We had High Desert Carpet Cleaning people over today, and they did a wonderful job cleaning our rugs. Our rug is basically new, but we had gotten grease on yet it over the 2 years that we were here, so it looked pretty sad. The carpet has been cleaned and looks brand new. Nice people, good price. As nice as the new rental house is, it was obvious quick that the carpets had not been cleaned, not matter how much I vacuumed there was endless dirt and a slight odor to the house. I was able to get a next day appointment to have the carpets cleaned and could immediately tell a difference. They picked up cat animal hair from a supposed pet-free residence (Im allergic), the carpets looked fluffy and brand new, and there was NO smell. They dry time was also impressive at less than 3 hours. The price was great and so worth it for this big house! Im so happy to have had this done before new baby arrives.

I’ve used several carpet and floor cleaning companies over the past few years and I wish I had started with High Desert Dry Carpet Cleaning (I’ll refer to them here as HDDCC). The problem is the the other “wet” carpet cleaning companies left my carpet saturated and tired looking. I was leary of the “Dry” part of HDDCC’s process because I imagined them dumping a bunch of nasty, rose smelling powder like grandma used in her carpet. It is nothing like that. This is the second time I’ve had HDDCC come to my house. I’ve been blessed with watching pets for friends and families, but my carpet has suffered. High Desert Carpet Cleaning does a fantastic job removing pet odor as well as making my old carpet feel fluffy and new. My carpet was slightly damp after they left, but I did have them use the pet odor eliminator spray. I’ve found that it needs to be aired out and vacuumed again after a few hours, so be advised of that. However, it’s so worth it because it works unlike anything else!! Amazing!! I also asked HDDCC to steam clean the very light grout in my kitchen tile. I’ve had other floor cleaning companies come “clean” it, but it was still dark grey instead of light tan when they left. After HDDCC was done (and they work quickly), the grout looks brand new! I didn’t even expect it to come out that light! I’m telling you, High Desert Dry Carpet Cleaning is the way to go!!

Came the day after I called. Previously had been using Stanley Steamer but didnt like how wet everything was for such a long time. Decided to give these guys a try with their less water method. Wish I had taken before and after pictures because they did a fantastic job! I really wasnt sure theyd be able to get out all the stains I had, but they did. Loved their service! My carpet had a very bad smell just after getting the carpet “washed” from a different company that lasted for about a month as soon as I called they made a FREE estimate and explained to me what was causing the smell. They got that smell out and washed it looked and smelled new. Definetly recommend it!

High Desert traveled to Wrightwood to do a Pet injection treatment to get rid of deep (pet and teenage) odors... High Desert Showed up when they said they would! I like family owned and operated and I like to support my local community, but even if I didnt, I would tell you that these people are GREAT! They arrived on time, were professional and thorough, and my furniture was handled with care. My carpet was dry in no time, and was stain and odor free. Believe me, you wont be sorry you called this company, and the price was competitive. Many thumbs up. P.S. I had the work done last summer, and I waited to post this to see the long term results, and NONE of the stains reappeared.
