Ariel is very knowledgeable and informative. He has no problems with questions and answering them properly. When we’ve had issues with our equipment, he’s always been there and has never given us a run around, even when it has to do with a faulty equipment under warranty, he doesn’t try to get away from it. He’s there to help and make sure you are satisfied. He’s been installing my cameras and alarms in my business(even through our expansions) and parents homes and he’s always come through 100%!

Spot on! He gave us exactly what we wanted, a TV to come down from the ceiling! We absolutely love the fact that we can press a button and the TV drops down. You can tell this gentleman has a passion for what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an entertainment system.
