Great people to work with, will address your basic pest services before suggesting a service plan and goes the extra mile to meet your scheduling needs! What else could you ask for? We are in our first year with them and they have communicated each time with us which is far beyond what any other company has ever done! Others could take some lessons from them!

I went to my outside storage room to get Christmas decoration out. I noticed large droppings and shredded paper. I liked the reviews that I seen about In Home Pest Management so I decided to go with to handle this problem. I called and set up a date and time for an inspection kinda hesitated with $55.00 inspection but was made aware that the fee is waived if I followed thru with the service. The technician showed up and determined it was rats that have chewed thru my wall. They said the would take care of my problem start to finish including repairs of my wall as well as getting a warranty with the service. Im happy to report that I no longer have rats in my shed after repairing and rebuilding my back wall. Completely satisfied with this companies techniques. Definitely will use them again for future pest problems and will use as a referral for others pest problems as well. Provided a few snap shots I got of the work.
Just had a great talk with one of their technicians, Mike. I asked about their services and asked about doing it myself. They gave me a reasonable quote on removal with a 1 year warranty but then went about telling me how to handle the problem myself. Would recommend them to anyone.
They came right away. took the mouse out of my car. and set a bunch of traps in the garage. my wife and daughter feel alot better knowing someone came to handle it tonight. They were freaked out by the mouse in the car situation.
Hi All,I thought I share my story with you all. The owner (Mike) and whoever the lady is on the phone were professional and nice when they wanted my business and so I can sign. After reading this misleading reviews, I signed up and fell for the small talk.FIRST TIME CALL BEING A CUSTOMER: I had called them for a couple days over a holiday weekend. Keep in mind, they advertise 24/7. I could not get them to pick up their phone or call me back. At one point, I called 9 times in a row where they turned off their phone. I then had to follow up after the holiday because they were not going to follow up at all. Mike shows up to my door and the first thing I said to him was, I have a issue with what has transpired. He disregards things I was saying about my first call experience as a customer and emphasized on how if he has a appointment he will be there. Yet, he makes claims that due to how busy they were, they took a couple days off. Would you not just communicate that to a customer or stop with the 24/7 advertisement? He questions which number I was calling but yet, called me from the number the morning of the service. This was when he was 5 minutes away running later of course. No apologizing, no accountability, nothing. However, I thought at that time, we had moved forward and hopefully it does not happen again. After this point, i have not had a need to call them yet.Out of the blue, he cancels my service. I get a alert for a 250.00 charge. I reach out to him to see what the heck is going on. He tells me over and over again, that he has me on recording asking to cancel the service. He sends me files of another person calling him. In the recordings, not once is there a cancel being requested but pricing for cancellation or fees for service. I continue to call him to figure this out, again, ZERO accountability for poorly running his business. He than continues to stick with his side of the story. This guy got a call from someone NOT me, and it was so easy for them to request something under my account that he did not ask for anything writing, verify who he was talking to, and on top of it, he would refund the mistake they made. I told him that i would send him my phone records which show no one calling him on Thursday, accept for when they called me and i called back. This was all after they unlawfully charged my card and took zero accountability for fixing it.He wanted me to sympathize with him b/c he has gone through a lot of fraud activities in the past. Does that make sense to you all that a business that makes mistakes is asking for their customers to be sensitive as if they are the victim but yet they are the one committing these idiotic mistakes.MY RECOMMENDATION:- They have displayed poor business practice- They do not have any security in place to access your account- Anyone can call and they will just do with out any verification.- ZERO accountability or fixing their mistakes. Once they take your money or unlawfully charge you - they will tell you its your fault.- Not professional at all- Never answer their phones other then the first week of being a customer (maybe)I did fall for the small talk but later have had to go through all this with out even being involved. I see this company getting civil lawsuits coming their way from many customers very soon. Save your money and do not fall for this type of service offering. there are many companies out there that can better provide services (I am sure).Please do not fall for the reviews. I understand they are good but they are good because they have signed up and not yet needed these guys to come out. As much as I know people make mistake but they conversation and actions after the mistakes tells me a lot of people. I question the character of the owner and the business.

