I’m so blessed and grateful to have Stephanie in my life. She is so patient, kind and very understanding. Truly is a grace from god. She’s so amazing with her words and takes the time out of her day to be there for her patients. Definitely recommend her to others. Best out there!!

I have been going here for a while now, but the lack of care is ridiculous. I had to cancel an appointment for a situation out of my control and called as soon as I found out I would not be able to make it. I missed the 24 hour cancellation time by 3 hours. I was charged 7 times what my copay is. When I spoke to the office manager, he had no care about how financially straining this is on my situation. They will not work with you. I now feel like they do not care about anything other than taking your money.My appointments are always at least 5 minutes late and never have been a whole hour. The appointment is supposed to be 60 minutes and never has been. But I have never complained and still paid my copay. So this ONE time that I had to cancel, Im charged so much more.Ive also had my appointment canceled 15 minutes after it was supposed to start. Did I complain? No, because sometimes situations happen that are out of your control.This is a private practice and my situation should have been handled better. I have never been late to a session or not shown up. I had to cancel for a situation out of my control. So if you choose to go here, you better hope you never have a situation come up that you cant control. You better hope no emergencies ever come up at your scheduled session or you will be charged way more than you normally pay. Never again will I waste hard earned money to be treated like this.

First call she was driving on her cell phone and distracted, call dropped towards the end and would not call back to finish call. 2nd call we spoke and having a big life changing challenge coming up we scheduled a call the day before that day to prepare. The day before that day her assistant texts that she needs to cancel as she will be in an area of limited cell service. Well, isnt that wonderful for those relying on her for help. Her travels come before any of her clients, shes distracted and not professional, I would NOT recommend wasting your time relying on this lady- AT ALL. Thanks for wasting my time and not being there when I really needed the help Stephanie, you should stop taking clients until you are ready to take your job as serious as those relying on your help are trying to take you.

I have been seeing Stephanie for few years now and before her I went through a lot of therapists before finding her. Shes very personable always makes me feel comfortable, never judges plus she has a great sense of humor that always brightens my days. Stephanie has always put the care for me as a client first and foremost. For instance she already had her system set up to do telehealth and we were able to transfer over with no hiccups when covid hit. She always explains things ahead of time such as problems that can happen using telehealth like maybe a call being dropped or glitches in videos which I appreciate. With everything that happens everyday especially in 2020, she does her best. There was another time that she went on a vacation and still made sure to always have internet and complete privacy where ever she was to keep appointments with me and other clients. She is the most professional, understanding, and caring Therapist I have ever met. Its hard to find a therapist like her. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Super nice, kind, and professional. Really nice and welcoming office. She is really easy to talk to and is understanding and does not judge😀very recommended👍
