I would put zero stars but it won’t let me. Please save yourself the headache and money!!! Horrible customer service and they lie about what they put in your vehicle saying one system and putting another. The owner Issac is a con artists!! On top of all that my system started cutting out and I had to take it to another place to rewire the whole system.

This I my second vehicle now that I am getting a complete new system installed. My first experience warranted the second. I was very nervous this go around for two reasons.1st... brand new 2020 vehicle2nd...wife’s vehicle this timeBut again, Issac and his team came through with flying colors!!!! The new stereo and dash cover, comes exactly the same as factory with the sparkles. You cannot see any wiring or amplifiers. A perfect install!! And of course the sound quality is second to none. My car was broken in to yesterday and I called a number of places only to hear a lot of excuses why they couldnt help me get a alarm for my car. Then while leaving my doctors appointment I saw sound image. Well thinking I would hear another excuse I was totally shocked. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for. They quoted me a price lower than any of the other stereo places. Now Im going to take my wifes car there. And tell everyone I know to take theirs there too. Thanks Sound Image.

Came out as requested and accessed what I had, which was a sub in a box that wasnt giving me what I wanted. They asked the right questions and got me a box with a new sub based off what I explained I was looking for. Price and installation was great to include minimal time to install. I will reccomend and I will be back.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Been going to this stereo shop for about 15 years, back when Moe owned the business. Found out there is new ownership about 2 years ago. Came in last week and was greeted by Vic the mgr who gave me an estimate to install my Kicker 12 subwoofer and Rockford Fosgate amp into my Dodge Ram 3500. They didnt try to upsell me or be annoying about buying more stuff. I waited 3 hrs for the install as they suggested and everything sounded amazing. Devin did an amazing job on the installation, unable to see wires and cleaned my interior afterwards. He showed me how to use the EQ on my Kenwood head unit to dial in the sound and punch I wanted. Went above and beyond the installation. The owner Isaiah is a very nice man too.Isaiah wanted all of his customers comfortable. He sat us in a nice seating area with big screen 4K TV while we waited for our audio installations. They even gave us ice cold water bottles while we waited. Great environment and professional service. I highly recommend Sound Image for your next car stereo installation. Clean work. They also do custom stereo and video installations for show. Thanks for everything guys!

Do not waste your time here. We had them do a simple subwoofer hook up. After 2 weeks, it stoped working. Naturally I go back to this place. No room for us. They told me to call before coming. Fair enough. I called. Some person told us to come the next day. We did. Nope still no room. They finally looked at the subwoofer real fast. They said the sub was the issue 100% sure. Okay. I sent back the sub to replace. 3 weeks later i received the replacement. Guess what? It still not working! They just told us that to get rid of us. If someone sees this review, I will give you one last chance to make this right. Please respond to this review with an email and send us a REAL appointment time. We might consider removing this review.

Isaac and his crew were great. They put a new alarm system and and led headlights in my 2000 Saturn. They spent a lot of time tracking down a problem with my headlights. I would highly recommend them. Very courteous and professional.

Ok hear me out.....I went there for a double din touch screen with BT because I was tired of messing with the AUX cord everytime I get in the car. I get there and Issac was the one to greet me. He showed me different models of Double Dins to look from and gave me time to make my decision. After I made my decision, I gave him my keys, then he showed the installer what I wanted. An hour later I left ecstatic living the wireless life. On the way home there was a small technical difficulty. I called Issac and he told me to bring it back when I get the chance. Found out the sub wasnt getting enough power and we went from there. Issac and his team took care of us and we couldnt be happier with the results. My neighbors will hate me now if they havent already. 10/10 service and would HIGHLY recommend Issac and his team

Bad service, very expensive defective products, product malfunctions, they gave us an appointment at 9 in the morning and they kept us all day almost 24 hours a day and the cameras are not working to date. They give us appointments, appointments we show up and the product is still just as defective, they are claimed but they only promise they will fix them and we show up, they fix them or install other more common cameras, smaller in size and more defective. I already want to ask the owner for the money. I charge a lot of $ and their work together with the lousy product very low quality.Thanks I do not recommend