I live in Florida but a friend of mine (older, not computer savvy) who lives in the DC area had a pretty bad roach and rodent issue and asked me for a recommendation for pest control. I spoke to Mike on a few different occasions, updating me every step of the way. I was coming home from work and as I opened my garage a snake slithered in. I panicked and didnt know what to do. I was scared one of my kids my not see it and get bitten. It was to early for normal business hours, lucky I came across in home pest. Linsey was very attentive and told me she could have someone out within the hour. Upon arriving the tech inspected my garage in found a point of entry in my wall where he has been living happily rent free. He caught the snake and relocated it, after that they then sealed my house and assured my worries. I am so grateful for the attentiveness and prompt service. With the great customer service they gave, I decided to go with an annual contract. They are my go to for any pest problems and I highly recommend them.
My sister saw a snake in the basement. I called about eight pest control companies, and all went to voice mail. This was 10:00 AM on a weekday. I called InHome and the phone was picked up. Mike came out two hours later. He found where the snake probably came in and realized the snake probably went out, since the snake could not be found. Mike sealed up the inside, and came back and did sealing outside. He also sealed up the bottom of doors, so if a critter gets in the utility room would be easier to catch. Mike was clear and up front with pricing. Great job!
Mike is absolutely fantastic. He took care of our pest problem, charging an very fair, inclusive fee that included treatment and patching up holes so the problem will have a hard time coming back. Mike Bonds came to solve multiple issues at my rental properties. He solves my roach, mice, ants and sliver fish all in one service! He was polite very knowledgeable about his craft and very fast. They dont have a chemical license. They dont have a contractor license aa well. I did a job for ihp and Michael Bonds the owner is the only worker beside his girlfriend Lindsey who only answer phone and pretends that they are a well organized company but please dont be fooled. When i did the job at a 95% michael didnt finish his part so he didnt pay me the $2500 that was agreed on. This is a company that you need to be aware. Please stay away you will be lied too by the company owner and his girlfriend. Please ask for license and certificates dont be fooled by there reviews which are made up from there family and friends. I state everything Ive is the truth and i can verify this 100%. Michael will throw you in a loophole with fees and contracts.

Called InHomePest up was returned with Great Customer Service than technician came over for bed bugs, spiders and roach problem. The technician was so professional handling all my concerns with an excellent job. Mike was the technician name he got rid of all the problems so I decided to sign up a year contract for great service they provided in all ends. Thanks IHP I will refer you to all people who has Pest problems.
Im not usually one to write reviews, but Mike is honestly a lifesaver. Had an atypical squirrel problem for months and finally decided to hire a professional. I have a very steep roof and the holes the squirrels chewed werent in the easiest places to reach. Lucky for me, Mike refused to shy away from a challenge. It took a little more prep work and precaution than other jobs and they still only charged me their flat fee for a squirrel problem. Other wildlife management companies quoted me 4x what In Home Pest Management charged me.Mike and Linsey are both extremely polite, professional, and responsive. But best of all, theyre transparent. They wont try and sell you things you dont need. Theyre very easy going and give it to you straight; heres the problem and heres the solution. Mike finished off the job a little more than a month and a half ago and I havent heard a peep from squirrels since.If youre having any sort of wildlife related issue, even if youve already found a professional youre comfortable with, still give In Home Pest Management a call. At the very least, have a conversation with Mike about your problem for an additional, honest assessment. You might be surprised you dont have to shell out two grand to get rid of some pesky critters.

I just opened a salon in manassas and was having issues with common bugs. i reached out to a few compaians,but with my availabilty it was hard getting scheduled. i stumpled upon In Home Pest Management and they assured me they will be able to come anytime at my convenience. Linsey was very eager to have my issues resolved. The service tech came out to service the property and i was not paired at all being i just opened this location. He insisted on helping clear all debris before servicing. He always went over steps with me to maintain any pest issues in between services. I was so glad to have them work with me. Their prompt cutomer service sold me. They will now take care of all my residential and commerical pest problems. Hands down best company to work with. I have an existing contract with another company to take care of small issues. My Previous company assured me that they handle all pest problems and wildlife upon signing up to my previous pest control services, But when i heard noises in the attic and called for service. My previous company denied me service stating they could not resolve my issue. Upon my disappointment they referred me to another company. I called them to schedule service with them. They came out and was unable to resolve my issue as well. So I took matters in my own hands and found In Home Pest Management. I spoke with Linsey to set a date in time for my Service, Which by the way she was very friendly and assured me my pest problem would be taking care of. Mike showed Prompt within his 2 hour window. He spent 30 mins doing a Strucural Inspection. He pinned pointed an access entry point and identified that is was squirrels. Mike was able to do same day service. Traps where set and told me give it a week. Two days later i heard nothing. As instructions where giving to call office when there are no more noises or sounds made. I called Linsey, She set me up for Mike to come back. Mike showed back up fixed the hole better then new and have not had a problem since. Highly highly recommend this company.

I was having horrible issues with ants in my kitchen, and no matter how much spray i put down they always seem to come back. My wife couldnt take it anymore and forced me to call in a professional,Mike bonds arrived at my house to access the situation. not only did he find out why my ants kept coming back, he also alerted me to a mouse issue i had no idea i had. After hearing all of this i was expecting to hear an outrages price but he only charged 100 bucks! After he sprayed the activity rose up a bit like he told me but after words...nothing. Ive had companies in the past but none like this. I will most likely be a customer for life. I recommend anyone to in home if they need a cheap reliable solution.
