I have no complaints, they run a clean cut professional business. Anything you need them to do for your clothes they can and make it convenient by delivering to your door. It’s the key details that crest pays attention to that makes them the best! I’ll pay for great service anyway

Delivery service has been excellent as well as the cleaning process! I’ve found that my clothes look better in color and they last longer since I’ve been using crest for the past 2 years. Always professional and definitely the best dry cleaning in the area!

I have been a CrestCleaners laundry and alterations customer for over 10 years. The reason for my loyalty is that CrestCleaners stand out from others in the quality of their work. Even if, on rare occasions, they do not get out a stain the first time, they re-do the work until they get it right. Their pricing is competitive and they offer discount coupons. All of this service is delivered with a smile. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

The customer service of General Manager, Alex, was extraordinary! My husband and I sent clothing to the Cleaners on Friday that we needed for a special event on Sunday. We did not realize until Saturday, after closing time, that the store is closed on Sundays. (Due to our decreased need to go to the store during COVID, we were not familiar with these hours.) On Saturday evening, I texted the Home Delivery number we have, inquiring about options. Alex immediately called me and drove 30 minutes from home to meet at the store to give us our event clothes. Alex was exceptionally gracious despite our poor planning and made us feel special as customers! I will recommend this business, vital to our neighborhood, to anyone who asks. Thank you to Alex for his proactive service, model leadership and kindness.

A couple of things to mention. First, they only accept credit cards. Now, for most people I realize this isnt an issue. However, In my entire life I have never encountered a business that refused cash. I dont use credit cards anymore for personal reasons. I basically had to have a manager make an exception to pay with cash. Quite abnormal. Second, they say that they cant remove ring around the collar (neck perspiration). I have news for you. Never had a dry cleaners that wasnt able to take care of this. Wont be returning.

Good cleaning and reliable service but extremely expensive. Yes, delivery is free, but I assume that cost is built into the price structure for cleaning, which is why everything is so expensive.

I use the Franklin Farm Crest Cleaners and they do a great job with my husband shirts and comforters! I have used other places where his button shirts would be broken or missing after I would pick them up. Also staff, especially this young man; Kareem are professional, kind and very helpful! Kareem always offers to help me carry my dry cleaning when I have a lot! I so appreciate his kindness, even if I dont need his help yet :) Great service, clean store and excellent staff!

Very convenient and reliable! I travel quite a bit and cant always make it to the dry cleaners. Having the delivery service is a must. My clothes always arrive on time. The last pickup, I forgot to point out a stain on the sleeve of a blouse. Didnt matter, they noticed and treated it. Looks like new again. Highly recommend Crest.

We have been using Crest Cleaners on Franklin Farm Rd in Herndon for about one year. They may not be the least expensive, but they are reasonably priced for the incredible level of customer service. They consistently provide reliable pickup and delivery of our clothes. There is no extra charge for this option. When its raining, the delivery man has even knocked on our door so our clothes dont get soaked. Crest Cleaners has done a fine job with the clothes themselves. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent service.

After my local dry cleaner ruined three items of clothing and returned dry cleaned items with a terrible smell, I researched online and found Crest. They are expensive, but provide superior cleaning and excellent customer service. In addition, Mrs. Chung, who does alterations, is also expensive but excellent. I’m so happy I found this place. They make pickup, drop off, and payment easy, and there is a rewards program.

Many years ago exclusively used Crest Cleaners in the Franklin Farm Plaza. After moving to Ashburn started using Crests free pick up & delivery service when the service was started. Switched to a couple of cleaners for less stores but never obtained high quality stain removal from shirts and pants, especially around shirt collars. Some would only dry clean shirts to remove stains. Came back to Crest and enjoying exceptional cleaning quality. So convenient to also have door-to-door delivery service!

Crest is so convenient for me. I walk in with my laundry, hand it to them, and leave. I dont have to explain anything, just drop it off and walk out. Later that day Ill pick it up-- no waiting around. They have my credit card on file so I dont even need to be rang up. They are extremely efficient and I highly recommend these guys if you dont have time to waste.

For more than 13 years, we have enjoyed the superb service of the Crest branch at Franklin Farm. The team members are always cordial and efficient. The cleaning and washing are perfect. The timing is flawless.

I brought in a flower girl dress worn long ago. It had been cleaned after the event by another cleaner, but in the years in between some rather large stains had (re-?)appeared (we werent the first owners of the dress). Crest was able to get just about every spot out despite us just having a very vague idea as to what the stains were (food from the wedding, chocolate, possibly soda; hand oils). All that seems to be left is one pinpoint dark spot, so the dress looks great - ready for the next little girl to wear.

Do NOT go here. I brought a brand new shirt here to be cleaned along with a few other things. The brand new shirt came back with 1) a bleach mark? 2) burn marks from an iron and 3) ink stains. The ink stains evidently came from the iron because where the iron marks are there is ink! That means that someone was ironing the shirt and SAW THE INK AND KEPT IRONING!!!!!!!!!!!! Im so mad. After seeing this I went to look at my husbands shirts to check if they are alright - they arent. No ink stains, but a few other mysterious stains. I called to talk to someone about the inks stains all over this shirt and got oops. sorry. Easy drop-off and pick - sure. Beware what you pick up though.

Always pleasant and courteous. I have a disability and the staff always assist me with getting my clothes in the store. Clothes are always clean and ready on time.

- Asked several times to not hang like shirts very delicate, thin and expensive cashmere sweaters, but kept doing the same.- Completely destroyed the lining of an expensive designer dress.- Got the above mentioned dress and other clothes with dog or pet white hair...- Quality of shirt pressing decreased. Going to a professional meeting with a torn end of my sleeve because of pressing is not that great...- Not very impress with dry cleaning of very delicate materials on very expensive clothes...did bring some designer clothes wore 1 time, and came back with a so-so aspect (not obvious but noticeable)- got one time the dress of someone else.- Courteous personnel, but nothing done regarding my raised concerns.- Delivery is cool, great service for this.

Their prices are higher than average. They ruined the color of my jacket and did not take any responsibility at all. Not even a refund. I talked to the manager, customer relations and the only thing I got out of it was frustration and waste of my time and money. I will never be back.

I ended up with black metal shavings all over my clothes upon pickup. The person helping me stated that the racks that the clothes hang on are falling apart and in need of replacement. It didnt damage the clothes but I had to use a roller on every piece to get it off.

Overall, I have been very happy with Crest Cleaners home delivery service. Both the management and staff have been very professional over the many years I have dealt with them. I am very persnickety in the care of my clothes, and the staff at Crest Cleaners have always come through on the cleaning of my garments.

Went to drop off some dresses to be hemmed but the website and people answering phones fail to inform you what time alterations are available until (only until 1pm on Saturdays and not available on Sundays). As I was being checked in, the kid at the front handed me a receipt and said my dresses would be ready in two days....”um, what about my measurements?” Don’t think I’ll be trying this place again.

I have been going to Crest Cleaners on Franklin Farm Road since 1988. The service and staff at this particular cleaners are EXCELLENT. Be it Moris, Norge, Iliana, RJ or anyone of their personnel, they all greet with you a smile and are always courteous and helpful. I always get my cleaning back on time and I rarely if ever have any problems with my clothes and how they have been cleaned or pressed. I would highly recommend Crest Cleaners on Franklin Farm Road and have to all my neighbors in both Franklin Farm and Franklin Glen and anyone within earshot that will listen! This cleaner is TOP NOTCH!

I wish they would have told me about the small, unremovable barcodes they permanently tag your clothes with before I dropped my clothes off.
