 hour they were diagnosing it. Most places will do a quick scan and if no code, will tell you nothing can be done until code returned and send you on your way after taking your money. At HAC, they still performed a full system scan, checked everything under the hood, test drove it and monitored it for any associated knocking noise . Though nothing was found (Thank God) and vehicle running fine, I was completely satisfied with the professional and attentive service provided..... and they charged me $ 0.00 !!!! You read that right. An honest and professional place to take your vehicle for all types of repairs and services.

My car gave out on me and I had to tow it here an hour before they closed on Saturday. I received excellent customer service from the beginning, even on the phone. Chris was upfront with me and explained the cost to check the car. I was called again early Monday morning (they’re closed on sundays) and was explained everything going on with my car. They even send you an invoice via text in which you need to approve. This is the best customer service I have ever received from a mechanic shop and they charge a fair price! This place is a gem in Hialeah.

HAC is a professional and honest company. I always feel intimidated to go to the mechanic since I don’t know anything about cars. Chris is extremely courteous and listened to my concerns about my vehicle. I left my car without worry at the shop and was given a reasonable estimate for the job. I was not pressured to secure the transaction and they finished the job exactly as estimated. I am thrilled to have found such an honest business with courteous staff members.

I normally go to the dealer for this type of services but I decided to get a quote and I’m glad I did! Their services and pricing is way better than my dealer would ever offer.

I have been to HAC a few times for oil changes and flat tires. They are always extremely professional, organized and punctual. Today I went in to get my tire pressure checked quickly and they were kind enough and quick enough to do this for me to go into work on time. I have moved to Kendall recently, but frequently come to Hialeah. If I ever have an issue, I try to organize my schedule so that I can come here for service.

The service was good, fair price with AAA discount and they got the job done. It did take about 2 and a half hours though my job might usually take that long anyway.

I looked up the shop online and called in advance for tire replacement pricing. I spoke with Cris who was very knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy. My experience was very pleasant and Ill definitely come back for future service.

This might be my next go to mechanic location. Straight forward communication, this is what’s wrong with it and how much it will be, NO BS. They repaired my vehicle problem quickly (ball joint) and followed up with a call and text to confirm. Their location is neat and organized, a sign of a well ran operation. Definitely will be back for my repairs. The only reason for the 4 stars, their pricing may not be very competitive, especially in Hialeah but then again, you get what you pay for.UpdateI’ve been back several times again, even bigger jobs (engine mounts) and they’ve done a great job. I was having a rough day and got a flat tire this morning so I stopped by the nearest auto repair shop. I spoke to a gentleman named Danny, who has excellent customer service, and he took my vehicle in right away. Many places would have tried to tell me that the tire was unsalvageable, but they called me right away to let me know that all it needed was a patch. The amazing service and extremely fast repairs, even under these COVID19 conditions, was second to none. I place a high value on integrity and loyalty. This business and it’s employees represent positive standards not only within their expertise, they also shine above many other businesses in general. Do yourself a favor and make this spot your regular auto repair shop.

This is my first experience with this shop. To tell you that I am impressed with their service, communication, and follow up is an understatement. I googled the shop beforehand and the reviews were on point. Thank you for your service and Ill definitely be coming back.

Its a little expensive as all car maintenance shops would be. Now, I cant verify much myself, but I do feel you get what you pay for. I needed front brakes and rotors repaired BAD. My front left brake was already gouging some deep lines into the rotor, and I was advised that its best to get both rotors replaced. I paid about $326 for replacing both the front brakes and rotors. I could have gotten it done cheaper elsewhere, but I was there first thing in the morning and they were willing to work on it right away. F@#k it, I thought. They used ceramic brakes and it came with 2 year warranties for both. I raised a concern I had about the car battery, and they tested it and verified I needed a new one. Anyway, by the time I left, less than an hour later, I knew I still needed rear brakes done, but I gotta say: even though they tried to up-sell me on maintenance as expected, I didnt FEEL pressured or like they were full of it. They seemed to be very honest and straightforward. They texted me a link for me to send a $50 deposit the day before cuz they knew I wasnt going to make it in, but they were doing their best to get me in first thing in the morning since I was at the point my brakes were grinding . My front brakes are giving me so much peace of mind now, and the experience at the shop was overall very pleasant. This review isnt much to go on, but thats maybe not a bad thing. You need something done, and theyll get it done and see if they can help you with advice and anything else. Everything should be as straightforward and pleasant as this shop was.

