Called and when it took me 15 seconds to find the location they hung up. All I wanted is a cab at a certain time, why do you need all my info?

I was told 10-15 min for taxi arrival, but after 40 min they still had not arrived. I called back to try to cancel the cab request but the phone agent would not answer. Called twice, left a message, and even texted to let them know it had been too long and I wanted to cancel. Never received confirmation one way or the other what happened with that cab... Sorry but I had a flight to catch! Dont say 10-15 min if its going to be over 40.

They dont pickup the phone. Use uber instead
