OMG Anna Is Amazing She Went Over our Expectations Very thankful My Dads Wedding Was sooooo beautiful

StarlightBanquet Hall made it possible me to plan my daughters Quince in just 2 short months. The owner, Libia, was a pleasure to work with and made sure that every last detail was taken care of. She worked really hard to make sure all of our needs and wants were met. I personalized the entire party to exactly what my daughter wanted, which was not very traditional, and Libia went with my ideas and helped me make it perfect. Our family and friends had so much fun that night. I highly recommend this hall.

Hosted my baby shower here last week. I gave this place 4 stars because they told me a week before my party that I would only have 1 hr to set everything up. I had people coming to help me put up balloons, flowers and set up decorations and long story short I had to cancel my balloon lady last minute because she was not going to have enough time to blow up balloons and do her whole setup within an hour. Not to mention they said we couldn’t use their electricity to blow up the balloons, like really? I spent over $2500 and I can’t use your electricity to blow up balloons? That’s. It going to run up your bill... but I was very disappointed with that major detail that they chose to tell me 1 week before the event after I had reserved this hall well over 5 months ago. The banquet hall is beautiful and after decorations everything cane out beautiful the only issue is I had 100 guest and there were only 2 servers. The food took forever to be served so it was cold, and then it took forever to get cleaned the tables cleaned up for the cake to be served. Half the guest left by the time the cake was served so most people didn’t get to try it.. but other than that the bar service was good and the location is very nice..

Had my 30th birthday party and I couldn’t be more pleased!! From the arrangements all the way through till the actual day! The hall is easily transformed and and the services exceeded my expectations. Thank you would definitely host another event at this facility!

Starlight is amazing!! I had my baby shower there and they catered to my every need. They had so many different choices for decor and they made my Arabian nights theme a dream come true. The staff is so friendly and professional, Marlene made sure everything I requested happened and helped me every step of the way. You want to throw and event and do little the work please contact them. Truly a wonderful experience and worth every dollar. Also the owner of the salon also takes great care of the clients and is available to speak with you at any time.

I had my daughters bridal shower here and I must stay that everything was more beautiful than expected. The manager Roberto was so professional and so accommodating. The decorations, the food, the service was excellent. And the ambiance was delightful. The guest were super happy and impressed with the banquet hall. I would highly recommend it for any event!

Perfect for a personalized corporate event. Don’t let the outside fool you it is much better inside than all the different locations we had visited. Also want to say a special thanks to Andres for being a great bartender to our clients and employees. The extra time to teach us about the drinks was awesome.

Still waiting on my wedding pictures. Company that banquet hall hired for my wedding is no where to be found.. The owner (Lydia) doesn’t return my calls and it’s been 2 years since my wedding. Casanova imagines is the company they hired and now we can’t even get a hold of them. And I don’t even have one wedding picture. Very disappointedUpdate on 6/8/21: No one answers the phone or returns any voicemails that I have left…..I got married on 02/10/18 and I have no photos and videos of my wedding!!!!Hopefully one day I will receive them..VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SO CALLED “Starlight Banquet hall”Update 7/19/2021: Still waiting on the owner to call me so I can find out what happen to my pictures. Unfortunately still no call & no photos!!! Horrible

I had my daughters quinceñera here and it turned out way more amazing than expected! The owner was great and the manager, Roberto, went above and beyond to make the party a success. The decorations, the food, and the service were all excellent. The theme of the party we envisioned was turned into reality by their exceptional staff. Our guests were excited and impressed with the banquet hall. I would highly recommend Starlight Banquet Hallfor any event!

I rented the beautiful hall at starlight banquet for my daughters fifteen on August 17. Libia and Marlene were very nice and attentive to our needs and were there to help us through out the process. Every wish on our list for the party was granted and Libia and Marlene were very detailed and organized making it very easy and stress free for us. I highly recommend this banquet hall for any occasion, you will get first class treatment and an unforgettable experience.

The chicken was very hard. Atmosphere was fabulous. Let the patrons bring own food & extra appetizes. Beautifully decorated to create a lovely abviance!

Came for a friends baby shower. Dont judge a book by its cover. Its a warehouse turned into a banquet hall.The three star are for the cleanliness and decor. The quality of the food was good. The cake was horrible. The cake was dry and grainy. Tasted like it was old. More then half of the cake was left over out of 80 ppl. They truly need to find someone else for there cakes.

Our family was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Mrs. Libia, owner of Starlight. She and her team go above and beyond to ensure her customers get everything they wished for… Very understanding, professional, creative and helpful. We will definitely consider them for our future events and I recommend them 100%.

I would there to book the venue for my moms wedding. And that day they were trying to get the deposit out of me they were very flexible and doing everything they could to just charm my mother and I. Then when I gave them the deposit check I asked them to wait until Friday to cash the check and they went and cashed a check on Wednesday in bills in my account bounced. The next day I asked for a modification to the contract because we were going to have more guest. They would not give us a better deal they wanted to charge about $30 per extra person when we are already about to pay $5000 . They would not credit the unnecessary things we didnt need in the package. Basically we have to pay for things we did want & what we didnt want they wanted to charge so much more for. Nobody speaks English and it was a really bad experience. If I could give zero stars I would. If you want to deal with a reasonable banquet hall, understand what everyone is saying & not need a translator, & if you want your money to be taken out of your account when you specify, look for another banquet hall. Fair warning.

