I purchased an engine for my 2013 ram, 4.7 flex fuel. I was a bit apprehensive as all the bigger rebuilders wanted as much as $2000 more for the same engine. I took a chance. I installed it myself. I SIMPLY COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED! Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, quality workmanship, and the engine purrs like a sewing machine! I got all the appropriate gaskets that came with the engine. GREAT work. I will definitely buy again if I need an engine!

These guys are pros at what they do, Ill recommend anybody here if you are looking for a machine shop. They are the best in the game. Ernest was the one that helped me through everything and was very easy to work with and explained everything in detail.

In less then 2000 miles the new engine had spun a bearing due to it burning all the oil. We were told to send back the engine and a replacement would be sent. We received a refund of our purchase price but not our core charge. They now have both our core and the one they sent us. Very unprofessional behavior. Held our money hostage until I removed my bad review. I find it funny that so many good review have shown up on Google in the last couple of weeks. Make you wonder who is really posting them.

After having an issue, I was led to believe a replacement longblock would be sent, instead I was notified 3-4 days later that, no I would not be getting a replacement, due to I wouldnt give him a good review. This was absolutely sorry of him seeing as how he now has my core and I have no engine for my truck. Having no core will cost me extra at the next place. Do not use this place, they have ripped me off and will not stand behind their build. I am filing a complaint with better business bureau and I have been speaking with an attorney. I believe it was his plan to hold my replacement longblock until I gave him a better review. By the way the review in question stated, pending warranty replacement.

Best place to go to have any size horsepower electrical motor rebuild.

Purchased a rebuilt 3.7L Jeep Engine from them and after 1200 miles no compression on cylinder #5. Called in to make a claim but at the same time read some of the reviews of denied claims even though engine was not overheated. The said to send it back but shipping was about $300 each way. Wasnt worth it to me so I removed cylinder heads and the machine shop I sent them to showed me the valve seats were never replaced and the #5 cylinder had a cracked one. This is supposedly a common issue on these and they should automatically be replaced when its rebuilt. Buying from them is a gamble I wouldnt take again.

Crooks!!! Do not take your vehicle here. I repeat do not take your vehicle here they are crooks. They do not honor their warranty. My dad took his work van to replace the engine, and the engine had many defects. After taking it back 3 times to repair the engine under warranty they came up with a lame excuse that my dad added some engine additives that messed up the engine which voided the warranty. They had no proof my dad put any additives to the engine. They refused to put the engine back together and charged my dad an additional $500 to take the van back. These people are heartless scam artist screwing hard working honest living people.

I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 that had a blown motor. Found this company online and gave them a call. After speaking with Mike, decided to replace the motor with them. I thought I had found an honest supplier of remanufactured engines but they turned out to be a complete let down!Bought a Chrysler 2.7L remanufactured engine to ship overseas in Nov. 2019, engine ran fine for 1000-1200 miles then incurred in a serious cooling issue. Repair guy replaced every single part in the cooling system but problem still persists (coolant is boiling when engine gets hot and spills out of recovery tank). I wrote these guys several emails, no support at all from them, just a single email stating what to do in case of warranty claim. After my response to that asking for more information, I got no other email from them, so I have a $2500 engine that my client needs to replace and no chance to replace it under warranty. Thanks a lot scumbags!

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Bought an engine for my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. At 2,000 miles, got a misfire code on my engine. Removed the right side valve cover and found two rocker arms had dislodged from the cam. They tried to say the engine overheated but the heat tabs were fine. Asked for a warranty replacement engine. Crickets. Total waste of money buying the engine from these clowns.

I recently blew a head gasket on my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee which is very costly but I had to make my choice and go rebuild, Either way the cost weren’t cheap. DO NOT BUY from these guys. I bought an engine from them 2 years ago, and it took this long to find out, but they put the wrong connecting rods in my engine. The wrist pins eventually worked their way out and the block was trashed. I had to pull it again, and rebuild it again. When I approached them, they offered a set of their cheap chinese pistons to placate me. NO THANKS. I dont need any more junk. COMPLETE AMATEURS AND LIARS.

I took my magnum 2009 and what can I say, more than satisfied with the service, everything worked great, they’re all professionals, I definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend! My car engine has two different cam sprockets. They shipped the other one, but they worked with my mechanic to get it changed out to the one from my bad engine. The car still didnt run right & my mechanic couldnt figure it out. He told me that the engine was messed up. I contacted Cars & truck Engines for less and was told that if I got the car to them, they would repair at no charge. I took them up on it and came to find out that my mechanic had missed a bad crank shaft sensor. They replaced it at no charge and drove the car several times to make sure it was running properly. THEY DID A GREAT JOB! If you need a Mopar rebuilt motor, these are the guys to trust. Double check your mechanic first!

Cant say anything about their installation service but I can say that the quality of the rebuilt engines is first rate, they supply you with a complete gasket set and if picking up in person, will inspect your old engine to see if you can reuse parts like the intake manifold.I picked up on a Monday morning, the motor was ready and wrapped in plastic for transport. As I had the core with me, they made sure that I had parts that I did need to reuse off the old block and installed them for me prior to leaving. Just finished the install and fire up last week and this motor fired right up, runs correctly and performs as new. No leaks anywhere. I had a couple of questions during the install and they were answered promptly by email (I did send them in an email).If ever in the market for another Chrysler engine, I would absolutely buy from Mike and Cars and Trucks Engines 4less.

1 star is the lowest I could give. These guys left metal shavings in my engine, they didnt torque critical fasteners correctly (with oil) and they put the wrong parts in, which made the engine destroy itself. Absolute amateurs and shysters. Do yourself a favor, and dont buy from these clowns.

Paid 2400 for a engine for my 05 Durango then 1600 for a shop to put it in. Engine was knocking. Mechanic done everything the warranty said. He even made me buy a Mopar intake manifold before he would touch it. Tried for several months to get this company to stand behind their warranty. The mechanic and I both keep getting the run around about test this and test that. While this test this and that was costing me money and time. Come to find out the passenger side head was bad. Mechanic let this company know but they never sent the head. After a few months I paid fo my mechanic to send the head off which costed me out of pocket still. The guy that done my head told me that these were the worse built heads he ever seen on a dodge. To prove his point he said he wanted to look at the other head free of charge. He did and rebuilt it for free bc he said it was not built correctly either. Also I had to have the harmonic balancer replaced because it was worn. Mechanic showed me the old one looks like it was sanded down and painted over. Seal was worn also. So after a year and 10,000 in labor fees to fix this companies remanufactured engine I could of came out cheaper having my original engine rebuilt. It baffles me to see how these guys got all these false reviews on their site. This company would not even send my mechanic what he needed to send my core engine to them so that I could recoup some money from this engine scam these foreigners got going on.

Purchased a remanufactured 5.7hemi longblock from them in feb 2019 to replace engine in my 04 ram 1500. Touted rebuilt engines as heads reengineered to alleviate dropped valve seats (known/common problem with 1st gen hemis)16 months and 34,000 miles later engine died and got towed to dodge dealer. Ive got no compression in cyl 7, compression test came out throttle body. Called Michael about this and he became VERY defensive and argumentative essentially calling me a liar. TOTAL WASTE time and money

They sent me a motor and it was put in and the engine was out of time and the cam bearings were over torqued and they didnt put a part in the front of the motor that didnt supply the front of the engine with oil and the chain stretched
