My favorite location! Ive been coming for a little over two years and they always try to keep the dumbbells in their racks. Its very clean and organized. You can take some Hot showers as well. And the people in the front desk always try to help if you have any issues/concerns great customer service 👍

Great staff and place!I called for information to sign me and my daughter up, spoke with Michael who was very informative and helpful, he was brief and straight to the point and guided me step by step on how to sign up online because I didn’t have time to do it in person. I didn’t feel rushed or forced. I can’t wait to work out comfortably and at ease. I hope the staff gets commission and benefits for their amazing job!

Clean, efficient and great atmosphere to get a workout in

Place is clean. Recently joined and see new equipment or at least looks like it. No broken or down equipment. Bathroom just a bit unnatended while I was there but nothing major. Employees should stop by a bit more frequently to check on. Overall, so far so good.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a while and it’s always clean and the staff is great. Especially Carlos, very professional and welcoming. However, a few heavier dumbbells would be nice. 👍

Best planet fitness Ive ever used by far

This planet fitness is well organized. One of the workers there named Amelia is always a help when i have any questions or concerns and is always trying to help. Another thing is all the employees are always making sure all machines are clean keeping it covid safe for everyone.

Leonardo was Extremely professional and detailed in explaining all the gym benefits and taking his time with the tour of the gym. Thanks to Leonardo. I’m now a member of Planet Fitness!!

Solid gym to get the workout needed done. They keep the areas as clean as they can which great and comforting.

This is an excellent gym with great staff. The gym is constantly being cleaned and sanitized. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. From the manager to the regular crew, they’re all very helpful and knowledgeable. Florencia always welcomes me in with a nice smile and a positive attitude. Whether it’s 6AM or 10PM she always has a burst of positive energy. Thank you Planet Fitness Hialeah Gardens !!!!

The gym overall is good for the price. However definitely wish there was more weight machines. There’s definitely enough cardio equipment. Always relatively clean other than stray napkins other members leave lying around.

Once I mentioned what I was witnessing with half masked and no mask at all members to the manager he sprung into action. I went back the next day, and he was doing everything he could to keep up with what I now realize is some of the most careless and disrespectful gym members Ive ever seen. It is impossible for the staff to keep up with such disregard for others. I applaud the manager for taking this seriously. I hope people realize that the only way our businesses go back to normal is by doing our part, each one of us.

Planet fitness in Hialeah Gardens is extremely professional for one. I recommend speaking to Brianna at the front desk. I had a few questions about membership and deals and she was very informative and very sweet! 10/10

Everything’s great but when it’s going to be open 24 hours like it was? Closing at 7 pm on the weekends it’s an insult for us who work Monday to Monday

When you walk into a Planet Fitness it feels like a fully loaded clubhouse with friendly people. My favorite location is the one in Hialeah Gardens. Ive had nothing but great experiences there. Bunch of great men/women managing the location, with special attention to Michelle Canno, very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this particular gym.

I went to Planet Fitness, and one of the girls who work there who is called, Brianna Pages, helped me with the information of applying to Planet Fitness, and it was an amazing experience, because i’ve never went to the gym and she made me think about applying there soon.

Love this gym, it’s the cleanest in the area. I only wish they had a daycare but other than that it’s great! The staff is super nice, especially Daniel - he always goes above and beyond to help when I ask for anything.

Staff is very pleasant and professional. Luis Balbas the gym trainer works hard and welcomes everyone professionally. Luis has help me loose weight through guiding me with the approximate diet and safe weight and cardio training. Will continue to attend to this gym cause I feel safe and welcome.

Prices for memberships are good, although day passes are not so much, either way it was a great experience at least at this club,. People are really nice and the equipment is good.

I was greeted by an attentive young woman, named Victoria, who helped me receive the membership package that best suits my needs. She was even open about the fine print of the memberships, like cancellation fees and the annual fee- Victoria has outstanding communication and disclosure.

Ironic, masks are required but everyone had their noses uncovered even the staff.

Theres not enough machine variety. Its always overcrowded, you basically have to fight people for the equipment. And you better pray it isnt at capacity or they wont let you in. Only go to this planet fitness if youre looking to do cardio, they have more than enough machines.Overall you get what you paid for.