Was there for my cousins daughter s quinceañeras party. The place is very spacious and clean, for being in a warehouse area. The food was good but not a great selection of beer and liquor. Budweiser, Corona, etc. I prefer dark beers and good whiskey like Jameson, Macallan, Glenlivet, or Desmond & Duff whiskeys.

Starlight Venue was everything I hoped for and more. My Nieces Quince was just dreamy. The decorations, the food, the music - EVERYTHING was just AMAZING. The Staff was lovely and helped me make my babys day a lot more Special - So Thankful to Starlight - Strongly recommend it!

Its a good sized banquet hall in Hialeah. We went for a Quince and it was beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly enough and some spoke English. My big complaint, tho, is that we all arrived about 20 minutes early, and they made us sit in the parking lot (formally dressed) because they were not ready. There were kids and elderly folks that really needed to sit and be out of the heat.

Its really good size for a party. Parking is limited a bit. And if you dont know someone who already knows about this hall then good luck, its off in a weird location. But overall a good spot very clean And a good size

Banquet hall has a beautiful ambiance. Owners are very flexible and well mannered. I organized a Retirement party for two colleagues and everyone overall was very pleased. Truly had a wonderful time! Only suggestion would be more waiters to expedite the process of serving dinner.

Awesome service. My daughters 15th birthday was this past Saturday and it was great. Libia and Alicia were very helpful with everything and always available when I needed them for anything. All the guests loved the place, the food and the service. My daughter had a blast with all her friends dancing and taking pictures at the photo booth. I would 100% recommend this place.

I had my baby shower in Starlight banquet hall, and it was an amazing experience. Great staff, great location, and beautiful venue! I loved everything and so did all my guest. Well the guest enjoyed it so much that we are have our annual Christmas party at Starlight.

Don’t be discouraged by the outside appearance of this location. What they do inside is absolutely magical. EVERYONE has commented on how beautiful it was. The food was fantastic, the drinks were strong and the cake was delicious. Roberto and Libia are my saviors. I came from out of town to have my wedding in Miami. I literally showed up 5 days before the wedding to vaguely tell them what I wanted because I still wasn’t sure. I was nervous walking in but they went over my expectations. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard on our wedding. Even with the few hiccups that occurred because obviously there has to be some. It didn’t even matter. It was beautiful and we had a great time.

I have had the pleasure of holding 3 different events at Starlight and will continue to use them for 10 more !!! Not only is the staff extremely professional but the ambiance transports you to a different place. They are pros in transforming the event to the theme of your dreams. I wish everyone would know about this place....you will not be disappointed!!

We had our reception at Starlight Banquet Hall in April 2017 and picked this because of the ambiance inside the banquet hall and the unbeatable price for everything that was included. Im not a great planner and also leave everything for last minute but the staff at Starlight made everything so easy for us and it did ease my stress about planning a wedding.We really didnt have to do much but pick the colors we liked, pick the centerpieces from several options they have available, hand over your favorite songs to your DJ, and get in contact with the assigned photographer which were great also.The only reason it is not getting 5 star is because of the location it is in. Dont be fooled by the exterior. They make up for it in the inside! Also, the food we tasted wasnt quite exactly the same on the wedding night, my guest still enjoyed the food and cake though :)

When we were looking for locations this one caught our eye as it was so big and had a perfect setup for our theme. Marlene (office assistant) was amazing she helped us get everything we needed so our babyshower could be perfect. Unfortunately the owner of the place is such a peasant, if we would of met her sooner we would of never paid her all the money we spent in her location. After we paid so much money she treated us horribly the day of the event. We were never told we had a time limit to decorate and that day she was so arrogant when she saw all the decoration we brought in. I dont know if she was upset we could afford so much or that we were making so many changes to the decoration but she wanted us out and even said we paid for a 4 hour event and that we had taken 3 hours already decorating. When I asked her for a favor asking if she worked there she immediately jumped and said no I am the owner. I was like okayyy... (Poor people never had anything and now they think they are better because they are a boss) If only she knew I am a professional party planner own my decorating business and could of brought her so much more clientele, but who can work with pity people like that. She needs to learn peoples skills and start treating her clients as royalty because they are who feed her and her family. Truly if it wasnt for Marlene (office assistant) who came into the business she would have lost it months ago, when her son was trying to sell because they were doing so bad.

Thank you Starlight for a wonderful event! We recently celebrated my Dads 70th birthday and everything turned out wonderful exactly how we wanted it! Everyone was happy and loved the place, specially my Dad. The food and service were very good! I would definitely consider having another event there! Just had my mothers 70th bday this weekend and everything was more than expected. Everyone was very professional, accommodating and patient. The food was delicious, the decorations were amazingly beautiful and the place is very clean. I will definitely be using them again for future parties.