I needed work done on an old school 95’ impala SS. Considering the personal value i carry towards the car I refused to just take it to Pepito down the street. So I searched online for top mechanics in south Florida and up came Hialeah auto care center with a ton of positive reviews. So feeling confident about the reviews I read I took in my car. Don’t let the location fool you the minute I walked in I spoke with someone who not only spoke perfect English but was extremely professional at making sure my situation was handled accordingly. Within a few hours they figured out the issue gave me the best possible price for best work in town and would you guess my car came back driving better than the day I bought it. They’ve definitely earned my trust and loyalty and I’ll be making this my family mechanic for many years to come I couldn’t be happier about the service. 10/10

From my first call to them the service was excellent they gave me a price it was fair I told them I needed for brakes they said let’s check it and do two first and see if you need the other two so we ordered the brakes and all the parts that we needed and I was there at seven in the morning and I was done by 9:30 everything went smoothly and brakes are brand new

Great ! Where to start!The service is A++. I’ve always owned used cars and inevitably visited many auto mechanic shops. To date None! have compared to this shop. These are knowledgeable techs and service advisors that actually take the time to explain all services and break down prices etc. The manager makes an effort to find the best parts at affordable prices. It’s very rare you find this kind of customer service which is dealer grade in Hialeah. I recommend this shop to everyone. It’s even worth the trip if you don’t live exactly in the area. Love it! They’ve got my trust and business.

After reading the reviews I went there on 07/ 26 / 19 because my car had a shaking and hesitating problem at traffic lights, the guy at the front desk was nice and even he told me this problem had nothing to do with a kicking or hard shift my transmission have, I told the guy at the from desk to notify me when my car was going to be served ( because I know how to treat it, it has a missing part in the ignition switch and you have to know how to turn it on ), he failed to notify me, until there I was happy, the mechanic that appears in the extreme left on the photo above had already taken and driven my car by the time I got out of the office to look for it, ( it was at the parking lot but I was confident I was going to be told when my car was going to be served, obviously I didnt see when he took it ), then he took another ride, this time with me after the car was not showing the problem while iddling, this time he was like in a race ( and he already knew my car had a problem in the transmission because he told me that after he came from the first ride ) I thought that my transmission was going to break in pieces, believe me, I decided not to fix my car with them, because I was very upset, mainly because the mechanic got my car without my consent, ( because I was not notified ) nobody knows how he treated the car when he went for the first ride, then I was talking to the guy at the front desk about my disappointment about all this situation, the mechanic was like checking some papers and then he got into our conversation and kind of suggested me that my car was a piece of junk, can you imagine that ?, he almost broke my transmission in pieces, still I had to pay the shop 98 dollars for the problem test and still I had to take that guy attitude of suggesting me in my face that my car was a piece of junk, and telling me not to bring my car to any mechanic. I just wanted to be there when my car was going to be served because I knew my car and I knew when the shaking problem appeared, all that racing and mistreat was totally unnecessary.

Great service and awesome staff. My only complain would be that theyre a bit on the pricey side. They gave me a list of recommend things to do to my car which I appreciate but the labor cost there is just to much so I wouldnt do any of those things there. Also fyi when I take my car to high tech lube on 122nd and pay 90. For a oil change they also change my air filter ( not the in cabin one but the one in the engine) with my oil change which is great and with you guys I paid 49.99 + tax (and that was cause I had a coupon) for a oil change and then paid 19.99 +tax for the air filter (and thats cause the mechanic lowered it from 24.99) also high tech lube will check my oil and all liquids in my car and top them off in between my oil changes if needed as frequently as I want. So Im not sure Ill return. But services was great I had no problem. Thats why i gave 3 stars

I wrote a review earlier today but apparently did not click the right button to upload it to the public and here I am again.Just want to make sure HAC receives back, the same respect they showed me this morning. Again, I have been taking my vehicles to HAC since 2009. Today, they proved to me how professional they are and how serious they take their business. I had my breaks replaced this morning under my warranty, despite the two year warrant I had, I was hesitant for the amount of miles I put to my car, being a Realtor, I spend most of the time on the road. My car was ready within an hour, not even one penny came out of my pocket and most important, Fabian, the Kid at the desk and the mechanic, always handle it to make you feel like you just arrived home while you are there.Thats what makes the difference out there.Thank you guys, expect much much more business coming towards you, thats the only thing can happen when we respect our clients and make them feel like human beings, not just numbers.Yoslen Vera.God Bless.
